스마트시티 서비스를 위한 공리적 설계 기반 평가 지표 개발과 사례 연구

To achieve the smart city development successfully, smart city service is considered one of the most essential elements. Smart city service is a way to implement the concept in the business area, but the services should also include the key values of the smart city such as smart technologies and user-centric development. However, there are few studies that evaluated individual smart city services from private sectors. This study suggested the evaluation indicators for smart city services based on the axiomatic design method and social needs of the smart city. Indicators were selected as three higher-level design parameters and ten lower-level design parameters. These indicators represent the technical, operational, and governance attributes and each has criteria of evaluation by four scores; 0, 0.33, 0.67, 1. The suggested indicators were applied to five existing services as a case study. The result of the case study showed that indicators distinguished the services according to attributes, and the criteria were established within the range of existing services’ characteristics. The suggested indicators are expected to apply to evaluate the individual services and help make policy to develop and support the smart city services.
외부 GPS 모바일 단말기를 이용한 실내 위치 추적 기법

최근 들어 위치 기반 서비스(Location Based Service)는 치안, 인명 구조, 물류 추적, 길안내 등 다양한 분야로 적용 가능성 때문에 많은 관심을 받고 있는 기술이다. 스마트 폰과 같은 모바일 단말기의 보급이 가속화되면서 사용자는 위치 정보를 이용한 각종 서비스에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 관련 산업의 사업성이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있는 추세다. 실외 위치 추적 기법은 인공위성을 이용한 GPS(Global Positioning System) 기법이 시장을 거의 평정하여 이에 수렴해가고 있는 상황이고 실제로 많은 상용 제품이 존재하고 있다. 하지만 실내에는 인공위성 신호가 직접 전해 지지 못하는 상황이기 때문에 이와 다른 기법이 존재하나 아직 상용화하기에 그 정확도와 기술력이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 건물 밖에 존재하는 GPS 기능이 탑재된 모바일 단말기를 이용하여 실내에 존재하는 모바일 단말기와 협력통신(Cooperative Communication)하여 위치를 추적하는 기법을 제안한다. 최근 들어 GPS 장비의 단가 하락으로 이 기능을 가지고 있는 모바일 단말기가 증가하고 있는 추세이기 때문에 실내 위치 추적 시스템을 구축하기 위해 별도의 장비를 설치하지 않아도 된다는 것이 이 기법의 가장 큰 장점이다. 시뮬레이션의 결과를 통해 본 기법의 효용성을 확인해보았다.
프라이빗 블록체인 Hyperledger 활용 FTA 원산지 정보관리 시스템 프로토타입 개발

FTA가 확산됨에 따라 향후 급증할 것으로 예상되는 실제조사 등을 대비하여 국내거래 단계에서 원산지 정보의 정확성과 신뢰도 증진 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 현실적으로 원산지 관련 정보를 수집 및 관리하는데 있어 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 이는 FTA 활용이익의 수출자 편향성과 발급유인 부족 등과 함께 국내 제조기업들의 원산지 정보유통과 관리기술에 관한 부족도 중요한 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프라이빗 블록체인인 Hyperledger를 사용하여 원산지정보 관리시스템 프로토타입 구축을 통해 국내 기업들의 원활한 FTA원산지 (포괄) 확인서의 관리 및 유통의 효율성을 증진하고, 조작 방지를 통한 신뢰성 증진을 지원하는 방안을 제시한다. As FTA is spreading, it is becoming more and more necessary to improve the accuracy and reliability of the country of origin information at the domestic trading stage in preparation for the actual surveys expected to surge in the near future. However, there are many problems in collecting and managing information related to origin. It is pointed out that the shortage of export-oriented profits and the incentive for issuance of FTA-related profits, as well as the lack of information on the distribution and management of origin information of domestic manufacturing companies are also pointed out as important causes. In this paper, we propose a method to improve the efficiency of management and circulation of smooth FTA origin (comprehensive) certificate of Korean companies and to improve reliability through manipulation prevention by building prototype of origin information management system based on Hyperledger.

Background: The sentinel polyp (SP) is a term used to refer to inflammatory polyps that are commonly associated with gastroesophageal reflux resulting in esophagitis. However, not only clinical progress, but also relationship of clinical characteristics with clinical outcomes are not well established in children and adolescents. Study Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between clinical progress and individual characteristics and the prognosis of SP. Methods: During 8 years from March 2013 through April 2021, 125 patients with symptoms of chronic gastritis or gastroesophageal reflux disease were evaluated and followed with upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and biopsy at least twice. The clinical and laboratory records, macroscopic and microscopic findings of endoscopy were reviewed retrospectively. Results:Eleven cases of SP were identified. Proton pump inhibitors and antacids were prescribed for six months each in 8 cases of SP, and endoscopic follow up was performed after a year in 8 cases. The resolution of SP was detected in 5 (62.5%) cases (improved group). 3 out of 5 cases had a well-controlled diet in the improved group, and 2 out of 3 in the not improved group. Odds ratio was 0.75, and the P-value was 0.85. Conclusions: After 1 year of PPI and antacids medication, SP showed improvement in more than half of the cases (5 out of 8, 62.5%). The association of SP improvement and diet control appeared to be low. A further research is needed on a larger scale.

The deletion 22q13 syndrome (Phelan-McDermid syndrome) is a rare microdele- tion syndrome characterized by prominent neurobehavioral deficits including neonatal hypotonia, developmental delay, language delay, autism, and minor dysmorphic fea- tures. Due to nonspecific facial features and difficulties in detection in routine chro- mosome analysis, this chromosome deletion syndrome has gone under-diagnosed. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is required to confirm the presence of this deletion. Here we report the first case of 22q13 deletion syndrome in Korea. An 18-month-old girl was admitted to a pediatric clinic due to severe develop-mental delay and hypotonia from the neonatal period. She was diagnosed as 22q13 deletion syndrome through a chromosomal analysis and FISH using arylsulfatase A probe.
