        사용자 경험 강화를 위한 위치 기반 캠퍼스 투어 증강현실 게임

        대학 캠퍼스 투어는 방문객 또는 예비 학생들에게 학교 환경, 시설 및 역사를 홍보할 수 있는 좋은 기회이다. 최근 스마트 폰의 대중화와 정보통신기술의 발전으로 많은 대학에서 캠퍼스 투어를 위한 모바일 애플리케이션을 제공하고 있으며, 그 중 일부는 증강 현실 기술을 활용하기 시작했다. 그런데 기존의 캠퍼스 투어 증강 현실 앱은 대부분 설명 중심의 캠퍼스 투어 가이드를 제시하는 경향이 있다. 또한 시스템 구현을 캠퍼스의 주요 건물이나 기호에 관한 단순 정보 제공하는 것에 그친다. 본 연구에서는 게임을 통해 캠퍼스를 돌아다니며 자체 가이드 투어를 하고 신입생이나 방문객들이 보다 자연스럽고 직관적인 방식으로 캠퍼스에 익숙해지도록 하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이 논문에서는 사용자 경험을 향상시키기 위해 위치 기반 모바일 증강 현실 보물찾기 게임의 설계 및 개발을 제시한다. A college campus tour is a great opportunity to promote the school environment, facilities and history to visitors or prospective students. Along with the population of smart phones and the advancement of information and communication technologies, many universities have recently provided mobile applications for campus tour, and some are starting to utilize augmented reality technology. However, most of the existing campus tour augmented reality systems tended to present a description-oriented campus tour guide. Their main focus is simply to provide information about the campus's main buildings or symbols. This study focuses on self-guided tours of the campus through games making new students and visitors to get familiar with the campus in a more natural and intuitive way. In this paper we present the design and development of a location-based mobile augmented reality treasure hunt game to enhance the user experience.

        범용 단열재로 활용하기 위한 실리카 에어로젤 블랭킷의 처리 기술

        에어로젤은 지금까지 알려진 가장 단열성이 우수한 소재이지만 유연성이 없고 강도가 매우 낮아 부직포나 섬유에 에어로젤을 담지한 블랭킷이 현실적으로 가장 활용이 가능한 형태이다. 그러나 에어로젤 블랭킷도 분말 발생을 피할 수 없고 유연성이 부족하고 변형 가능성이 있는 문제가 있으므로 아직은 범용으로 사용되지는 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위하여 진공 처리, 표면 처리, 복합 소재화 기술을 적용하였고 일부 시제품도 제작하였다. 에어로젤 블랭킷을 알루미늄 시트로 감싼 다음 네 끝을 봉하고 진공을 뽑으면 단열성이 블랭킷 자체보다도 우수한 소재가 될 수 있다. 에어로젤 블랭킷을 수지로 도포하여 표면 처리하면 에어로젤 성형체를 만들 수 있다. 에어로젤 블랭킷에 여러 겹으로 수지나 섬유로 라미네이팅하여 복합체로 만들면 유연성을 지닌 단열소재로 활용할 수 있다. 특히 기공이 조절된 테플론 멤브레인을 활용한 복합체는 투습 및 방수 기능까지 보유하여 의복에 사용할 수 있다. 수지와 섬유의 에어로젤 블랭킷 복합체를 활용하여 방한화용 깔창과 야외용 깔개 시제품도 제작하였다. 에어로젤을 활용하여 제작한 깔창 및 야외 깔개의 열전도는 20 mW m<sup>-1</sup> K<sup>-1</sup> 이하로 단열성이 뛰어났으며, 유연성과 내구성도 우수하였다. Aerogel is the most excellent insulation material known to date, but it is inflexible and has very low strength. A blanket containing aerogel in a nonwoven fabric or fiber is currently the most practical form. However, aerogel blankets are not yet widely used because they cannot avoid dust generation when handled, lack flexibility, and can possibly deform. In this study, vacuum treatment, surface treatment, and composite materialization technology were applied to solve this problem, and some prototypes were also made. If an aerogel blanket is wrapped in an aluminum sheet, sealed at the four ends, and vacuumed, it can become a material with better insulation than the blanket itself. An aerogel molded body can be made by coating the aerogel blanket with resin and treating the surface. If the aerogel blanket is multi-packed and laminated with resin or fiber in multiple layers to make it a composite material, it can be used as a flexible insulation material. In particular, this composite material, which utilizes a Teflon membrane with controlled pores, is breathable and waterproof, so it can be used for clothing. Prototypes of insoles for winter boots and outdoor roll mats were also produced using aerogel blanket resin and fiber composites. These prototypes showed low thermal conductivity of less than 20 mW m<sup>-1</sup>K<sup>-1</sup>, with good flexibility and durability.

        Expression of Bcl-2 Family in 4-Nitroquinoline 1-Oxide-Induced Tongue Carcinogenesis of the Rat

        The number of patients with tongue carcinoma is increasing rapidly among young individuals in many parts of the world. Oral carcinoma progresses from hyperplastic lesion through dysplasia to invasive carcinoma and the concept of "field cancerization" with molecular alteration has been suggested for oral cavity carcinogenesis. Significant improvement in treatment and prognosis will depend on more detailed understanding of the multi-step process leading to cancer development. To induce tongue carcinoma in rat by 4-NQO, each drinking water was made to 10 ppm, 25 ppm, 50 ppm and control (only D.W. without 4-NQO). Specimens were classified into 4 groups such as control, I (mild & moderate dysplasia), II (severe dysplasia and carcinoma in situ), III (carcinoma). The mRNA expressions of Bcl-2 family were evaluated by RT-PCR technique. For anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 family, mRNA expression of Bcl-w was down-regulated in all stages of tongue carcinogenesis model. However, mRNA expression of Bcl-2 was up-regulated. For pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 family, all members were down-regulated in all stages of tongue carcinogenesis model except for Bad mRNA in group III. In terms of BH3 only protein, mRNA expressions of Bok and Mcl-1 were down regulated in all stages of specimen, but Bmf in group II and BBC3 in group III were up-regulated. Our current findings demonstrated the involvements of mRNA expression of Bcl-2 family in multi-step tongue carcinogensis. This highlights the necessity for continued efforts to discover suitable biomakers (Bcl-2 family) for early diagnosis of the disease, and to understand its pathogenesis as a first step in improving methods of treatment. The discovery of these potential biomarkers and molecular targets for cancer diagnostics and therapeutics has the potential to significantly change the clinical approach and outcome of the disease.

        일부(一部) 사업장(事業場)의 산업보건(産業保健) 사업(事業)에 있어서의 근로자(勤勞者) 참여(參與)에 관한 조사(調査) 연구(硏究)

        The concept of workers' participation in occupational health was introduced to Korea recently in relation to primary health care in occupational health. But there is confusion and debate about workers' participation concept. The purpose of this study was to review the concepts of workers' participation and to conduct evaluation the workers' participation status in occupational health and safety, 394 workers and 54 employers (5.6%) in north area of Kyunggi-Do, were selected and interviewed with a questionnaire by a trained interviewer from August to September 1990. In general, the concept of workers' participation is based on industrial domocratisation and Declaration of Human Rights which had been powerful ideologies in labor movement. Contrary to workers' participation, community participation is rooted in the Health Rights. So, it is necessary to consider concept of workers' participation to improve participation. The results of survey were as follows. 1. Most of companies (71.75) carried out occupational health education to workers in study area. 2. The Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSHC) were set up in 24.1% among the study companies, and 72.7% of workers among respondents thought that OSHC was helpful to workers health. 3. The workers signed his name to personal health report in 43.1% and the rate of participation in occupational environment examination was 54.9%. 4. The workers prefer the OSHC (39.3%), owner (35.1%) and union (25.8%) as a occupation health organisation, but owners prefer OSHC (54.5%), manager (43.2%) and union (2.3%). 5. Among the factors of the general characteristics, the existence of labor union was a major determinant of workers' attitude and level of workers' participation. As we have seen, most levels of workers' participation are low in occupational health. The variable of existence of labor union among the factors was a ma determinant of workers attitude and level of workers' participation. Therefore, in order to promote workers health, it is necessary to ponder long deeply on occupational health care system under the viewpoint of workers' participation.

        입상활성탄의 자연발화 예측에 관한 연구

        The characteristics of critical spontaneous ignition of granulated activated carbon were investigated at a constant ambient temperature and sinusoidally varying ambient temperatures. At a constant ambient temperature, the larger vessels yielded the lower critical spontaneous ignition temperature. The apparent activation energy calculated by the Frank-Kamenetskii`s thermal ignition theory was 38.82(㎉/㏖). At sinusoidally varying ambient temperatures, the critical spontaneous ignition temperature was generally lower than that measured at the constant ambient temperature. For the amplitudes 5℃ and 10℃, a period of 1 hour showed the minimum value of the critical spontaneous ignition temperature, and for the amplitude of 15℃, a period of 2 hours showed the minimum value of the critical spontaneous ignition temperature. The Frank-Kamenetskii`s parameter δ_c(ε, ω) was determined from the results.

        알루미늄-실리콘 공융 조성 합금 페이스트를 이용한 국부 후면 전계 태양전지 특성 분석

        Characteristic of aluminum-silicon alloy paste which is applied on the rear side of PERC cell was investigated. The paste was made by aluminum-silicon alloy with eutectic composition to avoid the formation of void which is responsible for the degradation of the open-circuit voltage. Also, the glass frit component of the paste was changed to improve the adhesion of aluminum-silicon paste. We observed the formation of void and local back surface field between aluminum electrode and silicon base by SEM. The light IV, quantum efficiency and reflectance of the solar cells were characterized and compared for each paste.

        견갑골강화운동이 만성 뇌졸중환자의 견갑골 대칭성 위치와 체간조절 및 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of scapular strength exercise including conservation exercise on trunk control and dynamic balance of chronic stroke patients. The subjects for this study were 20 chronic stroke patients. Participants were randomly assigned to scapular strength exercise group(n=10) and conservation exercise therapy group(n=10). Two group were executed during 30min a day, 5 times a week during 4 weeks. Subjects were measured for paretic side’s distances from thoracic vertebrae to scapular, trunk control, balance. All date were analyzed by paired t-test and independent t-test of SPSS/PC ver 20.0. After 4 weeks of scapular strength exercise including conservation exercise therapy was showed significantly effective in scapular symmetrical position, trunk control scale and dynamic balance(burg’s balance scale, time up & go). These results suggest that SSEG was more considerably increased on scapular location, trunk control scale and dynamic balance than CEG. In conclusion, the scapular stabilization exercise in chronic stroke patients caused by brain injury was effective for improvement in scapular location, trunk control scale and dynamic balance.
