        정자소리 선율의 구조와 형식

        Minyo or folk songs have no fixed form but change with the time and place in which they are performed. This can make it difficult to identify their distinguishing features. The present study attempts to identify the general features of 45 examples of Chŏngja sori (rice planting and transplanting songs) from a published compilation. As a result of this examination, the pieces were grouped into four categories, according to their tempo and melodic charateristics. The pieces exhibited numerous ways of varying and embellishing the structural tones of the melody, but nevertheless conformed to a consistent melodic type in which the basic melodic phrases might be varied by dropping a note from either the beginning or the end. It was found, finally, that the faster the tempo, the simpler the melodic structure.

        우리나라 병원의 e-SCM 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        In order to achieve the purpose, the present study reviews first research papers, both domestic and foreign, related to the e-SCM; it, then, sorts out the variables, economic and otherwise, that are believed to be the most important to the adaption factors of the e-SCM on Korean Hospitals. In recent days a growing concensus has been emerging among Korean Hospitals that a e-Supply Chain Management(SCM hereafter), if properly introduced and effectively managed, could secure a competitive edge in their Hospital business. Therefore, there is an urgent heed for an study that will attempt to find out the most significant factors, and most proprice Hospital environment, affecting the implementation of e-SCM in Korean Hospitals. For this study, 101 questionnaires were collected from the employee who is work at Korean Hospitals. We will make the concept by each variable clear through manipulative definition of each variable, also we will compose questions for the characteristics by each variable to be reflected. In relation to the questions required for the data analyses, 5 points Likert scale will use. The main findings are as follows: The relationship between the hospital types, hospital size and employee size and adaption degree of e-SCM was analyzed, respondents who had higher degree of hospital size and employee size showed higher level of adaption of e-SCM Regression analyses were carried out to examine the relative contribution of three set of variables on the adaption degree of e-SCM. This study explains that hospital environment factor, partner factor and IT infra factor are major factors in predicting the adaption degree of e-SCM. This study data has its limitation that collected by internet questionnaires. To present more solid data for the purpose of improving the study of e-SCM, further study which would complement the shortcomings is needed.

        판소리의 우조와 평조 음정 연구

        This was written for the experimental use of the programme to measure pitch of Korean traditional music nopijaegi 1.0 (pitch astimation program 1.0) developed by NCKTPA and the acoustic research team of New Media Communication attached to Seoul National University. The pitches of gisanyeongsu and jeokseongga of chunhyangga sung by Kim So-heui were measured and compared. gisanyeongsu is is known to be pyeongjo composed of re-mi-sol-la-do scale, and jeokseongga , ujo composed of sol-la-do-re-mi scale. If we change this pyeongjo of re-mi-sol-la-do into sol-la-do-re-fa, the only difference between pyeongjo and ujo is half tone appeared in the last tone of each scale. The only different tones mi and fa in these two pieces of music are very movable and it is very difficult to measure the exact pitch with our own ears. Comparing the two representative pieces of pansori we ll find out the difference of the highest tones of these two pieces mi and fa . The frequencies of each tone measured by the programme nopijaegi are various and it is difficult to accept all the frequencies as the pitch of each tone. The following standards will be applied to get a desirable way of deciding the frequency of each tone. Among the various frequencies, we will accept the one which is closest to the pitch perceived by human ears as the pitch of each tone. For example, when we get various frequencies of octave higher or lower appeared before or after the frequency we should take, those frequencies are excluded. The different frequencies resulted from vibratos or descendants are also excluded. Among the various frequencies appeared in measuring one tone, the frequency which lasts more than half of the duration and which is close to the one perceived by the ears will be accepted as the frequency of the tone. When there is no frequency which lasts more than half of the duration, the one which is close to the ear perceived tone and lasts comparatively long is chosen. When there is no frequency meeting those conditions, we will accept the average frequency of the ones close to the ear perceived tone. According to the standards mentioned above, G,A,c,d,e,f,g,a,bb,c, d are appeared in gisanyeongsu and jeokseongga of chunhyangga sung by Kim So-hui. The pitches of the tones are shown at <Table 26-27>. The pitches of the two tones, e and f which appear in both pieces are lower than usual, comparing with the pitches of d(san), the first tone of gisanyeongsu and g(seong) the first tone of jeokseongga . The pitch of f is close to that of e and the interval between e and f is similar to the amplitude appearing in the tones of d , g , a . It is difficult to distinguish ujo composed of sol-la-do-re-mi form pyeongjo composed of re-mi-sol-la-do, according to the pitch difference between e and f . It is not clear to tell the difference between the interval recognized la-do in ujo of sol-la-do-re-mi and the interval recognized re-mi in pyeongjo of re-mi-sol-la-do. It is not easy to distinguish pyeongjo of gisanyeongsu from ujo of jeokseongga only by the intervals of the scale. On the contrary, it seems reasonable to regard that those two pieces of music are of same scale, if it should be decided based on the intervals.

        지식재산권통계의 품질서비스요인이 이용자 만족과 생산성 향상에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        기업의 경쟁력은 다양한 분야에 포진한 전문가를 통해 새로운 지식재산권을 창출하고 축적하는 것과 정보 재활용을 통한 기업 생산성 향상에 달려 있다. 지식재산권 통계자료는 지식재산 전략수립, 서비스품질 향상 및 생산성 향상 등 주요 기업의사결정에 유용한 자료로 활용되고 있다. 따라서 지식재산권 통계의 생산과 제공과정에서 자료의 정확성, 관련성, 일관성 등 통계품질진단 차원에서 개선해야 할 점은 없는지 검토가 필요하다. 통계품질관리가 엄격하게 관리되기 위해서는 통계자료의 실제 수요자인 이용자들의 만족도 분석 등 품질진단을 통하여, 통계의 품질취약상태에 대한 개선권고안을 작성하고 지속적인 개선노력을 통하여 국가통계의 평균적 품질수준을 업그레이드할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 이용자의 종합만족도와 세부항목별 중요도를 측정하고, 이용자만족도 진단의 포트폴리오 분석을 통하여, 항목별 차별화 영역과 권장영역의 중요 항목을 도출하고 이에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 이용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 통계품질 서비스요인에 대한 가설을 검증하기 위하여 구조방정식모델인 AMOS를 이용한 결과, 활용편리성에 관한 연구가 설인 H2a, H2b가 유의수준 0.05에서 기각되었으며, 나머지 통계 생산공표성과 내용충실성에 대한 연구가설은 통계적 유의수준 0.05에서 모두 채택되었다. This study is to diagnose the quality of intellectual property statistics by measuring users' satisfaction and analyzing the interaction relationship. The portfolio analysis is used to achieve the objective. Moreover, this study develops the hypotheses and the structural equation model in order to test whether statistics service quality factors are affected on the statistics users’ satisfaction level and systematic management. Drawing from previous studies about service quality factors and the data of the national statistical office, this study selects three independent factors such as operation and notice of statistics, use convenience, content royalty. Systematic management as parameter and user satisfaction level as one dependent factor are chosen. Using data from 244 users of intellectual property statistics, this study tests the effects of service quality factors on users’ satisfaction through systematic management. The portfolio analysis results in that we must transform individual variables from low-satisfaction, low- priority region to differentiate region and encouragement region. On the other hand, the structural equation model concludes to improve the operation and notice of statistics and content royalty more than use convenience.

      • 품질진단차원별 전자민원서비스처리 통계의 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 연구

        전자민원서비스 통계자료는 통합전자민원창구를 통해 인터넷으로 민원을 신청한 건수를 e-나라지표(www.index.go.kr)에서 통계프로그램을 이용하여 자동 집계하여 산출한 통계자료이다. 본 연구는 전자민원서비스통계 이용자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 통계품질서비스 구성요인을 도출하고, 이 구성요인이 실제 통계이용자의 만족과 재이용에 미치는 영향과 그 관계모형을 제시하였다. 이에 따른 연구가설을 설정하고, 전자민원서비스통계 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사 분석을 하였다. 전자민원서비스 통계에 대한 이용자 만족도 조사에서 종합 만족도는 3.79로 상당히 양호한 편이다. 이용자만족도 진단의 포트폴리오 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 2차 영역에 속하는 항목으로 개선이 필요한 것은 전화응대, 홍보, 정보검색, 장애발생 빈도 문항이다. 중요도는 낮으나 만족도는 높은 항목인 차별화 영역에 속하는 문항은 민원내용, 화면 및 디자인, 민원안내, 이용현황 문항이다. 마지막으로 권장영역에는 서비스 이용안내, 이용편의성, 처리속도 문항이었다. 또한 이용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 통계품질 서비스요인에 대한 연구가설을 검증하기 위하여 구조방정식모델인 AMOS를 이용한 결과, 가설 H1이 통계적 유의수준 0.05에서 기각되었으며, 나머지 가설들은 통계적 유의수준 0.05에서 모두 채택되었다 This study is to diagnose the quality of electronic public affaires service statistics by measuring the degree of users' satisfaction and their reusing intention and analyzing the interaction relationship. Moreover, the portfolio analysis is used to achieve the objective. This study develops the hypotheses and the structural equation model in order to test whether statistics service quality factors are affected on the users' satisfaction level. From previous studies about service quality factors and manual of the national statistical office, three independent factors such as correspondence to users, use convenience, content royalty, and user satisfaction level and user's reusing intention as one dependent factor are chosen. Using data from 268 users of electronic public affaires service statistics, the survey is developed and analyzed statistically. This research concludes through the portfolio analysis that we must improve individual variables which belong to low-satisfaction, low-priority region and promote variables of differentiate region and encouragement region. On the other hand, the structural equation model result in rejecting hypothesis 1 about correspondence to users and accepting hypothesis 2 and 3 about use convenience and content royalty. Hypothesis 4 about the relationship between users' satisfaction and their reusing intention.
