Not only in Korea, but also in other countries, most helicopter accidents occur at low altitude. Analysis on accidents data collected both in Korea and other countries has brought two conclusions. Firstly, helicopter operations during the night hours carries a high risk. Secondly, the most common cause of night hour operations is loss of control due to the flight illusion. As an operation relying on a night vision in particular has a very high accident hazard, accompanying instruments such as NVG are ought to be provided. Hence, a thorough preparation and inspection on missions for night forest fire extinguishing should be required and perfect guidelines/road maps and enough training programs for the operation should be provided before the engagement in missions.

Korea's HEMS are mainly operated during the week, but they are pushing for 24-hour operations. This study has made an overall comparison and review of helicopter safety management that should be accompanied to this end. For research purposes, helicopter regulations and helicopter accident statistics were analyzed, with a high accident rate associated with pilot error and night flight. It was proposed that future preparations would require reinforcement of laws and regulations, reinforcement of pilots' night training, and introduction of training and preflight risk assessments. This study will provide a direction for future helicopter safety. This study will provide for future direction of helicopter safety research.

The Ministry of Environment announced that the year 2002 would be the first year for ‘new sewer maintenance’, disclosing its ambitious plan to initiate the Han River system (model) / BTL / dam upriver sewer renovation project from 2005 requiring the investment worth about 3 trillion KRW per year and a total of about 30 trillion KRW for the next 10 years. I/I(Inflow/Infiltration) is one of the Performance Indicator of Sewer maintenance project. In this study, We investigated in propriety of flow measurement using ultrasonic flowmeter in sewer for I/I analysis.

유아가 찍은 사진에 귀 기울이기

본 연구에서는 유아들이 사진을 찍는 맥락과 찍은 사진에 대해 나눈 이야기에 귀 기울이는 과정을 통해서, 사진이라는 미디어에 대해서뿐만 아니라 유아에 대한 이해를 도모하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 삼았다. 한 유아가 순번에 따라 돌아가면서 사진을 찍었으며 자유선택활동시간이 끝난 다음에는 프로젝션 TV를 통해 사진을 감상하면서 이야기를 나누는 과정을 반복하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 사진기를 손에 든 유아에게는 사진을 찍을 대상을 선정하고 그 대상을 통제할 수 있는 힘이 있었다(사진은 권력이다). 둘째, 사진과 관련된 각자의 경험과 사진을 찍을 때의 맥락은 유아들의 자극과 호기심을 자극하는 매개체의 역할을 했다(사진은 자극이다). 셋째, 사진은 확고한 증거로서의 기능을 수행했으며 사진이 아니었다면 관찰할 수 없었던 것을 보여주었다(사진은 증거다). 넷째, 사진으로 보는 것과 실제 사물이 다르게 보이는 경우는 많이 있었는데, 이유가 이해되는 경우도 있었지만, 마술로 남아있는 경우도 있었다(사진은 왜곡이다). The purpose of this study is to listen to children's stories about their own photographs. Twenty three children of 4 to 5-year-old age participated in this study. During the free play time, children were expected to take pictures in turn every day. Also after the free play time, a teacher and children shared their ideas and feelings while watching photographs on TV. While listening to children's stories, the researcher noticed that photographs can be used in various ways to understand children's thought and feelings. Findings of this study revealed the following: (1) photographs are ‘power’; (2) photographs are ‘stimulation’; (3) photographs are ‘evidence’; and (4) photographs are ‘distortion.’

유아 대상 실험 연구에 있어서 생태학적 타당도에 대한 고찰

본 연구는 유아를 대상으로 한 실험 연구에서의 생태학적 타당도를 분석하기 위하여 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 한국교육학술정보원에서 검색한 26편의 석사학위논문에 대하여 6개 하위 항목(실험 환경의 자연스러움의 정도, 연구자와 유아들 간의 래포 형성 정도, 실험 실시 과정의 자연스러움의 정도, 실험 과제의 자연스러움의 정도, 실험 실시기간의 적절함, 교사 대 유아의 비율) 별로 생태학적 타당도를 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 분석 대상 석사학위 논문의 생태학적 타당도는 6개의 하위 항목 모두 비교적 높게 나타났다. 연구결과에 대한 논의와 함께, 유아 연구에 있어서 생태학적 타당도의 중요성과 객관적인 생태학적 타당도 평가척도 제작의 필요성에 대해 논의하였다. Ecological validity has typically been taken to refer to whether or not one can generalize from observed behavior In the laboratory to natural behavior In the world(Schmuckler, 2001). As Bronfenbrenner(1979) discussed, ensuring ecological validity is very important, especially, in the experimental research for young children. The purpose of this study was to evaluate ecological validity of the experimental research for young children. The six dimensions of ecological validity for twenty-two Master's thesis were examined and evaluated. The results of this study showed that, overall, ecological validity of twenty-two Master's thesis was appropriate. This study suggested that a measure with reliability and validity is needed to evaluate ecological validity of the experimental research. Moreover operational definition of ecological validity should be clearly defined to measure the ecological validity.

아버님, 아버지, 그리고 아빠

몇 년 동안 부모교육을 강의하면서 ‘가족주의’나 ‘가부장제’와 같은 개념에 대해 관심을 가지게 되었다. 하지만 그 개념들을 나와 내 가족에 적용하는 일은 될 수 있으면 피하려고 했다. 연로하신 아버님께 불경스러운 행동을 하고나서야, 아버님에 대한 부정적인 기억과 긍정적인 기억들을 정리할 기회를 가지게 되었고 그 결과물을 1분 34초의 영상물에 담아보았다. 무섭기만 했던 아버님에 대한 기억, 냉혹한 현실 앞에서 좌절하고 괴로워하셨던 아버지에 대한 기억 그리고 갑작스럽게 쇠약해지셨던 아빠에 대한 기억을 담고자 했다. I could not sleep for several days after making a disrespectful remark to my 79-year-old father. I put many thoughts on patriarchy and made a short film, 'Father and Daddy.' Various aspects of patriarchy were included in that film using 12 movies such as 8 Femmes(2002), Billy Elliot(2002), and so on. To my surprise, I found that patriarchal characteristics were deeply internalized to myself.

만 3세 인기아가 또래관계에서 사용하는 언어적 요구전략

본 연구에서는 사랑반 만 3세 인기아가 또래들과 놀이상황에서 어떻게 상호작용하며, 그 안에서 자신이 원하는 것을 얻기 위해 어떠한 요구전략을 사용하는지 알아보고자 이루어졌다. 서울시에 소재한 A어린이집의 만 3세 사랑반 유아들에게 또래지명법을 사용하여 인기아를 선정하였으며, 개별면담, 교사면담, 참여관찰 등을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석 결과, 만 3세 인기아는 놀이상황에서 원하는 것을 얻기 위해 “누구에게 양보 해 줄까?”, “이게 더 좋은 거야!”, “내 말이 맞아!”, “나 안 해!”, “‘친구’랑 같이 써야지!”, “선생님한테 이를 거야!” 등의 요구 전략을 사용하여 자신의 지위를 유지하고 자신이 원하는 것을 얻는 것으로 나타났다. 그 여섯 가지 언어적 요구전략에는, 타당한 근거에 바탕으로 둔 설득력 있는 직접적 요구전략, 청유, 의문형, 암시적 요구 등을 포함한 간접적 요구전략, 표면적으로는 요구내용이 드러나 있지 않지만 힘을 마련하기 위한 간접적 요구전략, 언어를 통해 위협하는 협박적 요구전략, 그리고 교사의 힘을 활용하는 요구 전략 등이 포함되어 있다. The purpose of this study is to explore a popular three-year old child"s verbal requestive strategies including interaction patterns and persuasion styles. One popular child selected among thirteen children using peer-nomination method participated in this study. The popular child in this study used various verbal requestive strategies such as “I am right!”, “Share with your friends”, “This one is better”, “Who want to play in my place?”, “I don"t want to do that”, and “I"ll tell on you to the teacher” to get what he want and to maintain his position in the peer relations.

항공안전관리체제에 대한 정기항공사 조종사와 정비사의 인식

At the choice of aviation company, safety appears as biggest variable than expenses, speed and comfort so these are concerned not only aviation companies but also countries and customers. Until now, ICAO has been making effort to reduce the flight accident through the safety advice of aviation part, establishment of standard, education, training and develop of navigation aids. Especially in 2008, they emphasize that the flight accident is reduced through researches and applications about SMS as safety regulation. Important primary factor to give influence about promotion of SMS is practice of organization and for this, to investigate recognition about safety management and culture of members. At point of this, this research analyze the recognition degree about how to manage safety and SMS for pilots an mechanics of Korea.

사진을 통한 면접에서 나타난 유아들의 일상성 탐구

유아의 하루 일과는 사소한 일의 연속일 수 있지만 이러한 반복적인 일상에 대한 반성과 고찰은 유아를 이해하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 유아들의 일상을 돌아보기 위한 수단으로 사진 찍기와 사진-면접이라는 연구방법을 활용하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사진을 찍는 이유는 다양했다. ‘그냥’ 찍는 경우도 있었지만 같은 대상이라도 여러 번 다르게 찍어보는 경우도 있었고 좋아하는 대상만 골라서 찍는 경우도 있었다. 또한 다른 유아와 친해지고 싶은 마음을 담거나 하고 싶은 활동을 사진으로 담기도 하였다. 둘째, 면접을 진행하는 과정에서 유아들의 일상에 다가갈 수 있었다. 주도적으로 면접을 이끌어가는 유아들도 있었으며 면접과정에서 창의적인 생각을 펼쳐 보이기도 하였다. 무엇보다도 자기 자신에 대한 이야기, 가족에 관한 이야기, 그리고 어린이집에 관한 자신의 생각을 풍부하게 표현할 수 있는 계기가 되었다. The everyday life at an early childhood education center could be repeated over and over again. The repetition of unimportant and trivial matters might make children and teachers get tired. However, on the other hand, without insignificant matters, there is no way to encounter with important learning experiences. The purpose of this study was to listen to children's stories about their own photographs. Children expressed their thoughts and feeling about their everyday life easily during photo-interview session. They could explore and add new meanings to their environment, including themselves, their own families, early childhood education center and so on.
