        한국 중소기업수출지원정책의 효율화 방안

        한국의 수출지원정책은 1997년 IMF 외환위기를 계기로 중소기업 중심으로 전환한 이후 중소기업수출액이 2011년 최초로 1,000억 달러를 초과하는 양적 성장을 거두었으나 이후 정체 수준을 보여 왔다. 이와 같은 정체의 배경에는 수출지원정책이 수출경쟁력 제고에 크게 기여하지 못한 측면도 존재하는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 중소수출기업의 수출기반확충과 수출경쟁력 제고를 위하여 2010년 이후의 주요 선행연구를 중심으로 지원정책의 문제점을 분석하고 문제점 개선을 위한 효율화 방안을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 수출지원정책의 효율화를 위해 첫째, 수출지원기관 간 기능조정과 통합, 수출단계별 지원주체의 조정, 중소기업청과 지방자치단체의 역할조정 등에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 둘째, 기업 맞춤형 지원시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 셋째, 지원기관의 인력확보 및 전문성 제고를 위해서는 무역회사 퇴직 인력 또는 청년인턴제도의 검토가 필요하다. 넷째, 일정규모 이상의 지원사업에 대하여는 외부평가의 비중을 높이고 정량평가와 정성평가 모두가 가능한 균형 잡힌 지표의 개발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. Korea`s Export Support Policy has shifted from conglomerate to SMEs since the 1998 IMF financial crisis. Therefore the SME export result in 2011 has reached the quantitative growth of more than US$ 100 billion for the first time. However, the trend has remained stagnant since 2013. Such a stagnant is judged to exist on the part of the Export Support Policies that fail to significantly enhance export competitiveness. Therefore, in order to expand the base of the export capabilities of SMEs and enhance the export competitiveness, the researcher has analyzed the problems of the Export Support Policy focused from the major prior studies since 2010 and derived the efficiency improvement methods. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary to select or combine the following measures. they are the coordination or combination of the functions of the export support institutions, the operation of the single export support institutions, the utilization of the cooperative support system between the support institutions, the use of the private enterprises. First, it is necessary to review the following measures: they are the functional adjustment and integration among export support agencies, the adjustment of support organizations by export stage, the role coordinating between the Small and Medium Business Administration and the Local Government. Secondly, it is necessary to build a customized support system for enterprises. Thirdly, in order to secure the manpower and expertise of the support organization, it is necessary to review the utilization of the retired manpower the from the trade companies or the youth intern system. Fourthly, it is suggested that the balanced performance index is required for the export support programs with a certain scale and need to increase the portion the external evaluation together with the quantitative and qualitative evaluation.

        울릉도 수계의 부착규조군집의 계절적 변이와 DAIpo에 의한 수질평가

        We investigated the variations of epilithic diatom community and assessed water quality of the water system of Ulleung Island by DAIpo in April, May, July, August, October, and November of 2003, and January and February of 2004. Samples were collected from four sampling stations. Total 95 taxa were identified from this study and dominant species were Nitzschia inconspicua, Achnanthes minutissima, Gomphonema angustum and Cocconeis placentula var. lineata. The variation of DAIpo values was ranged from 51.14 to 77.77 and the water quality by DAIpo was estimated between α-oligosaprobic and β-oligosaprobic states.

        부착규조(附着硅藻) 군집에 의한 신천의 수질비교

        The water quality of the Sinchun river was assessed by Diatom Assemblage Index to organic water pollution(DAIpo) on May 29 in 1991. Total 96 taxa consisted of 14 saprophilous taxa, 61 indifferent taxa and 21 saproxenous taxa were identified in this study. Dominant species were Fragilaria vaucheriae at st.1, Gomphonema angustum at st.2, Nitzschia gracilis at st.3, Navicula pellicolosa at st.6 and Nitzschia palea at st.4, 5, 7, 8, and 9. Cymbella minuta and Synedra ulna were occurred at all stations. DAIpo values decreased rapidly as going to lower course of this river and the highest DAIpo was 79.84 at st. 1 and the lowest was 2.31 at st. 9. The variation of DAIpo was nearly the reverse tendency with electric conductivity. The saprobic levels at each station of the Sinchun river were α-oligosaprobic at st. 1, 2, 3, β-mesosaprobic at st. 4 and polysaprobic at st.5,6,7,8,9. The water quality of the Sinchun river was more severely polluted than that of 1984.

        임하호에서의 (臨河湖) 식물성플랑크톤 군집의 (群集) 생태학적 고찰

        This study was investigated the ecological study of phytoplankton community from eight stations of Imha lake on May, July, September and November in 1993. Phytoplankton was identified the total 297 taxa, which was composed of 261 species, 29 varieties, 3 forma and 4 unidentified taxa. Standing crops were ranged from 6.Ox10^5unit/l at st. 1 on May to 1.4×10^7unit/l at st. 2 on July. Dominant species were Anabaena soilitaria f. planctonica, Cyclotella comta, Cyclotella meneghiniana, Cyclotella ocellata, Cyclotella stelligera and Synedra delicatissima var. angustissima. Dominant index, diversity index and evenness index were 0.068∼0.750, 0.341∼1.367, 0.183∼0.716, respectively. In relationships between community and physico-chemical factors, chlorophyll-a concentration was showed a law coefficient with the total standing crops but a high with standing crop of C. stelligera. Water temperature was a positive relations with the total standing crops. T-P was showed a low relation with the total standing crops and a negative with A. solitaria f. planctonica. T-N and conductivity were a positive with the total standing crops and standing crop of Bacillariophyceae. This lake was the oligotrophic or mesotrophic type on May but converted from mesotrophic to eutrophic type at all stations on July, September and November by comparison with phytoplankton community and physico-chemical factors.

        임하호의 식물 플랑크톤 군집구조

        Phytoplankton communities are investigated at four stations in Lake Imha from March, 1992 to November, 1994. Phytopalnkton are identified from 234 taxa in 1992 to 302 taxa, in 1994. Standing crops are the highest value in 1992 and the lowest value in 1993, and slowerly increased in 1994. Dominant species are Cyclotella pseostelligera and 13 taxa. Among them, Anabaena solitaria f. planctonica is bloomed during the season the high Total-N/Total-P ratio. This result is guessed the difference between the water environment of Korea and other nations.

        진양호의 식물성플랑크톤 군집에 관한 연구

        Phytoplankton samples were collected during May, July, September and November of 1993 from three stations in Jinyang lake. Phytoplankton community structure, biomass, Chlorophyll a concentration and dominant species were investigated in this lake, A total 306 taxa were encountered during the survey period, and the most important algal groups were Chlorophyceae with 162 taxa and Bacillariophyceae with 111 taxa and followed by the Euglenophyceae(15 taxa), Cyanophyceae(9 taxa), Chrysophyceae(4 taxa), Dinophyceae(3 taxa) and Xanthophyceae(1 taxon). The total cell numbers and Chlorophyll a concentration were lowest in May(1,240,923ℓ^-1 and 11.36 mg m^3) and highest in September(8,029,OO3ℓ^-1 and 45.08mg m^3). The phytoplankton community in this lake was characterized by Bacillariophyceae shared the very high contribution (82.8%∼99.8%) of the total biomass throughout the all surveyed period. The predominant species were Aulacoseira ambigue , Cyclostephanos dubius, Cyclotella ocellata and Cyclotella stelligera and these dominant species accounted for 21.4% to 65.8% of the total biomass.

      • 타이어 품질 예측 및 원인 분석을 위한 합성곱 신경망

        Recently, machine learning algorithms have been widely applied in the automotive industry. In particular, it is important to characterize tire quality that can determine the reliability of product design. However, the previous studies are insufficient to explain tire quality because they are based mainly on experimental design methods. In this study, we propose using convolutional neural networks (CNN) and class activation map (CAM) to predict tire quality and perform cause analysis. To properly reflect the location information of a car, we convert the structured data into the image data. We compare the proposed CNN+CAM with other machine learning methods including random forest, gradient boosting machine, adaboost, linear regression with feature selection, support vector regression, partial least square regression, and deep neural networks. The results indicate that the CNN+ CAM yields higher prediction accuracy than other methods. This implies that the proposed CNN+CAM can identify important variables that play an important role in predicting tire quality.

        도전사를 이용한 A자 자수형 RFID 태그 안테나 설계에 관한 연구와 RFID 태그에 관한 리뷰

        The general RFID theory and principal of operations are reviewed, and the conductivities of the various electro-threads are analyzed. Based on the analyzed data, an embroidery tag antenna using the electro-thread is designed with the popular English character shape A. The embroidery RFID tag is easy to be embedded on a cloth as a wearable antenna. The embroidery tag is easy to be applied to general clothes. The characteristics and the reading range patterns of the tag antenna are measured. The reading distance of the A shape embroidery tag antenna is 1.2 meter at the maximum range.

        Two Unrecorded Speces of Hemicycliophora minora and Pratylenchoides ivanovae and Additional SEM Description of Pratylenchoides utahensis and Rotylenchus feroxcis from Korea

        Hemicycliophora minora Wu, 1966와 Pratylenchoides ivanovae Ryss, 1980를 국내 미기록종으로 보고한다. 현재 국내에는 Hemicycliophora속에서 총 5종, Pratylenchoides속에서 총 3종의 선충이 보고되었으며, 이들 종에 대한 검색표를 첨부하였다. 아울러 주사전자현미경을 이용하여 Pratylenchoides utahensis Baldwin, Luc & Bell 와 Rotylenchus feroxcis Eroshenko의 형태적 특징을 추가적으로 기록하였다. Hemicycliophora minora Wu, 1966 and Pratylenchoides ivanovae Ryss, 1980 are newly collected from Korea. Five species of Hemicycliophora and 3 species of Pratylenchoides were reported in Korea and key is given. Two preciously described species, Pratylenchoides utahenis Baldwin, Luc & Bell and Rotylenchus feroxcis Eroshenko were observed under the scanning electron microscope.
