A Case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome Yoing Jin Joo, M.D., Sung Moon Choi, M.D., Young Ja Choi*, M.D., Ho Suk Sung, M.D. Department of Dermatology, Clooego of Medicine, Inje University, Pusan, Korea We presented a case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome in a 25-year old female, who had hyperextensibility of skin, skin fragility, cigarette paper-like atrophic scar, joint hyperextensibility and skeletal abnormality of scoliosis since birth. There was no family history. Microscopic and electron microscopic examinations of the skin biopsy specimens from normal appearing skin on the forearm and the site of subcutaneous nodule was compatible with finding of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Although the manifestations of this case including marked extensibility of skin, joint, skin fraility and atrophic scar might be in accord with type Ⅰ(gravis) Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, skeletal abnormality of scoliosis did not correspond to this type, but to type Ⅳ(hydroxylysine deficient) Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. We consider this case as a type Ⅳ Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

아버지 찾기 서사로서의 최상규 소설

본고는 최상규 소설에 등장하는 주인공들의 도착화된 병리현상이 현대적 주체의 히스테리 특성임과 동시에, 아울러 이러한 병리현상이 현대적 주체의 ‘아버지 열망’과 연관됨을 밝히고자 한다. 최상규 소설의 많은 부분은 ‘부자 관계’에 조명되어 있다. 아버지 살해, 동성애적 욕망, 원시적 공동체에 대한 향유 등은 결국 아버지와의 동일시적 욕망이 잠재된 것이라는 것이 본고의 주안점이다. 『악령의 늪』, 「형성기」, 「건곤」, 『새벽기행』 등에 나타나는 주인공들의 다양한 도착증적 현상은 후기자본주의 시대를 살고 있는 현대적 주체의 거세공포에 기인한다. 이 같은 주체의 병리현상들은 후기자본주의가 생산한 ‘잉여’적 생산물이다. 다시 말해 후기자본주의적 주체란 오인의 한 과정이며, 이는 결국 상징적 아버지에 대한 부정임과 동시에 강력한 힘을 가진 기원적 아버지에 대한 열망으로 이어진다. 최상규의 소설에서 빈번하게 등장하고 있는 ‘위치 바꿈’ ‘익명성’ ‘기다림’ 등의 개념들은 주체의 ‘오인’을 유도한다. 이것은 자본주의의 메커니즘인 사물화와 유사한 개념이다. 전쟁, 군부독재, 산업화와 도시화에 따른 병리현상은 잉여적 주체를 생산하는 메커니즘으로 작용하고 있다. ‘나의 여자’를 ‘그의 여자’로, ‘친구의 여자’를 ‘나의 여자’로 바꾸는 「가멸법」에서와 같은 위치 전도 현상은 히스테리적 환상에서 빈번하게 일어나는 양가적 현상의 일환으로, 이는 오이디푸스기에 기원을 두고 있다. 또한 복제인물 표상화되는 『새벽기행』의 ‘그’는 ‘나’의 오인된 표상물이다. 이때 ‘나’는 오인된 주체 그 자체로 존재할 때 블랙홀의 심연에서 벗어날 수 있다.이러한 양가성은 주체 형성의 기원에 바탕을 둔 것으로, 그것은 결국 기원적 아버지에 대한 애정과 증오의 원천이다. The paper tries to disclose that the perverse pathological symptom of characters in Choi Sanggyu’s novels is one of features of modern subject, hysterics, showing that such a pathological symptom is related with the ‘father aspiration’ of modern subject. Many parts of Choi Sanggyu’s novels shed light on the relationship between a father and son. Thus, the paper focuses that the murder of father, homosexual desire, and nostalgia to primitive community are caused by the potential desire to be identified with father. Varying perversion phenomena of characters in 『Swamp of the evil spirit』, 「The formative period」, 「Heaven and earth」, and 『Dawn journey』are traced back to the castration fear of the modern subject living in the post capitalism period. These pathological symptoms of the modern subject are surplus products made by the post capitalism. In other words, the subject of the post capitalism is one process of misconception. After all, it is connected with the denial of the symbolic father and an aspiration for the original father who has a powerful force at the same time. The concepts frequently appearing in his novels, such as ‘position change,’ ‘anonymity,’ ‘waiting,’ and so on, induce misconception of modern subject. This is a similar concept to the materialization of capitalism. Pathological symptoms caused by war, military dictatorship, industrialization, and urbanization present that they work as a mechanism that produces surplus subjects. As position change like ‘my girl’ is changed into ‘his girl’ and ‘my friend’s girl’ ‘my girl’ is one of ambivalent phenomena that frequently happen in a hysterical situation, it dates from the Oedipus period. 『Dawn journey』 Justice he is a symbol of which me is misconception. This time when existing with that oneself of the subject which is misconception there is a possibility of deviated from the abyss of the black hole. As such an ambivalence is traced back to the origin of forming a subject, after all it is a source of love and hatred toward the original father.

항일무장투쟁사 소설에 나타난 모험 크로노토프와 민족서사담론 연구 -항일투쟁근거지를 중심으로-

본 연구는 김세일의 『홍범도』, 안수길의 『북간도』, 이기영의 『두만강』을 중심으로 모험 크로노토프와 민족서사담론을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이들 소설의 주요 배경인 ‘두만강’의 험남한 지형은 무장투쟁근거지로 적합한 외향적 요인을 갖고 있던 터라 일찍부터 공공의 광장으로 작용하며 의병활동의 무대가 되었다. 이는 당대 항일무장투쟁가들에게 있어 ‘간도’, ‘장백산’, ‘연해주’ 등지를 잇는 계기가 되었고 이는 민족의 모험적 크로노토프의 발판으로 작용한다. 삶과 죽음을 넘나들었던 백두산과 장백현 어항령 밀림과 로령 연해주를 비롯 수많은 협곡에서의 전투는 모험적 크로노토프를 넘어 민중과 함께한 공적연대창조의 시간으로 귀결된다. 그러나 전체적으로 사회주의적 투쟁의 관점으로만 민족사적 관점이 투영된 것은 이들 소설의 한계점이라고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본고는 작가의 서사적 전략이나 서술에 주목하지 못한 아쉬움이 있는데, 이는 추후의 과제로 남겨둔다. The purpose of this study is to examine the adventure chronotope and national narrative discourse, focusing on Kim Sae-Il’s Hong Beom Do, Ahn Soo-gil’s Booggando and Lee Gee-Young’s Doomangang. The rugged topography of the “Duman River”, the main background of these novels, had an extroverted factor suitable as a base for armed struggle, so it served as agora from an early age and became a stage for medical activities. This was an opportunity to connect the “Gando”, “Changbaeksan”, and “Yanhaeju” to the anti-Japanese armed struggles of the day, and this served as the foothold for the adventurous chronotope of the nation. Battles in numerous gorges, including Mt. Baekdu, Chang Baek-Hyun’s Fishing Harbor, and the coastal coast of Loryeong, which crossed life and death, lead to a time of public solidarity creation with the people beyond the adventurous chronotope. But, it can be seen as a limitation of these novels that the perspective of national history is projected only from the perspective of socialist struggle as a whole. Also there is a regret that this paper did not pay attention to the writer’s narrative strategy or description, which is left as a future task.

SERVQUAL을 이용한 장기요양서비스의질 평가

본 연구는 노인장기요양서비스 이용 대상자를 중심으로 재가서비스에 대한 서비스 질을 SERVQUAL로 파악하고자, 천안시 재가서비스 이용자들 중 일부를 표본 추출하여 대상자로 선정하였다. 설문문항들의 신뢰도 평가결과 Cronbach"s α 의 값이 0.94로 아주 높은 내적 일관성을 보였으며, 차원별 가중치 평균 순위에서는 신뢰성이 가장 높게, 공감성이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 연구결과 장기요양서비스의 품질관리를 위해 체계적인 질 관리가 필요하며, 이를 해결하기 위해 ‘요구사항에 대한 문제 해결태도’, ‘구체적 요구사항에 대한 이해정도’, ‘어르신의 편익에 대한 배려’, ‘업무 미해결 시 후속조치’, ‘어르신이 편리한 이용시간’의 시정이 요구된다. This study aims to examine the service quality of home services centering around the users utilizing long-term care services for the elderly. And it chose its subjects by extracting the samples from the users living in Cheonan and using home care services as diagnosed to be in the grade of getting long-term care. According to the result of evaluating the questionnaire items’ reliability, Cronbach"s α was 0.94, so it showed very high internal consistency. In the general analysis of the services by dimensions, the elements for enhancing satisfaction were distributed in each dimension in general, and in the dimensions of expertise and responsiveness, proper feedback from the service providing institutions is demanded, and in each dimension, elements to be improved intensively are distributed evenly. To enhance long-term care service needed systematic quality management to total quality control, thus it improvement should attitude solving the problem demanded, understanding degree detail demanded, consideration of benefit elderly, take follow-up measures not solution. convenience service hours.

현길언 소설에 나타난 집단로맨스와 반영적 글쓰기

현길언의 소설들은 일제시대와 해방이후 그리고 육이오의 혼란기를 거치면서 마을사람들의 집단적 로맨스에 의해 역사적 진실이 물질화되면서 왜곡된 이데올로기로 변질됨을 보여준다. ‘4ㆍ3사건’의 전말을 다룬 <身熱>은 기자인 ‘나(최부장)’가 당대 사건에 관여된 사람들의 진술을 요구하며 역사적 진실을 밝히고자 한다. 이때 ‘나’는 분석자의 위치에서 당대 사건 연루자들을 찾아다니며 진술을 요구하지만 진술을 거부하는 피분석자들의 저항으로 인해 서술은 지연된다. <불과 재>또한 화자인 ‘나’가 한때 자신의 선망의 대상이었지만 ‘4ㆍ3 사건’ 때 폭도로 몰려 마을사람들의 돌팔매에 의해 떼죽음을 당한 ‘고 선생’ 일가족을 반영론적 관점에서 서술한다. <身熱>이 회고록이나 기록 그리고 당대 사건에 관여된 진술자의 진술을 토대로 역사적 사건의 진실을 밝히려고 한다면, <불과 재> 자기반영론적 회상을 통한 역사적 사건의 진실을 밝혀내려고 하고 있다. 그러나 이 같은 반영적 서술은 가족로맨스적 환상에 의해 치우치는 등 신빙성 있는 서술이라고는 단정하기 어렵다. 반면 살풀이굿 형태의 극화된 진술양식을 취하고 있는 <우리들의 祖父님>은 당시 마을 사람들에 의해 빨갱이로 몰려 죽음을 당한 ‘신규’가 자신의 아버지에게 빙의함으로써 당대 사건의 전말을 밝고자 한다. 이처럼 <불과 재>, <身熱>, <우리들의 祖父님> 등과 같은 현길언의 소설에는 집단로맨스적 환상과 폭력에 의해 어떻게 역사적 진실이 왜곡되는지 분석자와 피분석자간의 서술담화를 통해 분석하고 있다. 이때 ‘화자’는 사건의 진위를 파고드는 분석자의 위치로 변모하면서, 피분석자의 진술을 유도하지만 그들의 저항으로 인해 서술은 지연되고 진실은 은폐된다. 더불어 분석자의 피분석자를 향한 역전이 역시 진실을 은폐하는 요인으로 작용한다. 상징적 아버지의 이름으로 자행된 집단로맨스의 이면에는 검열과 같은 거세콤플렉스가 작용하기 때문인 것이다. 이들 작품은 집단로맨스적 환상에 의해 마을사람들로부터 희생당한 개인이나 주체를 분석적 서술을 통해 밝히고 있다는 점에서 공통된 특성을 보여준다. <불과 재>, <身熱>이 집단적 주체의 입장에서 좀더 능동적인 담론으로 당대 사건의 전말을 분석하고 있다면, <우리들의 祖父님>은 집단 이데올로기에 매몰돼 ‘죽은 아버지’로 전락한 상징적 아버지의 넋을 치유하는 서사에 치중하고 있다. The novels of Hyen Gil Un show that the historical truth becomes materialized and changes into the distorted ideology by collective romance of village people after the Japanese colonial era, Liberation and during the confused stage of the Korean War. In Fever dealing with the whole story of ‘4ㆍ3 Public Movement’, the journalist, ‘I (The Department Head, Choi)’, requires the related people to state all that facts and tries to raise a veil. At this time, as the hero, ‘I’, visits the people involved in the movement in the position of analyst and requires them to state on that, but the truth of facts are covered by the resistance of objectives of analysis. Then, in Fire-and-Ash, the narrator, ‘I’, looks back the family of ‘Mr. Go’ which was the object of his envy for a while but suffered death en messe by throwing stones of village people because it was branded as a rioter in ‘4ㆍ3 Public Movement’ from the reflective viewpoint. But in the novel, Our -Grandfather which uses the dramatized confession by salpurigut, ‘Sin Gyu’, who suffered death because he was branded as a communist by village people, tries to lift a veil about the whole story of the movement by being possessed by the spirit of his father. Like these, in the novels Fire-and-Ash, Fever and Our-Grandfather of Hyen Gil-Un, the writer analyzes how the historical truth becomes distorted by a distorted ideology and a collective violence through the narrative conversation between the analyst and the objectives of analysis. At this time, ‘the narrator’ becomes an analyst digging into the inside details of the case, induces the people involved in the movement to confess or statement but the truth becomes veiled by their resistance. In addition, the countertransference of analyst toward the objectives of analysis is also resulted in the veil of truth. Behind the collective romance under the name of symbolic father, the castration complex such as censorship acts on. Like this, the novels of Hyen Gil Un suggest that the truth becomes veiled by distorted and overstated collectively romantic visions for a long time through the narrative conversation between the analyst and the objectives of analysis. While in Fire-and-Ash and Fever, the writer analyzes the whole story of prominent events by more positive arguments in the position of a collective identity, but the writer focuses on the narration healing the spirit of the father as a historical identity being buried in the collective ideology and falling so low as to become a ‘dead father’.

박경리 『토지』의 크로노토프 양상 연구

본고는 『토지』에 나타난 크로노토프적 양상이 주인공들의 인식의 변화와 어떠한 연관관계를 갖는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 최참판 가의 몰락은 닫힌 시공간적 구조에서 기인하였다. 닫힌 구조에서 오는 인물들의 은폐와 침묵의 시간이 외부와 연결되지 못하고, 그것이 결국은 단절된 시간으로 이어지고 급기야 새로운 시간 창조의 실패로 이어짐을 알 수 있었다. 이에 간도의 시공간은 위장과 은둔의 시간으로 체험되지만 이는 서희와 길상을 비롯한 조선민중이 필연적으로 극복해야하는 위기의 크로노토프로 제시되었음이 도출되었다. 이는 『토지』의 상징적 공간에 대한 해석의 지평을 넓히고 인간의 인식변화에 시공간적 특성이 갖는 의미를 제고하는데 일조할 것이다. This study has the purpose to examine the relationship between the chronotopic aspect in Land and the change of characters’ awareness. It is resulted from a closed chronotopic structure. The concealment of the characters coming from the closed structure and the time of silence could not be connected to the outside, and it eventually led to a disconnected time, leading to a failure to create a new time. Therefore, the space-time of Gando is experienced as a time of camouflage and seclusion, but it is shown as a critical chronotope that people of the Joseon including Seohui, Gilsang have to overcome necessarily. This study will expand the horizon of the interpretation of the symbolic space of Land and help to improve the meaning of space-time characteristics in the change of human perception

수직공예기법을 이용한 여성복지 디자인에 관한 연구

The textile in Korea industry has experienced growth with the development of technology. However, we' ve comc to the stage where the mass production structure is derived from the world trade and commerce. The textile industry based on this mass production has resulted in the deterioration of quality. With the improvement of living standards and the growing awareness in fashion .consurners are demanding higher-quality clothe and fabric thus, we need the reach to improve our production method and to enhance the level of textile design . As a possible solution I would like to propose production method for artistic textiles. As an artistic expressive work that cannot be substituted by mass production, artistic textile can only he done manually. I would like to present multiple uses of the material, space dyeing and diversity of patterns among many avai lable artistic production methods. Intextile design, I propose the use of the CAD to create a practical design in order to increase the added value to women' s clothing.
