        폴리에스테르용 방염제의 합성과 그의 방염성

        Tris(4-bromophenyl) phosphate(BPP). bits(4-bromophenyl) sodium phosphate(BSP) and 4-bromo-phenyl disodium phosphate(BDP) were synthesized by interracial reaction. Flammability of PET fabrics treated with these three synthesized flame retardant was investigated through LOI measurement and times of flame contact. LOI increased with the increase of content of BPP BSP and BDP in fabrics and satisfactory flame retardancy. LOI 28, could be obtained at 3~4% of add-on.

        Changing Epidemiology of Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamases Pathogen of Urinary Tract

        This review covers the recent findings on extended spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBL) pathogens, focusing on the epidemiology of infection due to this pathogen. Use of ESBL is growing rapidly and widely. CTX-M-15 producing ESBL Escherichia coli is the most commonly encountered in clinical practice. In general, ESBL infections are represented by urinary tract infections, but they can also cause fatal infections involving the vascular system and central nervous system. Because E. coli is a common colonizer of normal intestine, increasing prevalence of ESBL-producing pathogens is particularly troublesome. In a situation where ESBLs are disseminated in the community, the ideal control of this multidrug-resistant pathogen will be challenging. Precise data on the prevalence and risk factors of ESBL-producing microorganism are still undetermined. More epidemiological studies are needed for the question to be answered. In order to maximize efficiency of treatment, information on the trend of increasing numbers of ESBLs is also needed on persistence of ESBLs in carriers as well as better understanding of how antibiotic treatment and other risk factors affect their persistence and further dissemination. The global emergence of multidrug-resistant ESBL pathogen has recently led to critical treatment problems. Early detection, adequate antibiotic therapy, and effective prevention are necessary for achievement of a safe community.

        영적 리더십 개발을 통한 교회성장

        The Korean church had been faced the tendency of the decline of Church growth. fundamentally, the crisis was caused by the lack of qualified Christian Leadership for church rninistry. Under this cunent situation of crisis this article tried to confirm and analyze those problems of the lack of Christian leadership. Generally tbe leadership means to lead rnernbers to the specific goals for the groups. There are many deflnitions for the leadership. But in the context of the church ministry, there are clear differences between the spiritualleadership and the secular leadership. Above all, the spiritual leadership emphasize on the Bible, church and the faith to the God. In the spiritual leadership, the purpose of the leadership is not ruling his group. In the Bible, Jesus told us clearly in that fact. Jesus said that who want to be a leader should become a servant fIrst. And Jesus Christ encapsulated the gospel into two commandrnents. He said to love God with our total being and our neighbor as ourselves. Effective leadership should be follow tbose two commandrnents A future question that arises for the spiritual leadership is about how can we develop the spiritual leadership. For the future ministry, we have to consider radical changes in our society. It is said that in the twenty-first century, to limit church by area wilI be meaningless. And the influences of the computer and multimedia is stronger than before. People wilI seek more spiritual relief in the church. This article explored the spiritualleadership for the future ministry. When we face our circumstances we can notice easily that the future would be very different with all technical developments. We found already radical changes in our daily life. The future minisσies confront severe challenge from the radical changes and high-technical society. How can the church survive under those radical changes? Therefore this article tried to describe about future changes. Our church needs to attempt new techniques for our future ministry. But the most important thing is even its methodology can be changed but not the essence of Gospel. We have to establish our future on the Word of God. Future ministries wilI claim more spiritual leadership than ever. Stronger spiritual leadership wiU be requested because of those rapid changes in our society. So in this article suggest some helpful tips it can help to develop effective Christian leadership for the future ministry and church growth.

        Ministrial Ethics on Culture in Korean Context

        복음과 문화는 신학의 중요한 주제이며 복음과 문화의 관계설정을 통해 한국사회와 교회를 설명하려는 노력을 많은 신학자들이 해왔다. 본 논문은 복음과 문화의 관계를 한국적 상황 속에서 정리하였으며 특별히 한국인이 느끼는 여러 감정 중 기분(氣分) 이라는 단어의 개념 정리를 통해 한국문화의 특색을 정리하였다. 또한 본 논문은 전통적인 한국의 문화적 특징을 한국인의 세계관으로 정리하고 한국의 전통문화가 현대사회 속에서 어떻게 문화적 변화를 일으켰는지 고찰하였다. 이러한 문화적 고찰을 토대로 성숙한 한국 현대사회의 교회 문화 발전을 위한 목회 윤리학적인 접근 방법을 소개해 보았다.

        Christianity and Ministerial Ethic for Evangelism in Korea Context

        1990년대 들어서면서 한국 교회는 성장을 멈추고 성장속도가 둔화하기 시작한다. 교회성장의 위기 상황을 극복하고 부흥의 불을 살리기 위해 교회는 목회자의 윤리적 목회철학과 문화적 전도 방법을 교회성장의 새로운 모델로 삼아야 한다. 본 논문은 문화와 복음간의 관계를 정리하고 한국적 상황 속에서 문화 안에 자리잡은 한국고유의 세계관을 통한 새로운 전도 방법을 실천적 측면에서 연구하였다.

      • 피나투보 아이타족을 통해본 선교와 상황화의 신학적 제언

        Ⅰ. Introduction The Philippines is an archipelago of many varied indigenous groups which are called Aeta. The Aetas can not maintain their isolation any more, because of the fatal eruption of Mt. Pinatubo 1991, they were exposed to the world suddenly. The cost of destruction caused by eruption of Mt. Pinatubo, heaven turned to the hell to the Aetas who live in there. Since 1991, I have worked as a Korean Methodist Missionary for the Aetas in that area. This study based on my mission experience with Aetas. Ⅱ. Contextualization. The idea of contextualization is to frame the gospel message in language and communication forms appropriate and meaningful to the culture, and to focus the message upon crucial issues in the lives of the people, in the case of my mission field, the Aetas of Mt. Pinatubo. The contextualized indigenous church is built upon culturally appropriate methods of evangelism; the process of disciplining draws upon methods of instruction that are familiar and part of the local traditions of learning. The structural and political aspects of leadership are adopted from patterns inherent in the indigenous culture the gospel is preached rather than imported from denominational organizations in the home countries of missionaries. Ⅲ. Conclusion With considering all the cultural background and analysis of date of the Aetas, as our mission respondent, we need to make some access plans to them for the Gospel. Their poor environment, like no-electricity, lack of water and lack of food, face to face communication system and strong kinship, make us Wholistic evangelism program. Aetas people have their own culture therefore we can approach them through their culture. Our mission presentation of word of God follows the Scriptures pattern on how the Lord revealed Himself to us, that is, through progressive revelation within the context and framework of history. There is the Gospel but as many different expressions of faith.
