실험적 고찰에 의한 로보트 메니퓰 레이터에 대한 적응 제어

본 논문은 robotic 메니퓰레터 s에 관한 새로운 적응운동 제어 구조에 대해 제시한다. 이것은 오직 위치 측정을 요구하는 적응 CTM (Computed Torque Method) 방식이다. 이 측정 Input Torque는 관철 우치와 속도 뿐아니라 비선형 로보트 모델의 관성 매개 변수를 계산하는 EKF(Extended Kalman Filter)에 쓰인다. 이러한 계산은 Input Torque를 발생시키기 위한 CTM에 의하여 사용된다. EKF와 CTM의 관계는 안정한 적응제어 구조의 결과에 의해서 보여진다. 2 자유도 direct-drive robot의 실험결과는 이 구조의 수행을 설명한다.

It is important to make sure of design's reasonability concerning of structural vibration problems with fulfilling the research and with analyzing the body structures that include the landing gear which has dynamic significant characteristics in helicopter, and to make systematical peocedure which obtains engineering data to guarantee the quality of the analysis of landing gear under FAR regulations was attempted, and systematical procedure for static and dynamic characteristics of the landing gear in many subsystems of the helicopter was classified.

The purpose of this paper is a study on robust adaptive control of a nonlinear mechanical by the Lyapunov Method. To analysis the stability of system the Lyapunov second method is presented and the desired signal is obtained from its algorithms. As a result the proposed nonlinear system by the Lyapunov Method provide some computer simulation to support stability margin.

When the perforated plate is under in-plane load of compression, buckling analysis becomes to be necessary because of the presence of stress concentration around holes. To constrain it, we need reinforcement. The methods of reinforcement are ataching doubler around hole and attaching stiffener in the direction of initial stress. In this paper, two methods are investigated mentioned above, which of the two is better effective reinforcement. In the consequence of the above investigation, following conclusion was obtained. The method of doubler reinforcement was less bucking stress than that of stiffener because the former had large compressive stress. So, effective method of reinforcement is stiffener reinforcement.

In this paper, mechatronics education in South Korea is analyzed and its improvement is proposed. For this purpose, discussion on the definition and evolution of mechatronics in South Korea, USA and EU is deployed first. It is revealed that most of the mechatronics education in USA and EU is remained in cross-disciplinary stage or curriculum stage, whereas that in South Korea is evolved to curriculum stage or organizational stage. The comparison of mechatronics curriculum between Korea and other countries and the problems of mechatronics education are included. The automation of machinery and factory plays one of major roles in mechatronics education in Korea, while mechatronics curriculum in USA and EU does not emphasize the automation. Mechatronics experiment in South Korea is organized to meet the National Qualification Test on mechatronics, and it is recommended to be more inventive. The way of improving the National Qualification Test of South Korea on mechatronics field is proposed. And, finally, efficient way of linking technical high school and university in mechatronics education is also proposed.
공학교육 인증을 위한 메카트로닉스 전공 교육과정의 개발

이 논문은 한국공학교육인증원의 공학교육인증 요구조건을 만족시키기 위한 삼척대학교 메카트로닉스 공학전공 교육과정의 연구에 관하여 기술하였다. 국내대학과 외국대학의 메카트로닉스 공학전공의 교육과정을 수집하고 분석하였다. 이 분석결과를 이용하고, 기계공학, 전기공학, 제어공학 그리고 컴퓨터공학의 유기적인 결합을 고려한 교육과정을 제시하였다. 더불어 삼척대학교의 지정학적인 조건과 한국공학교육인증원의 인증요구조건을 반영하였다. 그 결과 학생들에게 분석적인 능력과 실무적인 자질을 개발할 수 있도록 하는 다학제간 교육과정을 개발하였다. This paper describes the development of curriculum for the division of Mechatronics in Samcheok University to meet the requirement of Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea(ABEEK). The curriculum of the department of mechatronics in South Korea and overseas university is analysed and then the curriculum is developed considering the synergistic combination of mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, control engineering and computer engineering. And then the geopolitical condition of university is reflected in the curriculum. ABEEK requirements for major of engineering are also reflected. As a result, interdisciplinary curriculum that provides analytic capability and pragmatic qualification to students is developed.

Engine lubrication system has very complex oil flow networks. Therefore it is difficult to evaluate and optimize the system only depending on experimental results. When we plan upgrading the engine performance the engine lubrication system must be considered in the plan. In this paper, engine lubrication system design using computational fluid dynamic analysis was studied. To do this, unsteady transient flow network analysis on the engine oil circuit system was carried out. Finally we discussed the design process in the modified engine lubrication system.
