공조시스템 개선에 따른 하절기 선실 온열환경 평가 및 유류절감에 관한 연구 - 실습선 새누리호를 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 목포해양대학교의 실습선 새누리호를 대상으로 선박의 중앙집중 공조시스템에 공랭식 에어컨을 직접 설치하여 성능을 개선시킨 공기조화시스템으로 운전하였을 경우의 냉방 성능을 비교하고, 선실의 온열환경에 대한 실측조사를 통해서 향후 선박용 공기조화 설계 및 계획에 경험적 기초참고자료로 활용하고자 하는 것이다. 연구결과 동일한 외기조건에서 기존의 중앙집중방식 공조시스템과 개선된 공조시스템으로 운전하였을 경우, 모든 선실의 온도는 $24{\sim}28^{\circ}C$, 습도는 55~75 %로 쾌적한 조건임을 알 수 있었고, 발전기 부하를 측정결과 공기조화시스템의 성능개선에 따라 평균 부하 48 KW, 전부하시 부하율 약 8 %정도 감소하여 1일 연료소모량 FOC는 하루 평균 222[L/day]의 기름이 절약됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 학생 선실(Cadet No. 21)은 기관실의 전열로 인해서 온도가 높게 나타났는데, 이것은 공기조화 설계 시 취출구 개수 및 전열부하를 고려하지 못한 결과로 판단된다. In this study, Mokpo national maritime university Training ship Centralizes Air Conditioning System was upgraded by installing onboard an Air-cooled Air conditioner. This resulted in the improvement of the performance and operation. This study compared refrigeration performance to former equipment and improving one. And through the actual measurement study about the cabin thermal environment, it will be used as basic data for marine air conditioning design and plan in the future. At same climate condition, when the Centralized Air Conditioning System and an improved air conditioning system operated, cabin temperature was at $24{\sim}28^{\circ}C$, humidity was 55~75 % as comfortable condition, Generator load measurement showed a saving of 48KW in the average load and 8 % in the full load factor. This also resulted in a saving of daily fuel oil consumption(FOC) at around 222 [${\ell}/day$] average. On the other hand, one cadet cabin(Cadet No.21) indicated a higher temperature due to heat transmission of engine room. It found us not to consider installing additional diffuser to reduce the heat transmission.

가상시험장은 양질의 시험 서비스를 보다 적은 비용으로 신속하게 제공하면서 실제 시험시에 발생할 수 있는 새로운 시험공간의 확보, 안전문제, 오염방지, 민원등에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 기술로 판단된다. 가상시험장의 효용가치는 가상시험 결과와 실제시험 결과의 근접성에 의해 결정되므로 모델링과 시뮬레이션 기술 개발과 더불어 Ground Truth Data의 축적이 선행되어야 성공적인 가상시험장 구축을 기대할 수 있다.
지역축제 참여동기가 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 고창청보리밭축제 참여자를 대상으로

지방자치제가 실시된 후 지방자치단체장들은 지역경제 활성화를 위한 전략적 사업으로 지역축제를 개최하기 시작하였다. 그러나 많은 축제들이 지역의 전통성보다는 경제적 측면을 위주로 무분별하게 개발되어 축제의 테마 및 내용의 중복, 지역주민들의 자발적 참여부족, 프로그램의 차별화 실패 등 여러 가지 문제점을 노출하게 되었다. 지역축제에서 가장 중요한 것은 명확한 주제가 있어야 하며, 참가자들이 축제에 직접 참여함으로써 축제의 본질을 느끼고 재미와 즐거움, 만족과 같은 긍정적 감정에 접근하여야 참가자들의 재방문을 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구는 고창청보리밭축제 참여자들을 대상으로 참여동기를 파악하고 참여동기가 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 분석결과 참여동기는 축제의 유희성, 이벤트, 탈 일탈성, 체험교육 순으로 나타났으며 축제의 만족도에서는 축제상품, 행사/서비스품질, 이용편의성, 이벤트(행사내용)순으로 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 지역축제 참여동기가 만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 H3에 대한 검증 결과 “독특한 축제라서”, “자연경관이 좋아서”, “자녀의 교육을 위해서”, “스트레스해소를 위해서” “공연문화행사 관람”의 5개 항목에서 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 지역축제 만족도는 재방문에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 H4에 대한 검증결과, “볼거리의 다양성”, “축제를 통한 지역문화의 이해” “체험프로그램”, “지역상인의 친절/서비스”의 4개 항목에서 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. Since the beginning of the local self-governing system, local government heads started holding local festivals as a strategic business to promote local economy. However, rather than highlighting the tradition of each region, many festivals were developed indiscriminately focusing mainly on economic aspect and ended up causing various problems such as overlapping themes and contents of festivals, lack of voluntary participation of local residents, and failing to differentiate programs. What is most important in local festivals is to have a clear theme and for participants to be directly involved in the festival, so that they can experience the nature of the festival and get positive feelings such as fun, enjoyment, and satisfaction, which is likely lead to revisit of participants. This study targeted the participants of Gochang Barley Field Festival, examined the motif of participation and how their motif affect the level of satisfaction. The result of the analysis showed that the motif of participation was in the order of enjoyment of the festival, event, non-deviation, experience education, and satisfaction about the festival was in the order of prize of the festival, quality of the event/service, convenience of use, and content of the event.

Semi-submersible drilling rigs are offshore plants that perform functions such as ocean exploration for oil and gas acquisition, drilling and production, and storage and unloading of crude oil and gas. Semi-submersible drilling rigs use watertight dampers as emergency buoyancy holders. Since the watertight damper is an emergency shutoff device, it is mainly driven by a pneumatic driving system that can operate without a power supply. The pneumatic driving system has highly non-linear characteristics due to compressibility of air and external disturbance such as static and Coulomb friction. In this paper, a new control algorithm is proposed for a watertight damper driving system based on the sliding mode control with a disturbance observer. To evaluate control performance and robust stability of the designed controller, the control results were compared with the results obtained using the state feedback controller. As a result, it was confirmed that the pneumatic driving system for driving the watertight damper using the sliding mode controller with a disturbance observer can obtain excellent control performance against the parameter changes and the disturbance input.
전근대 한국의 메시아니즘: 조선후기 진인출현설(眞人出現說)의 형태들과 그 공간적 전략

The prophecy of jinin 眞人`s appearance was a wide-spread myth in the late Joseon Korea. Jinin was a messianic figure who was appointed to fulfil a prophecy to collapse the Yi dynasty in the near future. The participants in rebellion against government and the members of popular religious movements had taken jinin as their symbolic leader. This paper discusses the meaning and character of the myth by focussing on its awareness of place and space. It was related to the political feng shui 風 水concept ‘the energy of regal power(wang gi 王氣).’ The capital city was regarded as the place in where the energy was indwelling. The apocalyptic thought in premodern Korea asserted that the energy would be exhausted, and the founder of the new dynasty would take possession of the other place where had abundant energy. The books of prophecy(dochambigi 圖讖 秘記) popularized the myth, and it formed a eschatological mentality after 17-18th centuries. The latter half of the paper analyses several types of cases of rebellions and religious movements which the prophecy was magnified. The paper concludes that there were two cognitive maps in the culture of late Joseon period. While the official mapping of the state sacralized the capital city and royal authority, the revolutionary mapping of the rebels denied the dominant topography and suggested various spatial strategies.
영상처리를 이용한 가동브래킷 변형 검사 기법에 대한 연구

The risk of facilities in catenary is increasing because the railway section extension and high-speed train service. And visual check of workforce is not enough time to maintain the extensive railway facilities. Accordingly, The technical development trend of maintenance of railway facilities can be seen by automation and application of IT technology, especially the mechanization work and the information technology are spreading in the maintenance work of the train line solved by manpower. In this paper, we describe the method by obtaining the cantilever image using acquisition device and pole inspection system in high speed vehicle, to check the variation of the cantilever component using image processing.

This study describes the effect of the critical pressure ratio of a control valve on the performance of an air spring system composed of an air spring, auxiliary chamber, control valve and mass in order to suggest a more efficient design for an air spring system. The critical pressure ratio of the control valve is assumed to have a fixed value, but the critical pressure ratio of the control valve is known to have various values between 0.05 and 0.6, and the effect of the variation of the critical pressure ratio on the performance of the air spring system has not yet been reported. The analysis derives nonlinear and linear governing equations of the air spring system, including the critical pressure ratio of the control valve. This simulation study is presented to show that the impedance and transmissibility characteristics of the air spring system change due to variations in the critical pressure ratio of the control valve as well as its sonic conductance. As a result, the critical pressure ratio of the control valve should be maintained as large as possible to improve the vibration isolation characteristics of the air spring system.
