Normal fertilization and pregnancy by round spermatid was achieved from nonobstructive azoospermia patient to be believed untreatable. Therefore, it is suggested that application of round spermatid in human ART program seems to be new treatment of male infertility. Also, it will be needed further research for evaluated fertilization mechanism by round spermatid injection.
지면효과를 받는 NACA0012 익형주위 유동장의 실험적 연구

Experimental and numerical studies are conducted to investigate the flow field over a NACA0012 airfoil with ground effects. In experiment, the ground is simulated by a moving belt system. From the comparison between the experimental and numerical results, it is concluded that the velocity gradient over the ground plane causes the increments in pressure coefficient on lower surface of the airfoil and reduces the suction peak at the leading edge.
[안전/타이어운동특성부문] 무부하 상태하 회전하는 타이어의 내부유동 특성 고찰

Experimental investigations were presented to determine the flow characteristics inside a rolling pneumatic tire driven under unloaded condition. A hot-wire anemometer was used to measure the flow velocity inside the tire cavity. Experimental system was designed to acquire and process the velocity signals in real time. It is observed that the magnitude of mean velocity in the cavity air shows increasing natures with the increasing of the inflation pressures and rolling speeds. In addition, the increasing rate of velocity for the change of pressure is increased as the tire rolls faster. The experiments were insufficient to determine the exact flow structure inside the tire. The result shows, however, that viscous force and inertia force play important roles in constructing the flow structure inside the rolling tire.
일정 변형률 시험에 의한 TRIP강의 수소 지연파괴 특성연구

The demands of high-strength steel have been steadily increased to reduce the weight of vehicles. Although the TRIP steel has been the promising candidate material for the purpose, high strength hinders the application due to the susceptibility to hydrogen delayed fracture in the corrosive environment. Moreover, the testing method was not specified in the ISO standards. In this work, the test method to evaluate the susceptibility of hydrogen delayed fracture was studied by slow strain rate testing technique. The four test experimental parameters were studied: strain rate, hydrogen charging time, holding time after hydrogen charging, and holding time after cadmium plating. The steel was fractured by hydrogen in case the strain rate was in the range of 1x10-4 ~ 5 x 10-7/sec. It was confirmed that the slow strain rate test is effective method to evaluate the susceptibility to hydrogen delayed fracture. The holding time over 24 hrs after hydrogen charging, nullified the hydrogen effect, that is, the specimen was no more susceptible to hydrogen after 24 hrs even though the specimen was fully hydrogen-charged. Moreover, cadmium electroplating could not prevent from diffusing out the hydrogen from the steel in the experiment. The effective experimental procedures were discussed.
