면양에 대한 국산옥수수 펠릿트의 성장능력 , 소화율 및 제1위내 VFA조성에 미치는 영향

This experiment was conducted for a period of 140 days to evaluate feeding values, digestibility and volatile fatty acid (VFA) composition of ruminal juice of whole corn crop pellet and corn ear with husk pellet through feeding trial, digestibility experiment and the determination of ruminal pH and volatile fatty acid pattern for lamb. Twelve male lambs weighing 30㎏ in initial body weight were divided into 4 treatments i.e. control, whole corn crop pellet, corn ear with husk pellet and rice straw pellet group. The results obtained are summarized as follows. 1. The body weight gain of lambs fed whole corn crop pellet (1,254.8g) and corn ear with husk pellet group (1,253.9g) was higher than that of rice straw pellet fed group (1,194.3g) or control group. And control group (974.7g) was the lowest. The body weight gain of whole corn crop pellet group was significantly (p$lt;0.05) heavier than that of control group. While, there were no significant differences among the other treatments. Daily dry matter consumption and feed efficiency showed the same tendency as the body weight gain. 2. Digestibilities of the dry matter, crude protein, crude fiber and nitrogen free extract (NFE) in the corn pellets were lower than those in the commercial formula feed, but were higher or slightly lower than those in hay or rice straw pellet. While, crude fat digestibilities of corn pellets were the highest among treatments. Digestible crude protein contents of the whole com crop pellet and corn ear with husk pellet were found to be 5.86 and 6.59%, respectively. Total digestible nutrients (TDN) values of the whole corn crop pellet (62.74%) and corn ear with husk pellet (69.00%) were lower than that of commercial formula feed (72.26%), but higher than that of hay (59.61%) by 3-9%. 3. The changes in ruminal VFA production in molar % were characterized by 4-5% decrease in acetate production and 3-4% and 2-3% increases in propionate and butyrate production during 20 days after feeding the experimental feed, but were not affected by treatments. Tonal VFA production of corn pellet groups was higher than that of rice straw pellet or control group. The ruminal pH was decreased from 0 day to 10 days after feeding experimental diets, but was not changed thereafter regardless of treatments. According to the results of obtained from the present studies, it could be suggested that the use of whole corn crop pellet and corn ear with husk pellet may be used as a combined feed of roughage and grains for ruminant animals and will also help to contribute the use of self produced feedsruffs.
인공경량골재의 EAF dust 첨가에 따른 초경량화에 관한 연구

제철공업에서 부산물로 발생되는 EAF(Electric Arc Furnace) dust는 유해한 철분 성분을 다량 함유하고 있어 환경파괴를 일으킬 위험이 있는 지정폐기물이다. EAF dust의 자원화를 위하여 석탄화력 발전소에서 발생되는 바닥재와 준설토에 EAF dust를 첨가하여 세라믹 다공체의 제조 가능성을 연구하였다. 또한 등유는 비교적 저온에서 발포기구에 작용하는 탄소(C)의 효과를 보기위해 첨가하였다. 혼합은 건식 공정으로 했으며, 소결 방법은 $1050^{\circ}C$부터 $1200^{\circ}C$까지 $50^{\circ}C$ 간격으로 10분간 직화소성 하였다. 소결된 시편의 비중, 흡수율 및 미세구조를 관찰한 결과, EAF dust는 시편 내의 발포 현상을 용이하게 하여 초경량 다공체 골재를 얻을 수 있었다. $1150{\sim}1200^{\circ}C$의 소결온도에서 10 wt% EAF dust를 첨가한 인공경량골재는 비중 1.0 g/$cm^3$ 이하의 초경량 인공 경량 골재를 만드는 것이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다. EAF dust from steel industry used as primary materials for the production of lightweight aggregates. Fe compounds in EAF dust plays an important role in the bloating reaction. This study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of using bottom ash and dredged soil from coal power plant and EAF dust. The effect of different raw material compositions and sintering temperatures on the lightweight aggregate properties were evaluated. The characteristic of thermal bloating of bottom ash and dredged soil were mainly influenced by ferrous materials. The specific gravity of aggregate was decreased with the addition of EAF dust and kerosene was reduced sintering temperature on the bloating formation. Lightweight aggregate containing 10% EAF dust having apparent density under 1.0 g/$cm^3$ were produced at $1150{\sim}1200^{\circ}C$.

인터넷의 발달로 사람들이 많은 음악을 쉽게 접할 수 있게 된 만큼 음악 검색 서비스나 음악 추천 서비스와 같은 기능을 위한 응용 시스템이 주목 받고 있다. 이러한 시스템들이 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 일반적인 음악의 형식인 다음(Polyphonic) 음악에서 멜로디를 추출하는 과정이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 다음 음악의 표현 능력이 매우 뛰어난 악기 중 하나인 피아노의 음악으로부터 멜로디를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 피아노 음악은 다음의 복잡도가 매우 크기 때문에 피아노 음악에서 멜로디를 추출하는 방법을 연구함으로써 여러 악기로 연주한 일반적인 다음 음악에서 멜로디를 추출하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있으리라 기대한다. Thanks to the development of the Internet, people can easily access a vast amount of music. This brings attention to application systems such as a melody-based music search service or music recommendation service. Extracting melodies from music is a crucial process to provide such services. This paper introduces a novel algorithm that can extract melodies from piano music. Since piano can produce polyphonic music, we expect that by studying melody extraction from piano music, we can help extract melodies from general polyphonic music.
흰쥐 유선의 발달과 유단백질 발현에 있어서 Cimaterol 의 효과 1 . 유선의 발달과 in vitro 아미노산 흡수능력에 미치는 영향

The objectives of this study were to examine the effects of β-agonist cimaterol on mammary differentiation and the activity of amino acid uptake in acinar cell culture. Ninety six weanling female rats were assigned to either a control or test (supplementation of cimaterol, 10mg/kg) group. For feeding trial, growth rate and feed intake were examined. Mammary tissues from selected experimental animals were obtained to examine the mammary differentiation by chemical analysis, and to conduct the acinar cell culture for evaluating amino acid uptake activity. Rats on test group had significantly improved the growth rate and feed intake. The supplementation of cimaterol in rat diet increased the ratio of RNA/DNA and protein/DNA, DNA and protein with a decrease in lipid content in mammary glands. Mammary glands from the test group animals had more amino acid uptake activity by acinar cell culture than those from control group animals. These results indicate that supplementation of β-agonist cimaterol in rat diet can influence differentiation and amino acid uptake in mammary gland.
