        한우 거세우의 사회 행동에 공간 허용이 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to find out how space allowance affect the social behavior of Korean native cattle (Bos taurus coreanae) steers. Twelve Korean native cattle (Bos taurus coreanae) steers were used as subjects, each of which was 30-month-old and observation period was from June to July 2003. Five (T1) and seven (T2) steers were allotted to two pens of $5m{\times}10m$ in a building with slate roof and open sides respectively. They were fed at 09:00 h and 16:00 h, twice a day. The behaviors of steers were recorded from 06:00 h to 17:00 h, using two color CCD cameras (Samsung SDC-411, Korea), one B/W CCD cameras (Samsung SBC-340, Korea), one multiplexer (Samsung SDM-081, Korea) and a time lapse VCR (Samsung SRV-30, Korea). The behaviors of each steer were recorded every 2 min using an instantaneous point sampling method. While the mean percentage of time budget in WA of T1 was lower than that of T2 (p<0.05), the mean percentage of time budget in SF of T1 was higher than that of T2 (p<0.05). When it gets hot, steers in T1 rested from 10:00 h to 14:00 h when it gets cool, showing 40~80% of LD rate while steers in T2 rested from 12:00 h, when it very hot to 17:00 h, showing 20~50% of LD rate, which is relatively low. Steers in T1 were fed from 06:00 h to 08:00 h when it was cool and from 16:00 h to 18:00 h, showing 20~45% of EA rate while steers in T2 were fed from 08:00 h to 14:00 h when it was hot, showing 25~50% of EA rate. In conclusion, it turned out that the number of steers affected their social behavior, and T1 was better environment than T2 in terms of welfare.

        Korean medicine treatment, including Nangan-jeon, of chronic constipation and abdominal pain in Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome : A case report

        This case study reports the effects of complex Korean medicine treatment, including Nangan-jeon, on Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) accompanied by chronic constipation and abdominal pain as the main symptoms. A 39-year-old woman diagnosed with LEMS with major symptoms, including chronic constipation and acute abdominal pain, received Western treatment. The treatment efficacy was weak and symptoms recurred, so the patient received outpatient treatment and 13 days of hospitalization for active Korean medicine treatment, including Nangan-jeon. During outpatient treatment and hospitalization, defecation frequency and the numeric rating scale (NRS) for abdominal pain and abdominal cold feeling were measured. The NRS for abdominal pain and cold decreased from 8 at admission to 3 and 0, respectively, at discharge. Defecation frequency increased significantly from once or twice a month to once every 2-3 days during hospitalization. This study results that complex Korean medicine treatment, including Nangan-jeon may be useful for treating patients who mainly complain of autonomic neurological symptoms, among patients diagnosed with LEMS. In addition, it is believed that it could be basic data applicable to more LEMS patient treatment cases.

      • 일반화된 마찰강성행렬의 민감도를 이용한 스퀼 소음 저감 연구

        In spite of many squeal noise studies, it is still hard to predict squeal noise these days. Squeal analysis is a useful technique in reducing or removing squeal noise. As a result, several papers that contain reasonable finite element model with correlation, squeal mode analysis, and design proposals that can reduce the squeal noise have been released. In this paper, Generalized Frictional Stiffness Matrix was extracted using Generalized Coordinate in ABAQUS. GFSM(Generalized Frictional Stiffness Matrix) is an unsymmetrical matrix which creates a real-eigen-value (unstable mode) in complex eigenvalue problem. Then, sensitivity of each term in GFSM is calculated. The least modification was proposed from the sensitivities to reduce the squeal noise. To verify this proposal, a reasonable finite element model was generated by correlating component and assembly modal tests. In processing correlation with component modal test, MAC(Modal Assurance Criteria) was used as a reference value for mode shape correlation.

        중등학교 인턴교사의 직무내용 및 만족도에 관한 질적연구

        학습보조 인턴교사 제도는 2009년 시작된 이래 2011년 현재까지 효용성 측면에서 많은 논란이 되고 있는 정책사업이다. 본 연구는 이 제도의 정착과 발전을 위해 일선 교육현장의 인턴교사 직무, 생활, 개선점에 집중하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 방법은 질적 연구를 바탕으로 하고 있으며, 그 중 면담법을 사용하였다. 면담법은 관리자를 대상의 개별 인터뷰와 인턴교사 대상의 포커스 그룹인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하였으며, 근거이론 방법을 활용하여 해석하였다. 첫째, 인턴교사의 직무확인 결과 정규교사의 직무의 일부분이 그들의 직무를 구성하고 있음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 관리자의 인턴교사에 대한 인식은 만족스러운 편이었다. 관리자 인터뷰 개방코딩 결과 110개의 개념과 10개의 하위범주, 5개의 상위범주로 재조직되었으며, 축코딩의 중심축으로 ‘노력하는 인턴, 조직 내에서 하나되기’가 명명되었다. 적, 관리자는 인턴교사에게 적극성, 성실성, 조직융화에 힘쓸 것을 요구하고 있다. 셋째, 인턴교사는 직무에 대해 학교 측의 배려와 관심, 제도적 차원의 개선을 바라고 있었다. 인턴교사 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 개방코딩 결과, 148개의 개념과 23개의 하위범주, 6개의 상위범주로 재조직되었다. 축코딩은 만족감 증진, 불만족 형성의 두 가지 차원으로 조직되었으며, 만족감의 증진 차원은 축코딩의 중심축으로 ‘인정받는 나의 일, 인턴교사’가 명명되었고, 불만족의 형성 차원은 ‘학교의 이방인, 인턴교사로서 살아남기’가 명명되었다. 즉, 인턴교사들은 조직의 동료들의 인정에 만족감이 증진되고, 학교의 배려부족에 의해 불만족이 형성된다고 볼 수 있다. 인터뷰 분석 결과 인턴교사제도의 발전을 위해 평등한 동료관계, 부장교사의 우호적 관리, 학교차원의 배려가 필요하고, 보수의 개선과 장기적 인턴제도의 로드맵 제시로 인턴교사제도가 일선학교에 정착될 수 있도록 다각적 노력이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 본 연구 결과는 중등학교에서 근무하는 인턴교사들의 직무표준을 만들거나 직무기술서를 만드는데 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이며, 인턴교사제도가 정착되기 위해 교육청, 정부 차원의 개선방향 뿐아니라, 인턴교사에 대한 학교의 배려와 관심이 중요함을 상기시켜 준 데 의의가 있다고 하겠다. The learning assistance teacher intern system was started in 2009 as a political solution to reduce employment rate in the younger generation; however, its efficacy is being debated until as of 2011. This study attempted to carry out an experiment focusing on the intern teacher tasks, lifestyle, and improvements to establish and advance this policy. The research method is qualitative interviews to investigate the work contents and work satisfaction of the teachers in middle school. The intern system recognition and the demand of the managers were also sought through an individual interview as well as the focus group interview (FGI) to suggest the satisfaction level and the future directions of the intern teacher system. The analysis of the data used the basis of the theory, which is a representative method of the qualitative research. First, the work contents of the intern teachers showed that they are similar to the regular teachers, but only a part. The counseling intern teacher managed the student counseling, education, connection, and administration while the teaching intern managed the regular classroom teaching, class-related counseling, and assistance of the school activities. The laboratory assistants mainly performed the teaching assistance, experiment setup, and equipment management and the industry-education cooperation interns managed business development, employment training, student harvest management, and administrative work. Second, the recognition of the interns by the manager was relatively satisfactory. The result of the manager interview open coding, 110 concepts and 10 subcategories as well as 5 categories were formed and the axis coding showed "Diligent intern, becoming one in the organization." The managers demanded the interns to work on voluntary work, diligence, and organization integration. Third, the interns were mainly satisfied with their work, but desired the consideration and interests from the school as well as the improvement in their treatment. The intern focus group interview open coding showed 148 concepts and 23 subcategories and 6 categories were organized and the axis coding formed increase in satisfaction and formation to the dissatisfaction. The increase of the satisfaction showed "Accepting my work as an intern" and the creation of the dissatisfaction showed "surviving as an intern, an outsider of the school." In other words, the interns had greater satisfaction when they are accepted by their peer and showed dissatisfaction from the lack of consideration from the school. The interview analysis results showed that an equal peer relationship within the department, favorable management by the department head, and consideration from the school are required to advance the intern system and the improvement in pay and long-term road map for the intern system will be required to establish the intern system in many schools. This result may be the basis of creating work standard or work reports for the interns in middle schools and also has a meaning in reminding the improvement direction of the Education Office, or the government, but also the importance of the consideration and interests within the schools.

        Squeal noise has been taken bigger parts of consumer's complaints about the brake system. In this study, the dominant normal modes of squeal are identified by ‘generalized coordinate’. Modal participation factors(MPF) to systems and components show the effect of each component to squeal numerically, and help change design to reduce squeal noise.

        자동점검장비 기반의 디지털 회로 설계를 통한 보드 점검방안

        Previous test equipment was bulky, took a long time to check, and was somewhat less economical. Since most of the checks were about analog signals, we preferred to check them using reference equipments. In this paper, a digital circuit design based on AITS is used to implement signals that can not utilize commercial measurement resources, and also designed and manufactured equipment that can inspect SRU. These test equipments were tested and evaluated by development, operation, and field evaluation, and they were installed to the Korean Field Force. This contributed to the improvement of operability by shortening the inspection time from 83.2 minutes to 7.8 minutes on average In addition, it did not utilize the reference equipment, so it could play a big role in lowering the mass production cost.
