      • Micrococcus sedentarius KL-37이 생성, 분비하는 Alkaline Proteases의 정제 및 성질에 관한 연구

        Micrococcus sedentarius KL-37, an alkalophilic bacterium isolated from soil, produces and secretes at least three distinct proteases to the growth medium. Two of them, protease I and II, characterized in more details for their enzymatic properties were homogeneously purified through ammonium sulfate fractionation and CM-cellulose column chromatography but the other, protease III, was only partially purified even after a further purification step like DEAE-cellulo column chromatography. The molecular weights of protease Iandd II were 35,000 and 14,000 daltons, respectively, being judeged by SDS-PAGE. The enzymes revealed their maximum activities at pH 11l0 and 40℃, and were completely inactivated by PMSF and EDTA withil serine-metallo protease. And the effects of divalent ions on hese enzymes showed that the enzyme were activates by Mg_(++), Ca_(++) and Co_(++), while completely inactivated by Fe_(++), in the 10mM concentration of those ion.

      • Sine-Gordon Soliton이 쌍충돌할 경우의 역학적 행동 분석에 관한 小考

        최근 soliton의 개념은 물성물리학에서 비선형 현상(nonlinear phenomena)을 다루는 새로운 방법체계(즉 paradigm) 로 등장했다. 수학적으로 soliton(또는 solitary wave solution)은 어떤 경계조건(boundary conditions)을 만족하는 비선형 편미분 방정식 집합(nonlinear partial differential equations)의 한 解가 된다. sine-Gorden 방정식은 많은 물리현상을 기술하는 대표적인 nonlinear field equations중 하나로서 그 解들 상호간의 역동적인 행위(dynamical behavior)의 규명이 요구되고 있다. 우리는 computer simulation으로 sine-Gorden chain 上에서 soliton과 antisoliton이 외부에서 주어지는 여러 값의 torque와 damping下에서 쌍충돌(pair-collision)을 할 경우 세가지의 정상상태(steady states)로 분류됨을 조사하였다. 또한 해석적으로(analytically) 아직 규명되지 않은 breather soliton이 생성되는 조건을 밝혔다.

        This paper presents a CMOS intregrated circuit design for measuring simultaneously physiolocial signals from 8 subjects. he implantable system consists of 4 parts; a command receiver, a subject selection receiver, a conditioner and an RF transmitter. Main features of this system are to turn on/of implanted battery-powered system, and to select one among the 8 subjects, and to enable continuous measurement of 8 channel biogical signals from the selected subject and to transmit the biological signals with a double modulation technique. This system, used together with appropriate sensors, is expected to contribute to clinic medicine as pressure, pH, and temperature

      • Methylcyclohexane과 Methyl Acetate의 초음파 흡수측정

        Methylcyclohexane의 축-적도형 이성체간 및 methyl acetate의 cis-trans형 이성체간의 신뢰성 높은 활성화에너지(△H^(*))와 에너지차(△H)를 구하기 위해 초음파흡수측정을 주파수 0.1-10MHz, 온도 5-60℃에 걸쳐 행하였다. 측정법으로는 0.1-10MHz의 범위에서 정확도 좋게 초음파흡수측정이 가능한 plano-concave공명법을 사용하였다. 그 측정결과 methylcyclohexane과 methyl acetate이성체간 활성화에너지를 각각 △H^(*)=10.0kcal/mol, 6.6kcal/mol으로, 이성체간의 에너지차를 각각 △H=1.8kcal/mol, 3.4kcal/mol으로 구하였다.

      • GPS技法에 依한 移動體의 位置測定

        This paper explores the research under way in developing an automatic measuring of a navigation by Global Positioning System(GPS) technique with equipped NavTrac model(manufactured by Trimble Ltd.). An experimental cruising assess the accuracy of the GPS for the dimentional navigation. The GPS position was analyzed in terms of the plane coordinates(X,Y), which are gained the transformation of WGS-80 to Tokyo coordinate. From results of the test cruising, differenes between actual and cruised are did not exceed±25m. This error bound assumed to be an heuristic discriminative region at 1/25,000 base map. The use of this GPS positioning technique would be well suited for a variety of application where cost effectiveness becomes an importance factor.

      • '84 올림픽 유니폼의 色彩傾向에 관한 考察

        The tendency of color on uniform of players, in the opening ceremony at '84 Olimpic game was examined, using 98 colors in P.C.C.S. system. The following observations are made; 1. On the hue, Blue were used more than other color in trousers. And there are high rate of Yellow in Asia, Green Blue in Africa, Blue in South America and full color in Eourupe. 2. An achromatic color is mainly White, distribution of color is Blue, and tone is expressed vivid more. 3. There are so many dark color in jacket, pale in trouser and vivid in the continent to every tone. 4. There are high ratio light values to value and trousers consist of so many middle value 5. Chroma consist of so many middle chroma in jacket and low chroma in trouser. 6. Black and dark Blue Distribution of color is achromatic color of light value more than other colors.

      • ILP法에 의한 확대기초의 最適設計에 관한 硏究

        This study is directed for the Optimum design for R.C footing section for the minimum cost design based on the strength design method of ACI(308-77). In this study, the design constraints based on ACI Code Provisions, such as flexural and shear constraints are taken as the constraints of the nonlinear formulation for the optimum design of R.C footing, and cost function including the material cost of concrete and reinforcing steel minimum cost design of structures are adopted as the objective function. The incremental linear programming technique is used as the optimization technique of the nonlinear Programming formulated in this study by Successively transformming nonlinear equations into the linear equations. It has been observed that the optimization model and technique computerized by FORTRAN Program for the optimum design of R.C footing proposed in this study significantly reduce the construction cost, when compared with the conventional design. Also, it has been proved optimization algorithm deviced in this study is very efficient for the convergence of optimization sections.

      • SFG를 利用한 Switched Capacitor 濾波器의 實現

        In this paper, design procedures for SC filters have been given. The new topologies have transfer fuctions that very accurately approximate the transfer functions of ideal active-RC filter. Furthermore, the transfer functions are using SFG und independent of stray capacitances between node and ground. Overall experimental circuits of this paper can be implemented to one-chip IC.
