셀레늄 처리방법에 따른 '원황' 배 과원의 토양 및 수체 변화

본 연구는 신체에 유익한 기능성 성분으로 알려져 있는 셀레늄을 '원황' 배나무에 처리방법을 달리했을 때 어떤 처리방법이 토양과 수체에 셀레늄 흡수를 증진시키는 것에 대해서 조사하였다. 셀레늄 처리는 엽면살포, 토양 내 관주, 그리고 수간주입을 포함하였다. 토양 내 인산과 칼륨 및 마그네슘 함량은 대조구와 셀레늄 관주 처리간에 비슷한 경향을 보였고, 토양 내 칼슘은 셀레늄 처리로 인한 양이온 경쟁작용으로 대조구에서 오히려 높았고 셀레늄 함량은 관주 처리구에서 높게 나타났다. 셀레늄 처리에 따른 엽형질은 별다른 영향을 받지 못했다. 엽중 칼륨과 칼슘은 모든 처리구 간에 별다른 영향이 없었고, 마그네슘은 셀레늄 처리구에서 대조구보다 높은 경향이 나타났다. 엽과 과실 내 셀레늄 함량은 셀레늄 엽면살포와 수간주입 처리구에서 대조구와 관주 처리구보다 유의적으로 높게 나타났다. This study was established on which the selenium (Se), known as one of the functional elements in the human body, treatment was the most effective for the Se uptake in the soil and tree. Se treatments included foliar application, soil fertigation, and trunk injection. Se fertigation and control had similar soil $P_2O_5$, K, and Mg concentrations, and calcium and Se concentrations in the soil were greater on the control and Se fertigation, respectively. Leaf characteristics were not different among the treated trees. No differences were observed for the leaf K and Ca concentrations among the treated trees, and foliar Mg was greater on the Se treated trees than the control. Se foliar application and trunk injection had greater Se concentrations in the leaves and fruits than the Se fertigation and control.

대학생의 인터넷중독 유발 요인에 관한 연구

인터넷 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 일상생활에서 편리해진 점은 많이 있으나 여러 가지 사회문제를 야기하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학생의 과다한 인터넷 사용이 인터넷의존성과 대인관계에 영향을 미치고, 결국에는 자기통제능력을 상실하고 일상생활에 지장을 주는 인터넷중독에 이르게 되는 관계를 밝힌다. 인터넷 사용빈도가 높을수록 인터넷의존성, 대인관계 및 인터넷중독 정도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 인터넷의존성이 클수록 대인관계에 문제가 있고, 인터넷중독 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났고 대인관계에 문제가 있을수록 인터넷중독 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. Even though wide usage of internet makes daily life easier, it drives many social problems. This article reveals that heavy usage of internet affects status of mind and relationships with others, and ends up to the internet addiction. We found the more college students use internet, the more they become internet dependent, problematic in relationships with others and internet addictive. And more, internet dependency provokes internet addiction and problems in relationship with others and problems with others induces internet addiction, too.

진행중인 시계열데이터에서 분산 변화점 탐지에 관한 연구

This paper considers moving variance ratio (MVR) for valiance detection problem with time series data in progress. For testing purpose, parametric method based on F distribution and nonparametric method based on empirical distribution are compared via simulation study. 현재 발생중인 시계열 데이터에 분산변화가 일어날 경우 이동 분산비를 사용하여 분산 변화점을 빠른 시간 내에 탐지하는 문제를 다룬다. 이동 분산비의 분포로서 F분포와 데이터에 의존하여 추정되는 실증적 분포를 제안한 후 상호비교를 통하여, 어느 방법이 시계열 데이터에서 분산의 변화점을 잘 탐지하는지 연구하였다.

An alternative impression technique based on McLean's functional impression concept

본 증례에서는 소수 잔존치를 가진 환자에 있어 새로운 인상 채득법을 이용해 국소의치를 제작하였다. 이 방법에서는 McLean의 기능인상법의 개념에 따라 임시 의치를 이용한 기능 인상채득 후에 비가역성 하이드로콜로이드로 overimpression을 채득하였다. 이러한 방법은 모델링 컴파운드를 사용한 변연 형성의 필요성이 없으며, 짧은 시간에 과연장되지 않은 의치 인상을 채득할 수 있으며 개인 트레이가 정확하게 적합된다는 유용성이 있다. In this case report, an alternative impression technique for fabricating removable partial dentures was used in a patient with very few remaining teeth. In this technique, an individual tray was made on the cast, which was made by relining interim denture and taking overimpression with irreversible hydrocolloid according to McLean's functional impression concept. This method showed the following advantages: the no need for border molding with modeling compound, time saving for denture impression without overextension and accurate seating of the individual tray.

스마트폰중독이 정신건강, 학교생활, 대인관계에 미치는 영향 - K대 대학생을 중심으로

스마트폰이 2009년 국내에 첫 출시된 이후 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 일상생활에서 편리해진 점은 많으나 여러 가지 사회문제를 야기하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 스마트폰 이용실태를 조사하고 대학생들의 스마트폰중독 정도에 따른 문제점과 정신건강, 학교생활, 대인관계의 상호관계를 파악한다. 스마트폰중독을 예방하기 위한 방안을 제시하여 대학생들의 스마트폰중독 해결을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구결과 스마트폰중독 현상은 정신건강, 대인관계, 학교생활 등 여러 방면에서 문제를 발생시키는 것으로 나타났다. 스마트폰중독은 대인관계에 대한 직접효과도 유의하지만 정신건강이라는 매개와 학교생활이라는 매개에 의한 간접효과도 유의하게 나타났다. Since the smartphone was first released in 2009, its common use has made everyday life convenient but caused many social problems. In this article, we surveyed the status of smartphone usage and identified the influence of smartphone addiction on mental health, campus life and personal relations of university students. We gave the methods to prevent smartphone addiction, which could be used as basic materials for solving the problems. We found the smartphone addiction syndrome cause problems of mental health, campus life and personal relations in many ways. In addition to significant direct effects, smartphone addiction has significant indirect effects on personal relations via mental health and campus life as a medium.

버그 균형 척도 평가 빈도수가 뇌졸중 환자의 동적 균형 및 보행 속도에 미치는 영향

Background : The purpose of this study is to determine the effect Berg Balance Scale(BBS) evaluating frequency on the walking speed and dynamic balance control in patient with stroke. Method : sixteen patient with stroke were randomly allocated to an experimental and control group of eight patients each. For the experimental group, we performed both general physical therapy and BBS and general physical therapy only for the control group. The general physical therapy programs for the 2 group were conducted for 1 hour 1 a day, 5 times a week for 4 weeks, and BBS for the experimental group was conducted for 1 time a week. Result : A comparison of the Berg Balance Scale(BBS). Timed Up Go test(TUG) and 10 meter Walking Test(10mWT) score obtained before and after the 4-week treatment revealed statistical significant different(p<.05) for the experimental group. BBS evaluated weekly and the first day and the last day evaluated in both groups after 4 weeks of BBS assessment improved significantly were (p<.05) especially in the assessment group on a weekly basis more improvement was. BBS weekly assessment group and the first day and on the last day, a group evaluation after 4 weeks in both the change of the TUG, 10mWT was significantly improved in the evaluation group(p<.05). Conclusion : 1 time a week of the BBS assessment of with stroke patients BBS, TUG, 10mWT that can help to improve. especially on a weekly basis, more has been improved.

엑셀 매크로 기능을 이용한 표본추출에 관한 연구

수강하는 학생 개개인이 응답한 여러 개의 파일을 한 파일에 모은 다음 이 자료를 가지고 난수생성, 표본추출 과정과 방법, 모수와 통계량을 비교하는 프로그램을 엑셀 매크로로 작성하였다. 모집단에서 일부분의 표본을 추출하여 모수와 통계량의 차이를 비교하는 등 자료의 생성, 분석, 결과의 해석을 빠른 시간내에 해결하여 학생들이 흥미를 가지고 수업에 참여하도록 유도한다. 엑셀에서는 난수발생시 중복된 값이 발생하는데 본 연구에서는 비주얼베이직 매크로로 비복원추출 프로그램을 작성하여 활용한다. In this paper, we made a program to compare between population parameters and sample statistics, via Excel macro. This program gathers each students’ files to one file, from which a sample is drawn. This program will help students to be interested in class through extracting a part of sample from a group and comparing the difference between parameters and statistics in a few seconds. In Excel, overlapping value could happen when random numbers are generated but we avoid this case by making the sub-program, without replacement with VBA.

잠재성장모형을 이용한 성별과 모집단위별 학업성취도에 관한 연구: K대학교 사례

본 연구는 2011학년도 입학하여 여섯 학기 연속 이수한 학생을 대상으로 평균 GPA의 초기값(intercept), 기울기 (slope), 2차항 (quadratic term)을 구하여 이수학기가 늘어나면서 평균 GPA가 어떻게 변화하는지 분석하였다. 구체적으로 이수학기가 늘어나면서 성별과 모집단위에 따라 평균 GPA의 초기값, 기울기, 2차항에 차이가 있는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 초기값에 영향을 주는 변수는 모집단위, 기울기에 영향을 주는 변수는 성별이며 2차항에 영향을 미치는 변수는 하나도 없었다. This study analyzed how average GPA (grade point average) changes as the number of completed semesters increases based on the estimates of intercept, slope, and quadratic term. The students included in this study are those who was admitted in 2011 and took 6 consecutive semesters. More precisely, it was analyzed if intercept, slope and quadratic term of average GPA were different between gender and selection method. The results showed that the intercept was different between selection method, the slope was different between gender, but the quadratic term was different between neither selection method nor gender.

도서관 이용자 만족도를 매개변수로 하는 이용자 충성도에 관한 연구 : K대학 사례

대학에서는 다양한 분야의 지식과 정보가 창출되고 공유되는데 이러한 대학이 제공하는 교육서비스의 주된 장소가 도서관이다. 이 연구에서는 K대학생들을 대상으로 조사하여 제공자료 만족도, 환경 및 시설 만족도, 서비스 만족도가 이용자 만족도의 매개에 의해서뿐만 아니라 직접적으로도 이용자 충성도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 제공자료 만족도, 환경 및 시설 만족도, 서비스 만족도는 이용자 만족도의 매개에 의해서뿐만 아니라 직접적으로도 이용자 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Universities are places where the knowledge and information of various areas is created and shared, and the libraries of the universities are main places for providing education services. In this study, we survey the students of K university on the satisfactions on offering contents, environment/facilities and library service, users' satisfaction, and users' loyalty. Structural equation models are used in order to verify whether the users' satisfactions on offering contents, environment/facilities and library service are both directly and indirectly effective on users' loyalty with users' satisfaction as a moderating variable. The results show that the satisfaction on offering contents is both directly and indirectly effective on the loyalty and that the satisfactions on environment/facilities and library service are not indirectly effective but directly effective on the loyalty.

엑셀 VBA을 이용한 가변수 회귀모형 교육도구 개발

We often need to include categorial variables as explanatory variables in regression models. The categorial variables in regression models can be quantified through dummy variables. In this study, we provide an education tool using Excel VBA for displaying regression lines along with test results for regression models with a continuous explanatory variable and one or two categorical explanatory variables. The regression lines with test results are provided step by step for the model(s) with interaction(s), the model(s) without interaction(s) but with dummy variables, and the model without dummy variable(s). With this tool, we can easily understand the meaning of dummy variables and interaction effect through graphics and further decide which model is more suited to the data on hand. 회귀모형에서 범주형 변수를 독립변수로 포함시켜야 할 경우가 발생한다. 회귀모형의 범주형 변수는 가변수를 통해 수량화된다. 이 연구에서는 하나의 양적 독립변수와 하나 혹은 두 개의 범주형 독립변수를 가지는 회귀모형에 대해 가설검정 결과와 함께 회귀직선을 보여주는 교육용 도구를 엑셀 VBA (Visual Basic for application)를 통해서 구현한다. 가설검정 결과와 회귀직선은 교호작용이 포함된 모형, 교호작용이 없는 모형 및 가변수가 없는 모형에 대해 단계별로 제공된다. 이 교육도구를 통해 가변수와 교호작용의 의미를 더 쉽게 이해할 수 있으며, 나아가 어떤 모형이 주어진 자료에 가장 적합한지 그림을 통해 판단할 수 있게 된다.
