        현대 중국어 이음절 "떠나다"류 동사와 기점 논항의 결합 양상 고찰

        本文主要討論現代漢語"離開"類動詞輿起点論元同現傾向,幷以句法位置上的特点爲基礎從認知語義的角度進行了分析。"離開"類動詞具有【+位移】、【+取離】的語義特征,其中,本文以五個高頻率雙音節動詞"離開"、"告別"、"撤離"、"撤退"、"出發"作爲硏究對象,將"離開"類動詞與起点論文元的同現頻率和句法特点進行詳細的描述。"離開"類動詞支配起点論元時,起点論元的句法位置主要有兩類:賓語與狀語。取離位移事件的原型結構"位移體+動詞+起点"(動賓)形式與狀語形式相比,其起点所表達的認知語義更爲廣泛,卽起点的空間意義包括:位移事件開始之前所處的地点、事件開始的地点和位移事件進行的過程背景。此外,本文重点分析這倆個句法形式根動詞的語義範疇及其原型接近程度或多或少有相關,動詞的語義離取離位移範疇的原型語義越近,起点論元以原型結構(動賓結構)出現的可能性越大。

        선원재해보상체계 개선과 선원복지공단의 설립 연구

        Korea is a country with a highly dependent economic structure. Until Korea became a great economic power today, there was a shipping industry at the center. At the heart of the shipping industry is the crew. The crew contributed greatly to the development of the national economy as the main axis of the shipping industry. However, the national treatment of the crew is very poor compared to the contribution of the crew. Among them, the disaster compensation system of the crew is very poor compared to the land workers. The crew is in a special working environment called the sea isolated from the land and provides labor in a closed space. Maritime risks are mostly of nature that can not be managed or controlled by preventive manuals alone. Therefore, sailors need special protection compared to land workers. Nevertheless, sailors are excluded from the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act. In other words, the crew's disaster compensation system depends on private insurance, not social insurance. The crew's disaster compensation insurance should be converted into social insurance. On the other hand, the current seafarer disaster compensation system is separated into the crew of the fishing boat and the crew of the merchant ship. It is necessary to unify the disaster compensation system of fishing boat crew and merchant ship crew. In this paper, It will examine the compensation system of the seamen disaster in Korea and examine the case of Japan. And It examines the necessity of establishing the crew welfare corporation and propose a bill of law. 대외의존도가 높은 경제구조를 가진 우리나라가 세계 10위권에 달하는 규모의 경제 강국이 되기까지 해운산업의 주축인 선원의 역할을 빼놓을 수 없다. 이와 같이 국가 중요산업의 한 축을 담당하고 있는 선원은 해상이라는 노동환경의 공간적 특수성과 선박이라는 폐쇄된 노동제공 장소 등으로 말미암아 예측할 수 없는 다양한 해상위험에 노출되어 있다. 이러한 해상위험들은 선원의 특별한 주의나 예방매뉴얼 등으로 관리 또는 통제될 수 있는 수준을 넘어서는 것들이 대부분이기 때문에 그 위험들을 적절하게 통제하거나 극복하는데 뚜렷한 한계가 있다. 이러한 해상특유의 위험과 고립된 노동환경 등을 감수해야 하는 해상노동의 특수성은 선원이 육상노동자에 비해 상대적으로 두터운 보호가 요구되는 이유이기도 하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 선원의 재해는 국가에 의한 노동자의 핵심 산업재해보상체계인 「산업재해보상보험법(이하 “산재보험법”)」의 적용에서 제외되어 있다. 즉 선원의 (직무상 또는 직무 외)재해보상에 관하여는 「선원법」에서 선주의 직접 보상을 규정하면서 그 보상을 담보하기 위하여 보험가입을 강제하고(제106조), 이에 따라 선박소유자(선주로부터 선박의 운항에 대한 책임을 위탁받고 이 법에 따른 선박소유자의 권리 및 책임과 의무를 인수하기로 동의한 선박관리업자, 대리인, 선체용선자(船體傭船者) 등을 포함한다. 이하 같음)는 민영보험(선원근재보험), 해운조합의 선원공제, 선주책임상호보험(KP&I) 등에 가입하고 있다. 따라서 육상노동자가 업무상 재해를 입은 경우에는 「산재보험법」에 근거하여 설립된 근로복지공단이 운영하는 공보험(사회보험)으로 재해보상이 이루어지지만, 선원재해는 이 법의 적용을 제외(동법 시행령 제2조 제2호)하고 있기 때문에 선원의 직무상 재해는 민간보험에 의존하고 있다. 선원재해보상제도의 근간은 사회보험이 아닌, 선주의 선원에 대한 재해보상책임을 담보하는 사영보험(또는 공제) 중심으로 운영되고 있기 때문에 선원복지공단의 설립을 통해 선원재해보상체계도 사회보험의 차원에서 선원재해보상 문제가 통일성․일관성 있게 주관되도록 하여야 할 것이다.

        中華人民共和國 反壟斷法(獨占規制法)」의 立法現況과 주요내용에 관한 考察

        The People’s Republic of China has taken great change to adopt a reformative policy in economy from 1978. Since 1978, China has opened doors to domestic market and adopted the socialistic market economy. Result of that policy, lots of industrial capital was flowed in foreign capital. And monopolistic enterprises has been appeared in the market, the market has been engrossed and controlled several companies. Therefore the government authorities recognized necessity of anti-trust law to control the activity of enterprise in the market. China has been researched anti-trust since 1980, and In 1994, initiated a legislation of anti-trust law. As a consequence, the draft bill of Anti-trust law was accomplished. This study searched into Anti-trust law of the People’s Republic of China which is enacting lately. If this law will legislate, it will be established a new order in domestic market of China. And it will have an influence on the enterprises which are planning to make inroads into the branch in China. Therefore it is necessary to make out Anti-trust law of the People’s Republic of China. But details of the Anti-trust Law is unknown, because the government of China doesn't make public the draft. This paper searched into the Anti-trust law of the People’s Republic of China which is coming out into the open by this time.

        코퍼스기반 현대중국어 ‘不/没+X’의 동일성에 관한 공시적 고찰

        Inter-changeabil ty between ‘bu+X’ and ‘mei+X’ refers that ‘bu’ and ‘mei’ represent the same meaning when used in front of same verb. In this paper, We analyzed the verbs that appeared in previous studies, and that Corpus results are : 'mei' can be expressed as ‘existence negation’ , ‘past negation’ and ‘objective negation’; also affected by collocation adverb, aspect mark. ‘bu/mei+X’ inter-changeabillity ismostly made up of ‘mei+X’. In view of this, we can guess negative adverb ‘mei is in the process of Evolution. We will consider about typological approach(dialect study, Diachronic study).

        초·중급 학습자를 위한 교재코퍼스 제작과 이를 활용한 수업 방안 제언

        본 논문은 초·중급 학습자를 위한 교재코퍼스 개발을 통해 난이도 별로 예문을 적절하게 활용하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 초·중급 교재코퍼스 개발은 학습자들이 배우고자 하는 어휘나 문법 규칙에 다양한 방식으로 노출될 수 있도록 예문을 수집하고 학습의 주체가 되어 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 큰 장점이 있다. 이에 본고는 회화, 문법, 작문 등의 연계교육에 교재 코퍼스가 어떻게 활용 가능한지 다양한 형태의 수업 방안을 제언한다. This paper tries to suggest the way of properly using different types of example sentences by the difficulty levels to teach a foreign language, through the development of pedagogic corpus for low-intermediate learners. A pedagogic corpus enables instructors and learners to set up their own learning goals and can collect and create their desired corpus materials. For this, the development of pedagogic corpus tried to focus on collecting different example sentences from a wide range of materials and subdivide types of materials and units or categories containing example sentences in order to allow learners to be exposed to vocabularies or grammar rules they want to learn in various contexts. Besides, different types of proposal of lesson plans using a pedagogic corpus have been made, in that conversation, grammar, and writing are integrated in a single lesson. By pursuing further research mentioned below, this paper will contribute to enhanced educational and academic effectiveness of the pedagogic corpus being currently developed. First, characteristics of example sentences in teaching materials published in Korea will be analyzed to find differences from the educational corpus used in China. Second, it will try to find a way to use the analysis of parts of speech and elements of sentence in each example sentence. The part-of-speech tagging facilitates the easy analysis of method of using words to make a sentence and the sentence structure. The grammar structure analyzed in this way can be the basic data for teaching and learning conversation, writing, and translation.

      • 해양플랜트 지원기지(Offshore Supply Base) 조성전략에 관한 연구

        □ Purpose This research addresses various issues on the construction strategies of an OSB (Offshore Supply Base), which is a kind of supply base to support various activities related to an offshore industry, the especially offshore resource development. - With the increase of the market of the offshore industry, a demand for service provided by OSB is expected to increase in Korea. - So far, there is in a situation the Korean government and academic sector is not particularly interested in constructing and operating an OSB. - While there are not enough foreign and domestic previous studies on the OSB, this research is expected to be a basic research and future researches need to be carried out. □ Methodologies - Case study for construction and operation of the OSB in Houston, Singapore and Korea - Demand analysis for an offshore industry related to the offshore resource development near Korea - Specialist interview survey □ Results ◦ We examined in detail the growth and development of Houston and Singapore under the background of the changes in its economic and social issues by reviewing research papers. - Based on the investigation, we carried out case studies for construction and operation of the OSB in two regions as the leading regions for the related industry - Whether certain nation or region has rich reserves of energy resources is not always a prerequisite for OSB industry to prosper. - If there exists well-prepared finance and logistics infrastructure for foreign investors to operate their company effectively, that is a sufficient condition for OSB industry to start and prosper. . As a result of the study “berth facilities including loading/unloading” was drawn out to be the most important factor followed by “ship/plant repair facility”, “storage facility”, “workshop” and “connectivity in the global transport network”. - Due to the unique characteristics of OSB industry, cost related factors were the lowest priorities. . To support various offshore activities, the construction and operation of OSB is necessary. This research would be expected to be a fundamental study.

        해사안전기술의 대개도국 이전을 위한 로드맵 작성에 관한 연구

        국제해사기구(IMO)와 세계 해운계는 해양환경 보호 빚 해상안전 확보를 위해 각종 국제협약을 사행하고 있으나, 해양사고에 의한 인명, 재산, 환경의 피해는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 해양 사고의 주요 요인은 많은 개발도상국들이 해사안전기술을 갖추지 못해 IMO에서 요구하고 있는 국제협약을 이행하지 못한 것으로 분석된다. 우리나라는 과거 수원국가에서 최초로 대개도국 지원국가(DAC)에 참여하여, 대개 도국 지원정책을 강화하고 있다. 그러나 해안 대개도국 지원업무는 농어촌 개발 및 사회간접자본 확충 등에 치중하였으며, 해양안전부문은 극히 미흡하였다. 그러나 우리나라는 세계 10위권의 해운국가로 부상하고 IMO A그룹의 이사국으로 피선됨에 따라 개도국의 해양안전 및 환경보호를 위한 지원압력이 국제사회로부터 가중되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해사안전기술의 대개도국 이전을 위한 로드맵의 작성방안과 이행전략으로서 개도국 수요조사, 자금확보, 조직, 인식제고 등을 제시하였다. Republic of Korea is the first country which received international aids, h1s become a member of DAC, and recently has strengthened the international aids policy through ODA(Official Development Assistance). Korea ODA has focused on the area of education, social infrastructure, etc., but not on maritime affairs. However, since Korea has become a maritime country and a member of "A Group" council of IMO, the international shipping community including IMO strongly requests Korea to transfer Korea's maritime safety technology to developing countries for the sake of international maritime safety and marine environment protection. In this study, the direction of road map for effective transfer of maritime safety technology and marine environment protection technology was presented. The strategy for implementation of the suggested road map was proposed as well.

        保險設計士의 保險者 代理權 存否에 관한 硏究 - 告知受領權을 중심으로 -

        This paper studies on the Legal Issues on the Limit of Insurance Salesmen's Rights under the Insurance Regulation Law. The Insurance Salesmen make a contract with insurer and work to insurer’s business. As it were, they canvass for insurance commodities to the general public and invite to insured for the insurer. Therefore, on all of occasions the general public who will make contract with insurer have an interview with an insurance salesmen, and People make contract through the mediation of an insurance salesmen. That is in a general way. But they don't have any rights about an insurance contract, as it were, three rights. Those are rights of the contract, rights of the receipt of disclosure, rights of the receipt of insurance premium. Particularly, one of the three rights the most problem is rights of the receipt of disclosure. In the case of contract of insurance insured have to give the insurer notice about important things for the contract. That is disclosure and representation duty of insured. If they don't carry out this duty, the insurer can cancel the contract any time, and the insurer need not pay the insurance money to insured by the contract. In this case, the insured should be inflicted a loss. Therefore, this paper suggest a partial amendment of insurance salesmen system in the Insurance Regulation Law.
