생체 부분 간이식에서 CT영상을 이용한 간 체적계산법의 Reference Data로서의 유용성

It aimed at suggesting the concrete mensuration of lⅣer volume calculation and checking the utility by comparing the difference between the volume data which we have measured at 3D-lab. by reducing the error bound of the measured data and the data which is substantiaⅡy measured at the surgery room. It considered if there is the value of reference data of the volume data which is measured as manual method. The average weight of the graft which had been resected at the substantial surgery room was 680.53±137.35g, and the manual measurement volume average volume was 797.87±165.86㎤. Two data and correlation evaluation appeared to be(γ=0.83535 P〈0.001). The gap between the volume data of manual method and the volume data which was substantiaⅡy measured was 117.93±13.97%, and it shows significant gap in figure. The reason is plausible to be regarded as the reduction of volume(or mass) reduction due to the bleed at the time of operation resection. Meanwhile, what shows the considerably significant gap as 95% CI for the mean(114.72% to 121.14%, P=0.016 in the ratio of the gap) is judged to be valuable as the reference data before the surgery.
Volume Rendering CT Image의 TACE Reference Data로서의 유용성

Purpose Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) have a treating objective by inserting the angiography catheter in the hepatic artery that supplies blood to the hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and by this it can mix up the injection of carcinostatis and embolus substances to necrosis the liver cancer organisms. Typically a computed tomography(CT) decoding result was used as a treating plan by the doctor before transcatheter arterial chemoembolization was preceded but because of false classifications and the increased time of surgical operations, the anti-cancer medicine can be used in places that are not needed which bring out great pains to the patients. This investigation has been made so that confusions can be decreased when using the vascular volume rendering data that has been created in the 3 dimensional-lab. Materials and methods From a total of 1,144 cases that has used TACE at the National Cancer Center from June 1st, 2008 to August 5th, 2009, 50 HCC patients(43 men, 7 women with the average age being 58.18 years old ranging from 34 to 78 years) that converted their examined liver dynamic computed tomography’s artery phase image to a volume rendering image were evaluated by two decoding doctors and one radiologic technologist. Results The investigated patients were classified into four types. Type 1 was decoded that there was each lesion in the segment 5 through the segment 8 of the right lobe of liver according to CT test, but there was a lesion in other segment in case of TACE procedure. In other words, it meant that the segmentation was different in the right volume of liver. Type 2 was decoded that there was a lesion in the segment 4 according to CT test, but there was a lesion in the segment 8 in case of TACE procedure. In other words, is meant that the segmentation was different in the liver dome. Type 3 was decoded mat there was a lesion in me multiple segments or the single segment according to CT test, but there was a lesion in the single segment or the multiple segments in case of TACE procedure. And type 4 was the case that the results of decoding cannot be same or different in CT test and TACE procedure. Conclusion The hepatic artery’s shape in anterio-posterior conditions and the hepatic artery in right anterio-oblique Md left anterio-oblique conditions showed a significant difference. The blood vessels that seemed to be reiterated in AP conditions could be clearly classified by the change of angles in the right anterio-oblique and left anterio-oblique.

본 논문에서는 뉴런모스를 사용한 다운리터럴(Down-Literal) 회로블록과 전류미러 스위치 블록을 사용하여 3.3(V)의 저전력과 고속에서 동작하는 4치 아날로그 변환기(Quartenary to Analog Converter : QAC)를 설계하였다. 다운리터럴 회로를 사용하여 4치입력을 전류미러 스위치의 제어신호로 전환하고 전류미러 스위치는 4치입력에 해당하는 아날로그 신호를 출력한다. 제안된 구조로 설계된 QAC는 고속의 정착시간과 저전력소모의 특징을 가지며 CMOS 0.35㎛ n-well 공정을 사용한 실험 결과를 통해서 3.3(V)의 단일 전원을 사용하여 6MHz의 표본속도와 24.5mW의 전력소모를 확인한다. This paper describes a 3.3 (V) low power 4 digit CMOS quaternary to analog converter (QAC) designed with a neuron MOS($\upsilon$MOS) down literal circuit block and cascode current mirror source block. The neuron MOS down literal architecture allows the designed QAC to accept not only 4 level voltage inputs, but also a high speed sampling rate quaternary voltage source LSB. Fast settling time and low power consumption of the QAC are achieved by utilizing the proposed architecture. The simulation results of the designed 4 digit QAC show a sampling rate of 6(MHz) and a power dissipation of 24.5 (mW) with a single power supply of 3.3 (V) for a CMOS 0.35${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ n-well technology.

B-ISDN network based on ATM technology using statistical multiplexing method supports various multimedia services. Because these multimedia services require both the quality of service and the bandwidth, ATM networks need the efficient traffic and congestion control methods to avoid congestion. Also, it is necssary to use statistical multiplexing method having flexibility for both supporting various services and maximizing the utilization of network resources. In this paper, after we compared and analyzed existing algorithm related to the traffic control methods, then we presented an ATM traffic control mechanism. It is focusing on connection admission control and cell multiplexing methods. Also, we considered the interfaces with other control mechanism. Also, we considered the interfaces with other control mechanisms such as usage parameter control, bandwidth prediction, and congestion control method. We proposed a novel ATM traffic control mechanism using the neural networks and fuzzy logic theory. We simulated the proposed traffic controller compared with the existing controllers. Simulation results showed that the proposed traffic controller outperform the existing controllers.

The future livestock brand business needs to enhance awareness of brand, to proceed with expanding dependence upon the production company of the secondarily-processed meat products in non-preferred parts, and also to escape from the distribution form with the center on the quantity supply and the operation ratio for a large distributor. In order to be continued the livestock brand business, there is necessity for proceeding with stably maintaining the foundation of production in farms by arranging a plan for the consumer satisfaction. That is because the appearance of success in business relies on how consumers recognize pork brand. As a result of surveying consumers` awareness, what the recognition on expansion in brand was shown to be positive indicates that the expansion in brand is necessary at the present point of time, thereby giving great suggestion to pork industry. In this way, an effort of the brand management body for expansion in brand arranges an opportunity of consumers` change in awareness of pork industry as well as bringing about positive result called development in pork industry, and further lets pig farms to know that implementation of stable management foundation is important. In this sense, it can be said to be significant.
