Objective : The purpose of this study is as follows. We classify headache into ten kinds as mentioned in DongUiBoGam(東醫寶鑑), and are going to present each acupuncture & moxibustion treatment. Methods : For the purpose of looking for each treatment, we referred to a. large number of literature for headache treatment from ancient to malearn. Results : The ten kinds of headache have each treatment. above all, In treatment of headache due to middle - headache (正頭痛) and megrim(偏頭痛) have pain in the formable of ache part. Therefore, general point such as GV20, GV23, ST8, TE23, Extra Meridian are used in turn, also wind-cold-headache(風寒頭痛) and many kind of headache such as GV16, LI4, GB20 are mainly used much in turn. Especially BL is in common use. Conclusions : We conclude that ten kinds of lumbago have each different acupuncture & moxibustion points and treatment, so if we follow each treatment we might obtain more higher rate the treatment of headache.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is as follows. We classify belly-ache into six kinds as mentioned in DongUiBoGam (東醫寶鑑), and are going to present each acupuncture & moxibustion treatment. Methods : For the purpose of looking for each treatment, we referred to a large number of literature for belly-ache treatment from ancient to malearn. Results : The six kinds of belly-ache have each treatment above all, in treatment of belly-ache due to cold-belly-ache (寒腹痛) and hotbelly-ache (熱腹痛) have pain in the formable of ache part. Therefore, general point such as CVl2, CV8, ST36, Extra Meridian are used in turn. Also bad-blood-belly ache and many kinds of belly-ache such as BL18, BL17, LR2 are mainly used much in turn. Especially CV is in common use. Conclusions : we conclude that six kinds of belly-ache have each different acupuncture & moxibustion points and treatment, so if we follow each treatment we might obtain more higher treatment rate of belly-ache.
적소두증유약침(赤小豆蒸溜藥鍼)이 비만(肥滿)쥐의 지질구성(脂質構成), 간장기능(肝臟機能), 항산화효과(抗酸化效果) 및 분자생물학적(分子生物學的) 특성(特性)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Effects of Phaseoli Semen rubra Herbal-acupuncture at zusanli(ST-36), Quchi(LI-11) and Sanyinjiao(Sp-6) on lipid composition, liver function, oxidative capacity and molecular biological aspects were investigate in high fat diet induced obese rats. Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing about 400g were divided into 4 groups according to body weight and raised four weeks with control, zusanli(ST-36), Quchi(LI-11) and Sanyinjiao(Sp-6) Herbal-acupuncture groups. 1. Plasma total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol showed a low values in the (ST-36) and (LI-11) Herbal-acupuncture groups and HDL-cholesterol showed a high values in the (ST-36) Herbal-acupuncture groups. 2. Plasma triglyceride and glucose showed a low values in the (ST-36) and (LI-11) Herbal-acupuncture groups. 3. The contents of plasma free fatty acids showed a tendence to decrease in the Herbal-acupuncture groups, however in the Herbal-acupuncture groups, the values showed no significantly different. 4. The activities of AST and ALT showed no significantly different in all treatment groups. 5. The contents of plasma ${\beta}-lipoprotein$ and free fatty acids showed a tendency to decrease in the Herbal-acupuncture groups compared to those of control group. In the Herbal-acupuncture groups, the values of (ST-36) and (LI-11) Herbal-acupuncture groups showed a low in the acupuncture groups. 6. Liver total cholesterol and triglyceride showed a low values in the (ST-36) and (LI-11) Herbal-acupuncture groups. 7. Contents of plasma TBARS showed a low values in the (ST-36) and (LI-11) Herbal-acupuncture groups, however contents of liver TBARS showed no significantly different among treatment groups. 8. Values of liver glutathione peroxidase and catalase activity showed a tendency to increase in the (ST-36) and (LI-11) Herbalacupuncture groups. Values of liver super oxide dismutase activity showed a high in the (ST-36) Herbal-acupuncture groups compared to those of other groups. 9. Expression of apo-B mRNA in liver cell showed a low in (ST-36) Herbal-acupuncture groups, however expression of apo-E mRNA showed a high in Herbal-acupuncture groups and $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA in adipose cell showed no different among all the treatment groups. Expression of Leptin mRNA showed a tendance to decrease in (ST-36) Herbal-acupuncture group. 10. Histological character of liver, those of (ST-36) Herbal-acupuncture group showed a good, however other treatment groups showed slight vasodilation and slight fat accumulation. These results indicated that Phaseoli Semen rubra Herbal-acupuncture at (ST-36) and (LI-22) suppressed adipose tissue mass and lipid peroxidation and increased antioxidant system.

Purpose: This study tries to explore and analyse Service Attached Elderly Housing of Japan in order to prepare new elderly housing type effectively for aged society of Korea. Service Attached Elderly Housing was introduced in 2011 and it includes existing elderly housing of Japan such as Designated Elderly Housing, Elderly Friendly Housing and Superior Elderly Housing. Methods: Historical transition of Japanese elderly housing and background of the introduction of Service Attached Elderly Housing have been reviewed first. Thereafter research team visited to 3 elderly housings of Japan providing elderly services such as elderly care, meal, cleaning, washing, safety check, entertainment, etc. Based on the literature survey and field trip, the characteristics of Service Attached Elderly Housing have been drew out. Results: As the characteristics of Service Attached Elderly Housing of Japan, mixed use facility, community based housing, generation mix, barrier free design, and provision of daily life service for the elderly have been identified. Implications: Not only physical consideration including Universal Design but also elderly services such as elderly care, meal, housework, safety check, entertainment and so on are necessary for the supply of elderly housing.

국내에서 대량 생산되고 있는 해조류의 효과적인 이용을 위한 연구의 일환으로 해조류를 원료로 하여 비교적 기호성이 우수한 다시마 조미제품의 제조조건 설정을 연구하였다. 시험 내용의 결과는 다음과 같다. 조체 연화를 위해 일반적으로 이용되고 있는 유기산 중 초산처리 효과를 검토한 결과 조체의 세포벽의 연화를 통한 조미액의 침투 및 물성 개선의 효과를 나타내었다. 즉, 3%의 초산을 처리함으로서 다시마의 물성을 개선하고 또한 보존기간의 연장효과를 얻을 수 있었다 조미 시간에 따른 조미액 침투 정도를 살펴본 결과 3% 초산용액에 1시간 침지한 후 80℃로 가열한 조미액(설탕 20%, 솔비톨 11%, 식염 3.5%, MSG 1.6%)에 넣어 3시간 처리한 것이 가장 효과적이었다. 조미액을 가열 침투시킨 후 40℃에서 3시간 열풍 건조한 결과 제품의 품질 및 저장성이 우수하였다. 초산 처리를 한 조미 다시마 제품의 경우 비교적 기호성이 우수하였으며 본 시험의 결과는 다시마 조미제품의 기초 자료로서 뿐만 아니라 상업적 생산을 위해서도 필요할 것으로 여겨진다. For the improvement of seasoned kelp products, their processing conditions were examined. To find the optimal processing conditions for seasoned kelp, kelp was prepared by cooking for 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0hrs at 80℃ in seasoning solution which contained 20 % sugar, 11% sorbitol, 3.5% NaCl and 1.6% MSG. The penetration of seasonings into kelp increased with cooking time. Improved texture and seasoning penetration was achieved by using 3% acetic acid in the seasoning solution. The seasoning component contents of the kelp seasoned varied within the following ranges: sugar 0.150∼0.182% sorbitol 0.085∼0.127% acetic acid 0.015∼0.019% MSG 0.21∼0.37% NaCl 0.30∼0.40% fructose 0.009∼0.024% and glucose 0.003∼0.031% respectively. Fructose and glucose were measured in seasoned kelp treated with acetic acid. Water activity of seasoned kelp varied from 0.36 to 0.48 according to seasoning composition.
