파양한 구조물의 정적해석에서 매트릭스구조해석법은 가상 폭넓게 사용되고 있는 강력한 해석기법이다. 그러나 이 방법으로 많은 수의 자유도를 갖는 구조물을 정확히 해석하기 위해서는 많은 계산 메모리와 빠른 처리 능력을 갖춘 고성능 컴퓨터를 필요로하는 취약점이 있다. 따라서 매트릭스구조해석법으로 많은 수의 자유노를 갖는 구조물을 퍼스널 컴퓨터 상에서 정확히 해석하기에는 곤란한 경우가 많다. 매트릭스구조해석법치 이러한 취약점을 극복하기 위하여, 저자들은 전달강성계수법을 제안한다. 전달강성계수법은 해석대상 구조물에 대한 강성계수의 전달에 기본 개념을 두고 있으am로 퍼스널 컴퓨터에 매우 적합한 해석기법이다. 본 논문에서는 골조추조물에 대한 정적해석 알고리듬을 전달강성계수법으로 정식화한다. 그리고 전달강성계수법, NASTRAN, 매트릭스구조해석법 그리고 해석해에 의한 계산 결과들의 비교를 통해 전달강성계수법의 유효성을 확인한다. In static analysis of a variety of structures, the matrix method of structural analysis is the most widely used and powerful analysis method. However, this method has drawback requiring high-performance computers with many memory units and fast processing units in the case of analyzing accurately structures with a large number of degrees-of- freedom. Therefore, it's very difficult to analyze these structures accurately in personal computers. For overcoming the drawback of the matrix method of structural analysis, authors suggest the transfer stiffness coefficient method(TSCM). The TSCM is very suitable to a personal computer because the concept of the TSCM is based on the transfer of the stiffness coefficient for an analytical structure. In this paper, the static analysis algorithm for frame structures is formulated by the TSCM. We confirm the validity of the TSCM through the comparison of computation results by the TSCM, the NASTRAN, the matrix method of structural analysis and the analytical solution.
면역요법을 받고 있는 알레르기성 비염 환자에서의 혈청내 특이 IgE항체의 변화

We know that clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis are improved by immunotherapy but it is very difficult to manifest improvements scientifically. This study was performed to know which immunological parameters were clinically useful to evaluate the effect of immunotherapy. We measured teh clinical symptoms and the changes of serum level of the specific IgE antibody in the patients with allegic rhinitis who had received immunotherapy. The results were as follows. 1. The ratio of male to female was 1.5:1, and mean age was 18.0 years old, and the peak incidence among the age groups was the 2nd decades. 2. Ninety percents of the patients were improved clinically in 24months after beginning of immunotherapy. 3. The index of specific IgE antibodies decreased to 99.74±04.64% of pretreatment level in 1 year of immunotherapy and to 73.50±21.98% in 2 years of immunotherapy.

A new free vibration analysis method, which is called the Sylvester-transfer stiffness coefficient method (S-TSCM), is developed by combining Sylvester’s inertia theorem and the transfer stiffness coefficient method. In this paper, the free vibration analysis algorithm of a straight-line beam structure is formulated by S-TSCM. From the computation results of the free vibration analysis for the three types of beam structures, we confirm that S-TSCM is a very effective method. In particular, S-TSCM is superior to both the transfer stiffness coefficient method and the transfer matrix method in terms of computational accuracy and time. In the free vibration analysis for the beam structure with a large number of degrees-of-freedom, S-TSCM is superior to the finite element method in terms of computational time and storage.

We developed a computational method for effectively conducting the free vibration analysis of axisymmetric shells with variousshapes. This paper describes a computational algorithm for the free vibration analysis of axisymmetric shells using the Sylvester-transferstiffness coefficient method (S-TSCM). From the free vibration analyses of three axisymmetric shells (joined conical-cylindrical shell,hermetic capsule and built-up shell), we verified the applicability of the S-TSCM. We then confirmed that the computational power ofthe S-TSCM is much better than both the finite element-transfer matrix method and finite element-transfer stiffness coefficient method,in terms of computational accuracy and time. In particular, when axisymmetric shells are modeled into a large number of conical shellelements, the S-TSCM is superior to both the bisection method using Sturm sequence property and Jacobi method, in terms of computationaltime and storage.

With reference to helicopter landing condition, the request of structural evaluation in way of landing area has been increased by ship owners or charters, recently. Therefore, we have prepared and developed the calculating sheet by using of VBA (Visual Basic for Application) in order to easy assessment and prompt response for request. For your reference, structural members in way of helicopter landing area are evaluated by rule requirements and yard's practice according to different load cases which are mentioned on rules.

In this study, an algorithm for the forced vibration analysis of a torsional shafting with gear-branched system is formulated by the transfer stiffness coefficient method. Mter developing a computer program for obtaing frequecy response of a torsional shafting with gear-branched systems by using the transfer stiffness coefficient method, the program was used for obtaing frequecy responses of a hige speed boat with a four stroke diesel engine and a gear system and a low speed ship with a two stroke diesel engine and two gear systems. The accuracy of the present algorithm is confirmed by comparing with the results of the free vibration analyses for the same shaftings.
