관광산업은 지속적으로 성장하고 있으며 이러한 관광산업은 국가경제에서 차지하는 비중이 접점 더 커지고 있다. 이처럼 각 국가에서는 관광산업의 중요성이 야기 되고 있으며 우리나라의 경우 또한 그러하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해외여행상품의 서비스품질이 고객만족, 재구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보고자 한다. Empirical analysis on the causality among travel service quality, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, the objective of this study are to find out managerial implications of providing travel service quality to overcome the crisis of travel industries in Korea.

사회 네트워크 분석을 이용한 대학 자체학술지원 프로그램 성과 평가

전통적인 프로그램 성과 평가 방법에서 간과되었던 사회 네트워크 분석을 프로그램 성과 평가에 활용할 수 있도록 평가 모형을 정립하고 이를 K대학 자체학술지원 프로그램에 적용하여 네트워크 관점에서의 성과를 측정한다. 네트워크 관점에서의 성과 목표를 공동연구의 활성화 정도를 나타내는 지표인 연결정도의 향상으로 설정한 후, 자유 공모 형태로 자체학술지원 프로그램의 지원을 받은 연구자들의 연결정도 향상이 통계적으로 유의미한 변화를 나타내 고 있음을 일원분산분석과 순열을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 활용하여 보인다. 본 연구는 대학 공동연구 활성화에 자체학 술지원 프로그램이 기여한 정도를 정량적으로 측정하여 관리할 수 있는 도구를 제공한다. This research develops an evaluation framework of social network analysis, overlooked in traditional program evaluation, and applies to university funding research program. By setting degree increase, an indicator of level of research collaboration, as a goal from the viewpoint of network, we can conclude that researchers funded by university in a form of competition show statistically significant changes in degree increase via one-way ANOVA and permutation-based simulation. This research provides a tool for measuring and managing the degree of contribution of university funding to promoting research collaboration.

손발톱 이상만을 보인 모자에서 발생한 선천손발톱비대증

Pachyonychia congenita (PC) is a rare autosomal-dominant ectodermal dysplasia, which is characterized by hypertrophic nail dystrophy, diffuse or focal symmetrical hyperkeratosis of the palms and soles, oral leukokeratosis, follicular keratosis on the extensor surfaces of the extremities, and other ectodermal defects. However, the variable degree of gene mutation may result in nail abnormalities alone. The nail changes presented in our patient are the only clinical manifestation. Hypertrophic nail dystrophy and yellowish discoloration, without involving any other organs, were shown in both mother and baby since birth. To the best of our knowledge, the case of PC affecting only the nails has never been reported in Korea before. Herein, we report monosymptomatic form of PC, which is notable for its rareness and unique pattern, distinct from previously reported cases. (Korean J Dermatol 2012; 50(5):443∼446)

Primary cutaneous follicular B cell lymphomas are rare entities of an unknown cause, except for those induced by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) or Borrelia burgdorferi. Follicular B cell lymphoma has been thought to rarely occur primarily in the skin. The lesions are generally solitary plaques or nodules that are localized on the head and neck. It shows considerable variation in the clinical presentation, the histological features, the immunophenotype and the prognosis. In this case, a 79-year-old man presented with a 3-month history of lesions on his head. Clinical examination revealed two deep-seated subcutaneous tumors with uneven surfaces located on the both sides of the frontoparietal area of the scalp. Biopsy of the skin lesion disclosed a massive dermal lymphocytic infiltrate with a follicular pattern. On immunohistochemical staining, the lymphocytes strongly expressed CD20 and Ki-67, but not Bcl-2. He was diagnosed with primary cutaneous follicular B cell lymphoma. This case illustrates a rarely reported example of primary cutaneous follicular B cell lymphoma that arose on the scalp. (Korean J Dermatol 2011;49(6): 506∼510)

최근 병원은 의료에 대한 수요가 점차 증가하면서 신설과 확장을 통해 다양한 경쟁상황에 직면하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 현실에서 병원서비스에 대한 품질 유지는 곧 병원의 생존과 발전을 위해, 병원 본래의 기능뿐만 아니라 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 핵심 요인으로 평가되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 병원의 서비스 품질에 초점을 두고 서비스 내용을 중심으로 고객과의 접촉으로 나타나는 결과들을 종합 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 투입된 변수 즉, 병원서비스 품질과 고객만족, 재이용의도 등의 관계정도는 병원의 전략적 병원경영의 기초가 될 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구결과 병원서비스 품질과 고객 만족, 재이용의도간의 영향관계에서 병원서비스 품질은 고객 만족, 재이용의도에 매우 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 이러한 결과는 고객중심적 병원경영에 지침을 제공할 수 있으며, 더 나아가 경쟁력 강화에 응용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Recently the demand for hospital care, while gradually increasing to expand the variety of new and carries on with the competition is faced. The quality of hospital services in this reality retain the right to survival and development of the hospital, the hospital, as well as the capabilities of the original competitive assessment is a key factor. Therefore, this study focused on hospital quality of service to the customer service center into contact with the contents of the results were comprehensive evaluation. In this study, a variable that is committed, the hospital service quality and customer satisfaction, and relationships about reuse of the hospital, the hospital's strategic management could be because of the foundation. The study quality of hospital services and customer satisfaction, and reuse of the impact of the relationship between the quality of service in the hospital, the patient happy, very significant according to the reuse of. A customer-centric future, these results provide guidelines for hospital management can be applied to further strengthen competitiveness are expected.

중소기업의 베트남 진출을 위한 환경분석 및 진입 방안에 관한 연구

최근 우리나라의 기업들은 해외진출을 고려하거나 이미 진출한 경우가 많다. 과거 기업의 해외진출은 대부 분 대기업 주도의 해외진출로 이루어졌으나 대외적 환경 변화와 기술 및 자본도입의 자유화 등 경제 개방화로 인해 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업도 해외진출을 통한 경쟁력 확보가 필요불가결한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 중국으로의 진출이 애로를 겪고 있는 중 대안으로서 베트남 진출은 점차 확대되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 는 우리나라 기업의 베트남 진출과 관련하여 경제, 정치, 사회적인 환경 분석을 통하여 효율적이고 바람직한 베트남 진출 전략수립을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 목적에 따라 이론적 고찰을 통하여 베트남 진출 관련 국내?외 문헌조사와 선행연구를 토대로 하여 이론적 고찰을 행하였으며 진출방안으로서 향후 우리나라 중 소기업의 유망진출 분야로는 에너지 산업, 정유 및 석유화학산업, 전력 산업, 기타분야로서 건설 자재 관련 산업, 노 동집약적 제조업, 수산업 농산물 재배, 가공업 등을 들 수 있다. In this study, can do on the basis of Vietnam advance connection domestic·outside literature investigation and virtue study through theoretical investigation according to these purpose and behaved theoretical investigation and lift construction materials allied industry, labor-intensive manufacturing industry, fisheries farm produce cultivation, processing household mascot etc. as energy industry, refined oil and petrochemical industry, electric-power industry, other field by our country medium and small enterprise.

에너지원별 발전비용에 관한 연구

Trends in power costs by energy source and causes for these changes are investigated. Levelized Costs of Electricity(LCOE) are used as power costs. According to International Energy Agency(IEA) report, LCOE`s of base power increased a little in 2015 compared to 2010, whereas LCOE`s of renewable power decreased due to technical advancements. In particular, onshore wind power has reached a level that is not a big difference to base power in costs. LCOE`s of domestic power plants are analyzed according to load factors. At higher discount rates levelised fixed costs increase and so do LCOE`s. Despite of high fuel cost, Combined Cycle Gas Turbines(CCGT) turn out to be economic in case of low load factors. Prices of emission trading are used to reflect carbon costs of reducing greenhouse gas emission and effects of social costs of nuclear power, emerged after the Fukushima nuclear accident, are taken into account. Construction costs of nuclear power plants are likely to increase due to higher safety standards and so are back-end costs of nuclear fuel cycle and decommissioning costs. And coal power plants will have higher costs due to emission of environmental pollution. These changes of power costs will have impacts on energy policies and energy mix planning.

우리나라의 경우도 1989년도의 해외여행자유화 조치 이후 IMF 경제위기상황을 제외하고는 매년 해외 관광객은 지속적으로 증가하였고, 국가 경제의 성장과 국민소득의 향상으로 인하여 해외여행에 대한 관심의 증대와 함께 많은 관광 수요를 창출하게 되었다. 이러한 해외여행상품은 소비자가 여행사로부터 구매ㆍ이용후의 만족감을 느끼게 함으로써 재구매에 이르게 된다. 이러한 과정은 곧 해외여행상품의 품질향상에서부터 기인한다 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해외여행상품의 서비스가 고객만족과 재구매 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보고자 한다. And tourism is attracting the business called 'aging society'. For our country's case, the tourism business that it's the marketers' future business. As above on the country's attention on the tourism, we are trying to find a way of turning aging society into the business opportunity. So we are aiming to make a tourism service items in this research.
