관광상품의 서비스품질이 고객만족, 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

관광산업은 지속적으로 성장하고 있으며 이러한 관광산업은 국가경제에서 차지하는 비중이 접점 더 커지고 있다. 이처럼 각 국가에서는 관광산업의 중요성이 야기 되고 있으며 우리나라의 경우 또한 그러하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해외여행상품의 서비스품질이 고객만족, 재구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보고자 한다. Empirical analysis on the causality among travel service quality, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, the objective of this study are to find out managerial implications of providing travel service quality to overcome the crisis of travel industries in Korea.

사회 네트워크 분석을 이용한 대학 자체학술지원 프로그램 성과 평가

전통적인 프로그램 성과 평가 방법에서 간과되었던 사회 네트워크 분석을 프로그램 성과 평가에 활용할 수 있도록 평가 모형을 정립하고 이를 K대학 자체학술지원 프로그램에 적용하여 네트워크 관점에서의 성과를 측정한다. 네트워크 관점에서의 성과 목표를 공동연구의 활성화 정도를 나타내는 지표인 연결정도의 향상으로 설정한 후, 자유 공모 형태로 자체학술지원 프로그램의 지원을 받은 연구자들의 연결정도 향상이 통계적으로 유의미한 변화를 나타내 고 있음을 일원분산분석과 순열을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 활용하여 보인다. 본 연구는 대학 공동연구 활성화에 자체학 술지원 프로그램이 기여한 정도를 정량적으로 측정하여 관리할 수 있는 도구를 제공한다. This research develops an evaluation framework of social network analysis, overlooked in traditional program evaluation, and applies to university funding research program. By setting degree increase, an indicator of level of research collaboration, as a goal from the viewpoint of network, we can conclude that researchers funded by university in a form of competition show statistically significant changes in degree increase via one-way ANOVA and permutation-based simulation. This research provides a tool for measuring and managing the degree of contribution of university funding to promoting research collaboration.

손발톱 이상만을 보인 모자에서 발생한 선천손발톱비대증

Pachyonychia congenita (PC) is a rare autosomal-dominant ectodermal dysplasia, which is characterized by hypertrophic nail dystrophy, diffuse or focal symmetrical hyperkeratosis of the palms and soles, oral leukokeratosis, follicular keratosis on the extensor surfaces of the extremities, and other ectodermal defects. However, the variable degree of gene mutation may result in nail abnormalities alone. The nail changes presented in our patient are the only clinical manifestation. Hypertrophic nail dystrophy and yellowish discoloration, without involving any other organs, were shown in both mother and baby since birth. To the best of our knowledge, the case of PC affecting only the nails has never been reported in Korea before. Herein, we report monosymptomatic form of PC, which is notable for its rareness and unique pattern, distinct from previously reported cases. (Korean J Dermatol 2012; 50(5):443∼446)

두피에 발생한 피부 원발성 여포성 B세포 림프종

Primary cutaneous follicular B cell lymphomas are rare entities of an unknown cause, except for those induced by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) or Borrelia burgdorferi. Follicular B cell lymphoma has been thought to rarely occur primarily in the skin. The lesions are generally solitary plaques or nodules that are localized on the head and neck. It shows considerable variation in the clinical presentation, the histological features, the immunophenotype and the prognosis. In this case, a 79-year-old man presented with a 3-month history of lesions on his head. Clinical examination revealed two deep-seated subcutaneous tumors with uneven surfaces located on the both sides of the frontoparietal area of the scalp. Biopsy of the skin lesion disclosed a massive dermal lymphocytic infiltrate with a follicular pattern. On immunohistochemical staining, the lymphocytes strongly expressed CD20 and Ki-67, but not Bcl-2. He was diagnosed with primary cutaneous follicular B cell lymphoma. This case illustrates a rarely reported example of primary cutaneous follicular B cell lymphoma that arose on the scalp. (Korean J Dermatol 2011;49(6): 506∼510)

Background: End-stage renal disease (ESRD) is accompanied by various skin manifestations, and recently, the survival time of patients is increasing owing to the development of dialysis treatment, and skin manifestations are on the rise. Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the differences in skin changes, according to the dialysis method and period in ESRD patients, and to verify whether a correlation exists between the factors that affect pruritus. Methods: Various kinds of skin manifestations were identified by examining and asking 80 outpatients detailed questions and the difference was examined by classifying them into groups, according to the dialysis method and period. Results: The most common symptoms were xerosis (91%) and pruritus (85%). The study showed that most symptoms occurred more frequently in the peritoneal dialysis group than the hemodialysis, and among these, the change of sweating had a significant difference (p=0.043). As the dialysis period got longer, skin manifestation generally showed a higher frequency, and the particular bleeding tendencies and nail abnormalities showed an obvious difference. Results considering the relation of severity of pruritus and xerosis with the dialysis method and period showed a significant increase only in pruritus, according to the dialysis period (p=0.003). Conclusion: Skin changes showed a high frequency in peritoneal dialysis, but it didn`t show a significant difference. Bleeding tendencies, changes of sweating, and nail abnormalities, according to the dialysis period, showed a significant difference. Factors causing pruritus were more related with xerosis than blood levels showing a renal function. (Korean J Dermatol 2012;50(10):845∼854)

병원서비스품질, 고객만족, 재이용 의도간의 영향 관계

최근 병원은 의료에 대한 수요가 점차 증가하면서 신설과 확장을 통해 다양한 경쟁상황에 직면하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 현실에서 병원서비스에 대한 품질 유지는 곧 병원의 생존과 발전을 위해, 병원 본래의 기능뿐만 아니라 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 핵심 요인으로 평가되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 병원의 서비스 품질에 초점을 두고 서비스 내용을 중심으로 고객과의 접촉으로 나타나는 결과들을 종합 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 투입된 변수 즉, 병원서비스 품질과 고객만족, 재이용의도 등의 관계정도는 병원의 전략적 병원경영의 기초가 될 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구결과 병원서비스 품질과 고객 만족, 재이용의도간의 영향관계에서 병원서비스 품질은 고객 만족, 재이용의도에 매우 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 이러한 결과는 고객중심적 병원경영에 지침을 제공할 수 있으며, 더 나아가 경쟁력 강화에 응용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Recently the demand for hospital care, while gradually increasing to expand the variety of new and carries on with the competition is faced. The quality of hospital services in this reality retain the right to survival and development of the hospital, the hospital, as well as the capabilities of the original competitive assessment is a key factor. Therefore, this study focused on hospital quality of service to the customer service center into contact with the contents of the results were comprehensive evaluation. In this study, a variable that is committed, the hospital service quality and customer satisfaction, and relationships about reuse of the hospital, the hospital's strategic management could be because of the foundation. The study quality of hospital services and customer satisfaction, and reuse of the impact of the relationship between the quality of service in the hospital, the patient happy, very significant according to the reuse of. A customer-centric future, these results provide guidelines for hospital management can be applied to further strengthen competitiveness are expected.

해외관광상품의 서비스품질이 고객만족, 재 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

해외 관광 상품의 개발과 촉진은 민간 외교부문과 국가이미지 제고뿐만 아니라 경제적인 측면에서도 중요한 변수이다. 또한 해외 관광 상품은 국내 관광산업의 활성화와 외국인의 국내 방문에도 긍정적인 효과를 줄 수 있다. 그러므로 여행 산업의 개발과 촉진은 특정국가의 경쟁력과 발전 기회를 제공하며, 다른 산업의 투자유치에도 영향을 준다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 해외 관광 상품의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 재 구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석 하고, 향후 관광산업의 경쟁력 강화요인을 검증 하였다. 연구분석 결과에서는 서비스품질의 유형성, 확신성, 공감성은 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 신뢰성과 반응성은 고객만족에 별 다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 관광산업의 특성을 분석하거나, 해외 관광 상품의 주요 성공요인이 될 수 있는 변수를 개 발하는데 지침을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. Development and promotion of foreign tourism products is an important factor for economical side as well as to improving the foreign relation and the image of nation. Also, foreign tourism products can give a positive effect in activation of the domestic tourism industry and foreigner's domestic visit. Thus, development and promotion of travel industry may offer competitive power of the specification country and a development opportunity, and influence in investment infancy of different industry. Therefore, in this study, service quality of this foreign tourism products analyze effect about customer satisfaction and re-purchase intention, investigated competitive power factors of the tourism industry in the future. In the final study, service quality patten, confidence, attraction could be influenced on customer satisfaction, reliability and responsiveness was not affected by the other factors. This study may suggest guideline that analyze the special character factors of the tourism industry future, or develop the critical success factor of foreign tourism products.
