발목테이핑 후 트레드밀 운동시간에 따른 등속성 발목근력 변화

This study was to investigate changes of muscle strength as exercise time duration after ankle taping in baseball players. For this study, highschool baseball players whose had no ankle injuries were volunteered, and all subjects were randomly divided into two groups (TG - taping group, n=15 and CG - control group, n=15). Dominant side ankles of all subjects in TG were taped by closed basketweave technique before exercise. For exercise stimulation, 10, 20, 30 and 40 minutes of running exercise was carried out on the treadmill (10 km/h, 0%) with 48 hours intervals. Cybex 770 Model (Lumex, U.S.A) was used to measure isokinetic muscle strengths at 30°/sec and 120°/sec angular velocity To analyze the datas, repeated measured two way ANCOVA were used and significance was set at p<.05 for all tests. The results are as follows Isokinetic muscle strengths of dorsi flexor at 10, 20, 30 and 40 min after exercise were significantly increased compared to before exercise in both groups. Isokinetic muscle strengths of eversor at 10 and 30 min after exercise were significantly lower in TG compared to CG, and isokinetic muscle strengths of eversor were significantly increased after exercise compared to before exercise in both groups. Isokinetic muscle strengths of inversor at 40 min after exercise were significantly lower in TG compared to CG, and isokinetic muscle strengths of inversor were significantly increased after exercise compared to before exercise in both groups. Powers of plantar flexor at 10 min after exercise were significantly lower in TG compared to CG. Powers of eversor at 10, 20 and 30 min after exercise were significantly lower in TG compared to CG. Powers of eversor were significantly decreased until 20 min after exercise and then significantly increased from 30 min after exercise in TG, however, powers of eversor were significantly increased at 10, 20 and 30 min after exercise compared to before exercise in CG. Powers of inversor at 20 and 30 min after exercise were significantly lower in TG compared to CG. Powers of inversor at 10 min after exercise were significantly increased compared to 20 and 30 min after exercise in TG, and Powers of inversor at 40 min after exercise were significantly increased compared to before exercise, 10 and 20 min after exercise in. In conclusion, taping on ankle can have an negative effect on ankle muscle strength and when baseball players need taping, exercise duration should be considered. but It is possible to decrease effects in ankle joint muscular power, which should not be overlooked. Taping care should be ankle condition of the players. then, that will affect an injury prevention and light performance improvement.
광주시 여중생의 전통생활문화교육의 인식에 따른 학교 적응 차이 연구

The purpose of this study is to look into how well middle school girls understand traditional living culture what difference would exist on their school adaptation according to their perception of them at school. In addition, this study would be helpful to give teachers specific school life guidance and to plan out related to traditional living culture program. For this study, middle school girls were chosen in Gwangju. And the data from 486 questionnaires were collected from May 20th to June 15th in 2008. And the SPSS WIN 14.0(kr) was used as the analytic method of data. According to these results, the students' awareness on traditional living culture education influences their adjustments on school life, it is a effective way to teach them the basic instructions of traditional living culture education in their school adjustment. In consequence, to enhance students' school adjustment, they need to be taught the concept of traditional culture and how our culture is distinguished through the textbook. And there also needs to be educational contents that students contact directly.

무지의 수근 중수간 관절은 무지의 기능, 즉 강력한 두손가락 집기(strong pinch) 그리고 강력 파악(grasp) 있어서 매우 중요하다. 그래서 부적절한 치료는 장기적 합병증을 초래 할 수 있다. 대다각골의 단독 골절은 매우 드문 것으로 알려져 있고 문헌들을 살펴볼 때 성인 수근골 골절의 약 3% 미만 정도에 해당하는 것으로 알려져 있으나 성장기 소아에서의 보고는 거의 없다. 대 다각골 단독 골절인 경우 일반 방사선 촬영에서 소다각골의 음영이 겹쳐서 보이게 되므로 발견하기 힘든 경우가 많아 의심이 되는 경우 특수한 수근부 촬영이 필요하며(Robert’s view) 대다각골 골절이 의심이 되면 전산화 단층 촬영은 진단과 적절한 치료에 있어서 필수적이다. 본 저자들은 성장기 소아 환자가 골프 중 대다각골 골절과 무지의 중수 대다각골간 아탈구 소견을 보여 관혈적 정복 후 두 개의 K 강선을 이용해 고정한 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. The carpo-metacarpal joint is important for thumb function and for strong pinching and grasping. Inadequately treated fracture of the trapezium can produce long term morbidity. Solitary fracture of the trapezium are uncommon, compose less than 3% of all carpal fractures in adults. However such fractures are very rare in growing patients. Routine anteroposterior (AP) and lateral radiographs of the wrist often fail to show these fractures because of the overlapping trapezoid. Special radiographic views have been described (Robert's view) to detect this fracture. Computer tomography (CT) was found to be essential for the diagnosis and proper treatment of the described injury. We report a case of sagittally split fracture of the trapezium associated with a subluxated carpo-metacarpal joint of the thumb that occurred while playing golf, which was treated by open reduction and percutaneous pinning using two K-wires.
내적 충돌증후군 야구선수의 재활운동 프로그램이 통증지수와 기능점수에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a rehabilitative exercise program on constant score and VAS in baseball player with internal impingement. The Subjects were 10 baseball player who had diagnosed internal impingement by orthopaedic medical doctor. Diagnosis included in magnetic resonance imaging and physical examination. They had a prescription of rehabilitative exercise program for 12 weeks, 3 day a week. Rehabilitative exercise program was modified by rehabilitation specialists based on studies of Wilk et al.,(2002) and Burkhart et al.,(2003). Data analysis was used by SPSS 15.0 for window package, It was used one-way repeated ANOVA, Post hoc test was used Bonferroni method and significant level was α =.05. The study was concluded as follows. Rehabilitative exercise program had improved in subjective function score(Constant) and VAS score, and These effects have appeared since 8 week of exercise program, In Conclusion, Above mentioned rehabilitative exercise program has been proved that improvement of subjective function score and VAS score in baseball player with internal impingement.

The Subjects were 10 baseball player who had diagnosed internal impingement by orthopaedic medical doctor. Diagnosis included in magnetic resonance imaging and physical examination. They had a prescription of rehabilitative exercise program for 12 weeks, 6 day a week. Rehabilitative exercise program was modified by rehabilitation specialists based on studies of Wilk et al and Burkhart et al. Data analysis was used by SPSS 15.0 for window package. It was used two-way repeated ANOVA to know the difference of range of motion and strength of shoulder between at pre-exercise program and at 4 week, 8week and 12week of exercise program within groups, between injuried and non-injuried shoulder, significant level was α =.05. In Conclusion, Above mentioned rehabilitative exercise program has been proved that it was increased ROM of internalㆍexternal rotation and abduction strength in baseball player with internal impingement.
