The necessity of using rapid prototyping(RP) for short-run manufacturing is continuously driving a development of a cost-effective technique that will produce completely-finished quality parts in a very short time. To meet these demands, the improvements in production speed, accuracy, materials, aid cost are crucial. Thus, a new hybrid-RP system performing both deposition and machining in a station is proposed. For the new hybrid RP process to maintain the same degree of process automation as in currently available processes like SLA or FDNI, a sophisticated process planning system is developed. In the process planner, CAD models(STEP AP203) are partitioned into 3D manufacturable volumes called 'Ueposition feature segment"(DFS) after machining features called "machining feature segmenf'(MFS) are extracted from the initial CAD model. Once MFS and DFS are identified, the process planner arranges them into a chain of processes and automatically generates machining information for each DFS and MFS. The goal of this paper is to present a framework for a process planning system for hybrid RP processes and to outline the geometric algorithms involved in developing such an environment.

Rapid Prototyping( RP ) has been increasingly applied in the process of design and development of new products. RP can shrink the time and expense required to bring a new product from initial concept to production. However, the necessity of using RP for short-run manufacturing is continuously driving a development of a cost-effective technique that will produce completely-finished quality parts in a very short time. To meet these demands, the improvements in production speed, accuracy materials, and cost are crucial. Thus, a new hybrid-RP system performing both deposition and machining in a station is proposed in this paper. It incorporates both material deposition in layers and material removal from the outer surface of the layer to produce the required surface finish. The new hybrid-RP system can dramatically reduce the total build time and fabricate largo-sized and freeform objects because it uses very thick layers, i.e.
학생선수의 심리적 안녕감이 학교생활만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 학업과 선수생활을 병행하는 학생선수들의 심리적 안녕감이 학교생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 대한체육회에 가맹된 경기단체에 소속된 중·고등학교 학생선수들을 대상으로 2017년 12월 14일 충남지역의 A 공립 중·고등학교를 직접 방문하여 조사하였다. 질문지 305부를 수거하였으며 불성실한 응답을 한 34부를 제외하고 총 271부를 연구 자료로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 통계프로그램 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 독립표본 t-검증, 일원변량분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 학생선수의 소속, 학업성적, 학업성적 만족, 운동성적 만족에 따라 심리적 안녕감과 학교생활만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 학업은 선수들의 심리적 안녕감을 높여주며, 심리적 안녕감은 사회변화과정의 미시체계인 학교생활만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학생선수들의 심리적 안녕감과 학교생활 만족도를 증대시키기 위해서 성적관리가 중요한 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze how psychological well-being of student athletes influences on school life satisfaction. To accomplish the research purpose, this study visited A public middle school and high school and conducted a survey on middle school and high school student athletes who belong to athlete group in Korean Olympic Committee. This study collected 305 questionnaires and used 271 of them after excluding the inappropriately filled out questionnaires. Then, this study used statistics program SPSS 23.0 and conducted descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way variance analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis on the collected data. The analysis result showed that psychological well-being and school life satisfaction had statistically significant difference based on belonging of student athlete, academic performance satisfaction, and athletic performance satisfaction. The result showed that the studying enhanced the student athlete’s psychological well-being and psychological well-being had positive influence on school life satisfaction which is the microsystem for social change process. Furthermore, the result also showed that management of academic performance played important role in enhancing psychological well-being and school life satisfaction of student athletes.
초등학교 고학년 태권도 수련생을 위한 자아탄력성 척도개발

The purpose of this study is to development of ego-resiliency scale for Taekwondo practitioners of senior of elementaty student. In the beginning, 7 factors 80 items were collected and developed as preliminary items, and then, through verifying content validity from 5 sports psychologist and face validity from the subjects, final 56 items were chosen. Targeting a total of 288 subjects, question analysis, exploratory analysis and reliability analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out. Then by ensuring the reliability of developed model through construct reliability and average variance extracted (AVE) and verifying the construct validity through convergent validity and discriminant validity, the result was: first, through item analysis, exploratory analysis and confirmatory analysis, 5 factors 25 items were selected; second, through the evaluation of the reliability of the selected model (construct reliability, average variance extracted), 1 factor 11 items were removed.; third, subsequently to verify construct validity, the result conducted convergent validity and discriminant validity developed 4 factors 14 items (3 items for interpersonal relationship, 3 items for positive thinking, 3 items for problem solving, and 5 items for sense of vitality); and finally, on the basis of the result, discussion took place.
