루쉰과 취추바이의 공동 잡문에 대한 미학적 검토

본고는 1930년대에 루쉰과 취추바이가 합작한 잡문의 미학적 의미를 고찰하는 것이다. 루쉰과 취추바이의 공동 잡문 미학은 ‘집단주의’와 ‘예술의 정치화’로 요약할 수 있다. ‘집단주의’는 ‘지식인의 대중화’로 개괄할 수 있는데, 이는 대중을 계몽해야 할 대상으로 여기는 지식인의 우월감을 버리고 거대한 군중의 세계에서 그들과 함께 문학과 혁명을 추구해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 공동 잡문의 ‘예술의 정치화’는 ‘예술성을 띤 논설(포이통)’이라는 대목에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 이는 공동 잡문이 사회의 중대한 일상적 사건에 대해 영향력을 행사하기에 매우 적합한 문체로 개발된 것이며, 예술성에 기초한 무기로서의 글쓰기였다는 것을 의미한다. This paper examines the aesthetic meaning of Zawen that Luxun and Quqiubai collaborated in the 1930s. The aesthetics of Zawen collaborated by Luxun and Quqiubai can be abbreviated as ‘collectivism’ and ‘politicization of art’. ‘Collectivism’ can be summarized as ‘popularization of intellectuals’, which means that intellectuals should abandon their superiority that regards the public as the object to enlighten and pursue literature and revolution with them in a world of huge crowds. The ‘politicalization of art’ in the collarorated Zawen can be found in the passage ‘artistic discourse (Feuilleton)’. This means that the collaborated Zawen was developed in a style that was very suitable for influencing important everyday events in society, and it was writing as a weapon based on artistry. By means of such collectivism and the politicization of art, Zawen collaborated by Luxun and Quqiubai responded to the political aesthetics of fascism, while attemped to push the stagnant cultural movement of The Left Coalition of Writers to a new level.

This Study forcusing on (Obaltan) and (Angae) examines the aesthetic conversion when fictions are transformed into the films and investigates the aesthetic foundation on which fiction and cinema meet positively Literature-cinema in 1960`s progressed the process of `the cinema into literature`. But in the case of aesthetics this process which is represented by Sin Sang-Ok`s movies impaired the aesthetic capabilities of the films in the first stage. Being opposed to Sin Sang-Ok`s movies, in (Obaltan) and (Angae) the montage on the basis of shock effect is made to become formal principle. This becomes apparent when we compare original fictions with (Obaltan) and (Angae). The principal formal apparatuses in (Obaltan) are montages within framing, montages which juxtapose the other sides of the city(Seou1) and the outsides. Being compared with (Obaltan), (Angae) intensifies shock-effect in the whole of the work. With rhythmic montages utilized, montages which juxtapose the past and the present in order to collide are editing method which is passing through the work. When modern fictions and the cinema were emergent, this was founded on the aesthetically radical conversion. In the work of art in the age of mechanical reproduction, montage as the form of shock is made to become the fundamental aesthetic form of the modern art and is oriented toward the modern allegory(the sublime). not toward the symbol(the beautiful). Sin Sang-Ok`s movies are the aesthetic degeneration and orient toward the symbol. (Obaltan) and (Angae) are founded on montages and orient ultimately toward the modern allegory. This aesthetic conversion in transforming the original fictions into the films is important in that it is the aesthetic foundation on the basis of which the modern fiction and the cinema are able to meet positively

진피 에탄올 추출물의 AMPK signaling pathway를 통한 3T3-L1 지방전구세포의 adipogenesis 억제에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 3T3-L1 지방전구세포가 지방세포로 분화되는 과정에서 진피 에탄올 추출물(ethanol extracts of citrus peel, EECP)이 유발하는 항비만 효능에 대해서 조사하였다. 3T3-L1 세포의 생존율 및 증식에 영향을 미치지 않는 농도의 EECP를 처리하였을 경우 지방세포에서 특징적으로 나타나는 lipid droplet의 형성과 triglyceride의 생성도 억제되는 것으로 나타났다. EECP가 유발하는 지방세포로의 분화억제에는 PPARγ, C/EBPα, C/EBPβ 및 SREBP-1c 등과 같은 adipogenic transcription factors의 발현억제가 관여하는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 결과로 aP2 및 Leptin과 같은 adipocyte expressed genes의 발현도 억제되는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 EECP는 AMPK 및 ACC의 인산화를 유발하였으며, AMPK 억제제인 Compound C를 이용하여 AMPK의 활성을 억제하였을 경우 EECP에 의한 AMPK의 인산화와 adipogenic transcription factors의 억제현상이 회복되었다. 이상의 결과에서 EECP는 AMPK signaling pathway를 통하여 항비만 효능을 가진다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 향후 비만 예방 및 억제와 관련된 기능성 소재로서의 진피의 활용 가능성을 제시한 것으로서 그 가치가 매우 높을 것으로 생각된다. Citrus peel (CP) is used as a traditional herb with diverse beneficial pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and anti-allergic effects. However, the anti-obesity effects of citrus peel are poorly defined. The aim of this study was to evaluate ethanol extracts of citrus peel (EECP) for its adipocyte differentiation and adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. The aim of this study was to evaluate an EECP for its adipocyte differentiation and adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. Treatment with EECP significantly suppressed the terminal differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes in a dose-dependent manner, as confirmed by a decrease in lipid droplet number and lipid content and an accumulation of cellular triglyceride. EECP exhibited potential adipogenesis inhibition and downregulated the expression of pro-adipogenic transcription factors, such as sterol regulatory elementbinding protein-1c (SREBP-1c), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPARγ), CCAAT/enhancerbinding proteins α (C/EBPα) and C/EBPβ, and adipocyte expressed genes, such as adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (aP2) and Leptin. In addition, EECP treatment effectively activated the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signaling pathway; however, compound C, a specific inhibitor of AMPK, significantly reduced the EECP-induced inhibition of adipogenesis. Taken together, these results indicate EECP showed strong anti-obesity effects through the AMPK signaling pathway, and further studies will be needed to identify the active compounds that confer the anti-obesity activity of EECP.

디자인 교육을 위한 한국의 전통적 평면 조형원리의 공식화 - 조화의 원리를 중심으로 -

현재 한국의 디자인 조형원리의 교육은 전적으로 서구에서 들어온 근대 디자인의 조형원리를 소개한 교재에 의거하여, 서구의 조형물을 예시로서 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 탈 산업시대의 조형원리는 또 다른 조망체계를 요구한다는 문제의식 하에 이러한 서구 지향적인 조형교육을 넘어선 하나의 대안으로 한국적 조형원리의 공식화를 통해 디자인 교육에 사용할 것을 제안하고 있다. 연구의 전반부에서는 우리나라 평면 조형의 근간을 이루는 동양 조형원리의 세 가지 요체를 제시하고 후반부에서는 이러한 요체가 어떻게 구체적으로 조화의 원리에서 발현되는지를 조선시대의 평면 조형의 실례분석을 통하여 연구하였다. 교육현장에서 실례의 제시를 통하여 제시되는 한국적 평면 조형의 원리에 대한 연구는 차별화, 주체화 된 디자인 교육을 위한 단초를 제공하고 있으며 본 연구를 기반으로 한국조형물의 조형원리에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이어져야 할 것이다. The education for the design basic principles in Korea has been conducted by using Western methodology which originated from the Modernism design perspective. I started this research asking what can be the alternative solution about Western biased education system in the post- modern period. I suggested a formulation of the Korean basic principles which have been appeared in Korean traditional paintings. To begin with, the three aesthetic of the Eastern paintings were mentioned. In the second part, I researched the principles of the harmony in Korean traditional paintings, focused in Chosun dynasty. The canon of the harmony which appeared in Korean paintings is different from the Western perspective. In this point. the formulation of the Korean traditional paintings must be taught in design education system.
