It was researched to be alternative of TGIC type hardener with human hazard element as PT 910 mix powder paint with hardener. Generally PT 910 was compared with TGIC & Epoxy resin of hardener to be used at thermosetting powder paint. We inquired a property of matter for paint through Gel time, glass transition temperature, melting point and a property of matter for film through a property of adhesion, a property of tolerance, softness, gloss, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, salt water spray-resistant, facilitation climatic. When PT 910 is used of hardener, it was shown the excellent results in gel time, softness, salt water spray-resistant, fracilitation climatic and the similar results in melting point, a property of tolerance, a property of adhesion, gloss, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, as compared with the powder paint used by TGIC hardener. The glass transition temperature was little low. But there was slightly different results. After the study results, we reached the conclusion that thermosetting powder used by PT 910 is alterative to by TGIC hardener.
컴퓨터 프로그래밍에 의한 이론적 임계미셀 농도 및 미셀화 영역의 산정에 관한 연구

Micellization range and cmc for the dilute aqueous solution of sucrose monoesters, that is, sucrose monolaurate, sucrose monomyristate, sucrose monopalmitate, sucrose monostearate and sucrose monooleate were investigated by computer programming. The extreme of the curvature of σ(C) as a new suggested method to determine the cmc and the micellization range was accomplished with computer programming. The values of cmc and micellization range can be obtained by the extreme of the curve by direct processing of only a few experimental data. The values of cmc particulary was in good agreement with those deduced intuitively from the shape of experimental curves of σ(C).

Polyurethane adhesive is used in various fields as flexible packaging materials including a food packaging field. Therefore, the purpose of this study is synthesis of polyurethane adhesive which uses aliphatic isocyanate, and compares with aromatic isocyanate. The isocyanates for this test are toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI), 4,4-dicydohexyl ethane diisocyanate(H12MDI), and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI). And. the effect of any other diisocyanate are evaluated by several methods as for curing rate test, accelerate weathering test, and peel strength test. The polyurethane adhesive using curing catalyst and HDI has adhesion strength of about 560 g/15 mm between aluminium foil and nylon, about 1,520 g/15 mm between nylon and CPP. Those parameters are similar to polyurethane adhesive with TDI. Also, in case of curing rate, those are similar to TDI type polyurethane adhesive. Moreover, data of ΔE as color variation by QUV tester is equal to 4.12, as 48% against those of TDI type.
