        알칼리형 연료전지의 Raney Ni 수소극 성능

        The polarization characteristics of semihydrophobic double-layered porous hydrogen electrode manufactured with Raney Ni and PTFE powder was investigated. The optimum PTFE powder content in the catalyst layer was 25 wt%. Compared the electrode performance of Raney Ni with Ni, the former was by far better than the latter. There was little electrode performance difference among various Raney Ni electrodes without dopant. The activity of Raney Ni was improved by adding 9 wt% Mo power as dopant, and the electrode composed of this catalyst showed relatively a stable electrode performance. It was possible to improve the anodic performance of Raney Ni electrode by modifying the electrode structure according to the flooded agglomerate model. The preferred condition for the preparation of Raney Ni catalyst layer was mixing the water repellent catalyst with non-treated hydrophilic catalyst at the ratio of 5 to 1.

        Double-layered porous oxygen electrode was manufactured with silver catalyst made by reduction of the silver salt and PTFE powder. The optimum PTFE powder content in catalyst layer was 15 wt%. Ag-Bi-Ni-Ti catalyst containing dopants of 2 wt% Bi, Ni, Ti showed the best catalytic activity, and this electrode exhibited stable electrode performance. In order to increase the porosity of catalyst layer, ammonium bicarbonate(ABC) was added. The electrode performance was improved by addition of ABC, and the optimum amount of ABC to catalyst layer was 2 wt%.

        전이금속이 첨가된 Raney Ni 의 촉매활동에 관한 연구

        Doping effect of transition metals in Raney Ni catalyst was investigated by measuring of benzene hydrogenation activity and hydrogen content stored inside the catalyst. The catalyst doped with Ti showed the best catalytic activity of all among the used dopants, and the optimum Ti content in a starting alloy was 1.5 wt%, and for the electrochemical reaction it was 2.0 wt%. Surface analysis by means of EDS revealed that most of doped Ti was concentrated on the surface of catalyst. The Al leaching mechanism from Raney alloy was selective dissolution, The catalytic activity of Raney Ni was affected considerably by hydrogen pretreatment temperature, and the adequate PTFE content for dispersing catalyst particles was 5 wt%.

        Pure silver catalyst and silver catalysts doped with transition metals were prepared by reduction of the silver salt. Oxygen chemisorption and electrochemical measurement(to measure oxygen reduction current) methods were employed to investigate the activity of catalysts, and two experimental results showed a good agreement relatively. In the aspect of catalytic activity, doped Ag catalysts were superior to pure silver catalyst. It was thought that the improvement of electrode preformance on doped Ag catalysts was mainly due to the reaction region increase by adding dopant. Among the Ag catalysts, Ag-Fe, Ag-Pt and Ag-Bi-Ni-Ti showed better electrode preformance than the others. The current density of Ag catalyst was about 63 mA/㎠, but that of Ag-Fe was about 160 mA/㎠.

        국가기술자격 직무분야 분류체계 개선방안 연구

        이 연구에서는 국가기술자격의 분류체계가 21세기 산업구조와 기술변화에 부응할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 현행 26개로 설정되어 있는 직무분야의 적절성을 검토하였으며, 이에 터하여 국가기술자격제도 관리 운영의 효율성과 효과성을 높일뿐만 아니라 자격취득자의 취업을 촉진할 수 있는 새로운 직무분야 분류체계를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국가기술자격제도와 관련된 문헌 및 자료를 수집 분석하였고, 국가기술자격 직무분야의 적절성에 대한 전문가 의견 등을 수렴하여 26개 국가기술자격 직무분야를 13개 분야로 새롭게 구분 제시하였다. The study reviewed the properness of a present job field with 26 items so that the classification system of the national technical qualification can meet the needs of the industrial structure and the technical changes of the 21st century. In addition, it aimed not only to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the management and operation of the national technical qualification system but to design a new classification system of the job field to stimulate qualification holders' employment. For the purpose of this study, materials and data relevant to the national technical qualification system were comprehensively collected and analyzed. Besides, a new job field with 13 job items was proposed in this study on a basis of the collective advice of experts on the properness of the job field in the national technical qualification system.

        지식.정보화시대에 요구되는 국가기술자격 검정방법 도입을 위한 연구 - 기능장, 기사, 산업기사, 기능사를 중심으로 -

        이 연구는 지식 정보화 시대에 인적자원을 효과적으로 개발 선도하도록 국가기술자격제도에 있어서 검정방법을 개선하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 국가기술자격 검정방법의 변천내용과 방향의 적합성에 대해서 살펴보았으며, 주요국의 검정방법과 국내 외 컴퓨터화된 검정방법의 적용실태를 분석하였다. 아울러 현재 국가기술자격 기능장, 기사, 산업기사, 기능사 검정방법의 문제점과 검정인프라의 문제점을 알아보았다. 이를 바탕으로 검정방법의 개선 방안과 이를 위한 검정 인프라 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로 관련자료의 수집 및 분석, 4차에 걸친 전문가 협의회 개최, 국가기술자격 검정방법 실태 및 요구분석을 위하여 기능장, 기사, 산업기사, 기능사 자격취득자를 대상으로 2,500명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 의견을 수렴하였다. 이상의 연구를 통해 기능장, 기사 산업기사 기능사 검정방법의 개선 방안, 제도적인 면과 운영적인 측면에서의 검정 인프라 구축 방안에 대해서 살펴보았다. Due to developments in information technology and ensuing changes in the concept of time and space, the significance of national boundaries has been weakened, bringing to attention the heightened competition among nations. In order to respond to these transformations, the Korean government is increasing its efforts to raise the authenticity of the National Technology Qualification System(NTQS) by closely linking NTQS testing method and procedure to practical knowledge and skills in the industry field. This initiative is based on the recognition that the human resources development is a crucial factor in determining a nation's competitiveness. This study aimed, first of all, to diagnose the problems directly and indirectly affecting the testing method in the current NTQS. And then, differentiated solutions according to grade and improvements in the testing infrastructure were suggested. The ultimate purpose was to provide a blueprint for enhancing national competitiveness through increased authenticity and efficiency of the NTQS. Research methods applied during this study include: the collection and review of qualification-related literature; a series of conferences with leading experts; interviews with vocational educators and researchers from qualification-related institutes; a survey of national qualification holders from a variety of professions and industries; and participatory observation at qualification exam centers. This research suggested policy recommendations as follows; First, measures to improve for testing method of professional engineer Second, measures to improve for testing method of Master craftsman Third, measures to improve for testing method of Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Craftsman Fourth, plans for the establishment of operation system for a computerized testing Fifth, institutional perspective on establishing qualification infrastructure Sixth, operational perspective on establishing qualification infrastructure

        상황실의 효율적인 재난관리를 위한 COP기반 상황판 정보요소 분석에 관한 연구: 풍수해를 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 효율적인 상황실 운영을 위한 새로운 인프라스트럭처 방안으로 공통작전상황도(Common Operating Picture, 이하 COP)의 개념을 활용하여 상황판에 공유되어야 하는 필수 정보요소들을 도출하고자 하였다. 이에 COP의 개념과 실제 해외사례를 확인하고, 재난상황 적용시 고려되어야 하는 COP 정보요소들을 재정립하였으며, 국내 발행된 재난대응 표준매뉴얼과 일일상황보고서 등을 분석하여 COP 재난대응 정보요소를 최종적으로 도출하였다. 정보요소는 재난유형 중 매년 피해를 야기하는 풍수해를 중심으로 총 4개의 단계(①신고접수 및 인지단계, ②상황전파 및 보고단계, ③비상기구 운영단계, ④수습 · 복구단계)로 구분하였다. 각 재난대응 단계별로 필요한 정보 요소들을 사고규모, 기상 정보, 자원 현황, 구조 정보, 라이프 라인 시설 등으로 다시 구분하였으며, 해당 항목별 세부 정보요소들을 추가적으로 분석하여 필수적으로 상황판에 공유되어야 하는 정보요소를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 도출해낸 정보들은 COP특성상 공간적 · 지리적 특징과 함께 공유되기 때문에 의사결정권자들과 담당자들에게 복합적인 정보를 제공하여 재난상황에 대한 다각적인 접근을 가능하게 한다. 또한 재난대응 담당부처들이 해당 정보들을 공통적으로 공유함으로써 재난대응이 보다 효율적으로 이루어 질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study derives essential information elements that should be shared in the situation board by utilizing the concept of common operating picture (COP). The COP"s concept and actual overseas cases were confirmed, and COP information elements that should be considered for disaster situations were redefined. The COP disaster response information elements were derived by analyzing the standard manual for disaster response and daily situation reports issued in Korea. The information elements were divided into four stages (①Report reception and recognition stages, ②Situation propagation and reporting stages, ③Emergency equipment operation stages, ④Recovery and recovery stages), centered on storm and flood damage. Further analysis of the detailed information elements was conducted to derive the information elements that must be shared in the context board. The information is shared along with spatial and geographical characteristics due to the characteristics of the COP, providing complex information to decisionmakers and officials, enabling diverse access to disaster situations. Furthermore, it is expected that disaster response will be more efficient by sharing the information in common.

        조선통신사 유네스코 세계기록유산을 활용한 역사문화콘텐츠 원형복원 사례연구

        Joseon Tongsinsa, a symbol of peaceful relations by overcoming conflicts and warfare between Korea and Japan from the 17th to 19th Century, is significant cultural heritage for mankind and the documents have been jointly registered as a UNESCO Memory of the World by both countries. In the case of Busan city, leading the registration process, Joseon Tongsinsa has historically been a priceless cultural asset for Korea-Japan exchange. The task of not only well preserving the documents but also utilizing the records and archives of the UNESCO Memory of the World is to spread its value, significance and authenticity. Through the use of the archives, people around the world need to share the universal value of human beings, which is the peaceful relationships between neighbouring countries. In the respect, this study analyzes the inscribed painting documents, focusing on the journey of Joseon Tongshinsa such as the parade and sailing, Masangjae, the horse riding performance, and provides a perspective of the documents of utilization through the reenacting cultural contents. The restoration of the key records of Joseon Tongshinsa envoys will suggest a new future for improving future-oriented relations between Korea and Japan

        실과교육에서의 기술적인 문제 해결 능력을 기르는 교육 프로그램의 개발과 그 효과

        Problem solving capability was regarded as one of the very important competences for preparing 21st century in terms of enhancing the quality of life and international competitiveness. Nowaday technology innovations based on the problem solving capability were happened so often and rapidly. Accordingly, technological problem solving capability was considered essential skill for living in the knowledge-base society. In this context, the purpose of this study was to develop and validate education programs for fostering technological problem solving capability in practical arts at the elementary level. To achieve the goal of this study, the following null hypothesis were stated and utilized; there is no difference in the standpoints of technological problem solving capability between students who learned (1) identification of problem, (2) research and development, (3) realization, (4) evaluation and students who didn’t learn. 「Post-test only control group design」was applied for testing of the hypothesis. For the experimental and controlling group, 46 students of 6th grader were selected, respectively, at the B elementary school in Buchun, Kyonggi province. In experimental design, teacher’s checklist and student’s self-checklist were applied as evaluation instrument. Experimental data of the study were analyzed by t-test at the level of p〈.001. The contents and result of the study were as follows: First, the education programs for fostering technological problem solving capability in practical arts which was developed in the study were composed of major two parts; Understanding and hands-on activity for problem solving focused on 6th grader. First part was consisted of introduction, process, and example of problem solving in real life. Second part was made up of three hands-on-activities such as making of universal balloon case, making of toy functioning automatically and making of model excursion ship with moving scull. Second, these educational programs were effective to foster elementary students’ problem solving capability. On the basis of research results, the education programs for fostering technological problem solving capability in practical arts, which were developed in this study, could be serviceable in the field of elementary technology and/or practical arts education to foster technological problem solving capability.
