        다문화 청소년의 부모 방임, 국가 정체성, 자아탄력성이 학교 적응에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to identify the influences of parental neglect, national identity, and self-resiliency of multicultural adolescents on school adaptation. Methods: Participants are multicultural adolescents in the 4th year (2014) of the multicultural adolescents panel survey. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 program. Results: Self-resiliency was the most influential factor on school adaptation of multicultural adolescents, followed by parental neglect, and national identity, mother's Korean reading ability, multicultural adolescents' speaking ability, city size, mother's education, and mother's speaking ability. Conclusion: Multicultural families who had an experience of parental neglect should be selected and those parents need to be educated about the appropriate parenting method to improve the school adaptation of multicultural adolescents. In addition, the school adaptation improvement program should be developed and provided to strengthen the national identity and self-resiliency of multicultural adolescents.

        간호대학생의 회복탄력성, 대처 및 정신건강이 소진에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate resilience, coping, and mental health in relation to burnout and to identify factors influencing burnout in student nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted. The participants were 241 student nurses from 2 universities in B city. Data were analyzed using the t-test, analysis of variance, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score for burnout in student nurses was 3.01 out of 5 points. Burnout explained 29.2% of the variance in satisfaction with college life (${\beta}=-.367$, p<.001), coping (${\beta}=.293$, p<.001), mental health (${\beta}=.228$, p=.011), and training hospital (${\beta}=-.198$, p=.026). Conclusion: The results of our research suggest that satisfaction with college life is an important variable affecting burnout student nurses. Therefore, education is needed in order to develop for more effective teaching coping methods and strategies and to reduce burnout with nursing practice.

        간호사의 재직의도 구조모형

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the structural equation modeling of retention intention in nurses. Methods: A total of 210 nurses from three hospitals in B city, South Korea participated in this study. A structural equation model was constructed to verify the fitness of this model. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Results: The hypothetical model appeared to fit the data. Three of the selected six hypotheses for the hypothetical model were statistically significant. The retention intention model showed significant direct effects for job crafting and job demands and indirect effects for relation oriented culture, which explained 28% of the variation in nurses' retention intention. Conclusion: We found that nurses' job crafting behavior and job demands had significant influences on retention intention and relation oriented culture which affected by the factors job crafting.

      • 간호대학생이 인지한 임상실습 교육환경과 완벽주의가 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore perception on clinical learning environment and perfectionism in relation to resilience and to identify factors influencing resilience in student nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted. The participants were 313 nursing students from three universities in B, U city. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient, Scheffé test and stepwise regression analysis. Results: Mean score for resilience in nursing students was 4.99 out of 7 point. Resilience explanatory power of the model was in nursing students 20.5% of the variance in perfectionism (β=.338, p<.001), major satisfaction (β=.139, p=.002), college life satisfaction (β=.181, p=.014). Conclusion: Research results suggest that perfectionism, Satisfaction with college life and major satisfaction are important on resilience in nursing students. Therefore is needed develop strategies to manage perfectionism and increase satisfaction with college life and major satisfaction.

        간호조직문화, 조직건강, 잡 크래프팅이 간호사의 재직의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of nursing organizational culture, organizational health, and job crafting on intent to stay among registered nurses. Methods: A cross sectional study design was used in this study. The participants were 210 nurses working at three hospitals in B city, South Korea. Data were collected from March 2 to 31 2018. A self-report questionnaire was used. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analyses with the IBM/SPSS 25.0 for Window Program. Results: Factors affecting intent to stay among registered nurses included relation oriented culture of nursing organization (β=.17, p=.029), organizational health (β=.16, p=.043), job crafting (β=.17, p=.031), and age(β= .25, p<.001), and these variables explained 25.0% of intent to stay (F=17.37, p<.001). Conclusion: These findings show that there is a correlation between relation oriented culture of nursing organizational culture, organizational health, job crafting, and intent to stay among registered nurses. In order to increase nurses’ retention, it is important to establish a relation oriented culture in the nursing organization and to improve organizational health. Also, more attention should be paid to create positive job crafting to increase nurses’ intent to stay.

      • 실습경험 간호대학생이 인식하는 간호전문직업성 핵심요인에 관한 연구

        Purpose : This study investigates the core elements of nursing professionalism and that practice experience of nursing students perceive. Method : This study is a descriptive study involving 175 nursing students from two universities. Data were collected in September 2012 via a structured self-report questionnaire and subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA. Results; The mean scores for core elements of nursing professionalism were 4.14±.36, the interpersonal nursing professionalism, public nursing professionalism and intrapersonal nursing professionalism were 4.17±.37, 4.31±.42 and 3.97±.47, respectively. Conclusion : The results for this study showed that nursing student perceived the public nursing professionalism including the elements related to the public trust is the most important. A fostering of professionalism is needed in stage of student education in order to improve the job performance of a nurse, get a job satisfaction and reduce turnover rate.

        청소년의 생의 의미에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze factors affecting meaning of life in adolescents. Methods: Data were collected from April 5 to June 20, 2010. The participants for this study were 343 Korean middle and high school students, recruited from four middle and high schools located in Seoul. Data collection was conducted through the use of 7 questionnaires. The data were analyzed with the SPSS WIN 12.0 program using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. Results: 1) The mean total item score for the meaning of life scales was 2.99, which was slightly high. 2) There was a significant relationship between meaning of life and self-esteem, self control, parenting attitude, family satisfaction, school adjustment, and career maturity. 3) Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that self-esteem, family satisfaction, school adjustment, parenting attitude and career maturity were predictors of meaning of life and accounted for 57.1% of the variance in meaning of life. Conclusion: Self-esteem, family satisfaction, school adjustment, parenting attitude and career maturity were variables influencing meaning of life in adolescents. These results indicate a need to develop nursing interventions to increase self-esteem, family satisfaction, school adjustment, parenting attitude and career maturity in order to improve meaning of life for adolescents.

        노인요양병원 간호사의 임종간호수행과 죽음불안 및 자아존중감이 임종간호스트레스에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This descriptive study was aimed at identifying the relations among geriatric nurses' terminal care performance, death anxiety and self-esteem and the factors that affect nurses' terminal care stress. Methods: Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire completed by 212 geriatric hospital nurses working in 10 hospitals in K city and B metropolitan city. Results: The survey results showed that the stress factors were terminal care performance and death anxiety. Significant predictors for terminal care stress were death anxiety and terminal care performance. (And the higher the level of death anxiety and terminal care performance were, the heavier the stress was.) These factors explained 32.5% of the variance in terminal care stress. Conclusion: The results of the study suggested that terminal care performance was an important factor of terminal care stress for geriatric nurses. Therefore, it seems that it is necessary to develop an educational intervention program to improve nurses' terminal care performance to reduce their terminal care stress. 목적: 본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 임종간호수행과 죽음불안, 자아존중감 및 임종간호스트레스간의 상관관계를 확인하고 임종간호스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법: K시와 B광역시 소재 10개 요양병원에 근무하는 212명의 간호사를 대상으로 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 결과: 요양병원간호사의 임종간호스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 죽음불안과 임종간호수행이었으며 죽음불안과 임종간호수행 정도가 높을수록 임종간호스트레스가 높았다. 이들 변수들은 임종간호스트레스에 대하여 32.5%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 결론: 요양병원간호사의 임종간호스트레스를 완화시키기 위하여 효율적인 인력배치 등의 행정적인 방안을 수립하고 죽음불안을 감소시킬 수 있는 임종간호교육프로그램 개발 및 효과검증 연구 수행을 제안하는 바이다.
