허성관은 지구상에서 재해의 큰 틀로 볼 때 산업재해는 인생재해의 일부분으로 보고 지구상에서 가장 중요한 것이 인간의 삶 즉 요람에서 무덤까지의 자기가 살아온 인생여정의 황혼길에서 잘 못살았다. 헛살았다. 즉 인생재해를 당하지 않아야 한다고 주장하였고 Huh 인생재해발생이론을 제시하였다. 이 지구상의 인간 모두가 자기의 인생을 아름답게 보람되게 살기를 원하고 또 자기의 삶의 흔적이 아름답기를 바라며 사람에 따라 살아가는 인생길은 간단하기도 하고 복잡하기도 하다. 이 지구상에는 인간에게 유혹하는 인생재해의 요인이 너무나도 많으며 인간이 인생재해를 당하지 않기 위해서는 일평생동안 교육과 깨침과 매사의 조심과 감정교육, 유아교육, 가정교육, 학교교육, 사회교육, 평생교육 그리고 종교철학을 통한 고행과 깨침으로 인생재해를 당하지 말아야 할 것이다. In this paper, Prof. Huh propose a life disaster occurrence theory that covers all of our life disasters including industrial disaster, environment disaster. According to his theory, we consume a lots of wasted times or efforts to prevent various disasters in our life. Therefore, we can analyze these disasters in various heuristic methods. A classification on disaster factors and disaster flow chart is suggested and then the detailed analyses is followed.

FMS is the system controlled by a computerized conveyer and the system that numerically controls the machines which manufacture the variety of parts of medium lot size. In a metal cutting industry, a FMS is designed for the purpose of obtaining the well-balanced efficiency in the process of moving the machines. The characteristics and restrictions of this system are similar to the process of ordered system. In this paper, we defines a set of five production scheduling problems which present a solution to the efficient usage of FMS. These problems are formulated by the nonlinear mixed 0-1 integer programming problems. In order to obtaining the solution procedure, we test some linearization approaches and apply to the real data set of existing FMS system. For the computational efficiency, we reduce the number of constraints of linearized integer problems. Computational results reveals that the the computational times are within the acceptable level by the use of the linearization approaches and standard MIP code. If a special-purpose MIP code is used with utilize the structures of the problem, the large scale problem can be solved also.

The optimal design and control of flexible manufacturing systems is essential to minimize operating costs and enhance productivity. We present a hybrid mathematical model of a flexible manufacturing system as a closed network of queues for which the optimal cost effective system configuration is determined by a partial implicit enumeration algorithm. The optimal configuration of both reliable and unreliable flexible manufacturing systems are considered.

Multi-echelon inventory systems are often controlled as a network of single-echelon inventory systems for simplicity of managerial authority, organizational control, and performance monitoring. this paper explores the amount of suboptimization in such a situation using an actual demand data set provided by other researchers. We consider low-demand, high-cost items controlled on an basis, with all warehouse stockouts met on an emergency-ordering basis. We demonstrate that the suboptimality penalty for this data set is 3% to 5% when single-echelon system are appropriately parameterrized.

This paper considers machine tools management of Auto-Conveyer System. Auto-Conveyer wheel System have many machines according to operating time, namely, numbers of machines are propotional to operating time. Also, this paper compares economic evaluation between Man-Mechine Tools System and Auto-Conveyer-Wheel System. Each system have conditions of first investment, annual operating cost, the life of using, and annual interest rate. The methods of economic evaluation adopt present worth and annual cost method. Result of economic evaluation is profitable Auto-Conveyer-Wheel System (B) then Man-Machine Tools System (A). That is, present worth is profitable \15,138,500 and annual cost is profitable \4,885,000
