국민 건강체조 등펴기 동작 시 몸통 근육의 근활성도 비교 분석

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nation health workout and three different barbell weight lifting(1/8, 1/6 and 1/4 of Body weight) on the erector spinae, external oblique and rectus abdominis during the trunk extension. Six pairs of surface electrodes were attached to the participants` left and right erector spinae, external oblique and rectus abdominis. Average and peak EMG values in the trunk extension of nation health workout were no significant than the corresponding values for the trunk extension using three different barbell weights(1/8, 1/6 and 1/4 of BW) during flexion phase. Average and peak EMG values in the trunk extension of nation health workout were significantly low than the corresponding values for the trunk extension using three different barbell weights(1/8, 1/6 and 1/4 of BW) during extension phase for the erector spinae muscles. During extension phase average and peak EMG values in the trunk extension of nation health workout were about the same as those found in the trunk extension using barbell weight(1/6 of BW) except for the external oblique. Average and peak EMG values at the erector spinae were significantly greater than the corresponding values for other muscles. The trunk extension of nation health workout should be used carefully for children and old person who have musculoskeletal disorder because of possibility of injury.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of muscular strength and muscle endurance on the isometric and isokinetic muscular strength of calf compression equipment. The subjects were selected among 18 college students who had no ankle related disorder among 20 subjects. All subjects measured ROM, maximum torque (Peak Torque), and total work of the ankle according to the presence or absence of the compression mechanism. Muscle strength test showed that the peak torque(Nm). Dorsi flexion was 33.41 ± 4.35Nm, 34.66 ± 4.45Nm, and plantar flexion was 120.94 ± 42.24Nm at the lower flexion, respectively, which was not significantly different from 123.97 ± 31.5Nm. Muscle endurance test showed that the total work(Nm). dorsi flexion was lowered from 82.22 ± 8.03Nm to 80.27 ± 7.93Nm, but there was no significant difference. On the other hand, plantar flexion was 237.05 ± 93.64 Nm and 255.94 ± 84.23 Nm, respectively (p<.05). These results suggest that wearing a calf compression equipment and dorsiflexion and flexion exercises will increase the range of static joint motion and improve strength and muscle endurance. In order to improve the ankle joint"s muscular function, Exercise seems to have a positive effect.

The purpose of this study was to quantify the maximum EMG levels and determine if there are differences in these EMG levels with respect to different knee flexion angles. Eight university students with no known musculoskeletal disorders were recruited as the participants. The maximum voluntary isometric knee extensions and flexions were taken from each participant sat on the isokinetic exercise machine (Cybex 340) at five different knee flexion angles (10?30?50?70? 90?. After surface electrodes were attached to rectus femoris, vastus medialis, vastus laterlis, biceps femoris, and semitendinosus, maximum EMG levels at five different knee flexion angles were measured. The results showed that there was no significant difference in maximum EMG levels among five different knee flexion angles. Although there was no significant difference in EMG levels and were some variations among different knee flexion angles, the EMG signals of quadriceps in extension and biceps femoris in flexion were the greatest at 30? It seems that different joint angles or relative locations of body segments might affect the magnitude of EMG levels. Because the maximum EMG levels could change with a different knee flexion angle, an attempt should be made to more accurately measure these values. If then, %MVIC measure provides more reliable data and is most appropriate for EMG normalization.
