본 논고에서는 현재 K-water 충주 수력발전소에서 운전 중인 NO.1 변압기에 대해 2010년 3월까지 총17회의 절연유 유중가스분석(Dissolved Gas Analysis, 이하 DGA라 함.)과 내부 정밀분해점검(3회)을 통해 대용량 유입변압기의 내부고장을 이해하고자 하며 유입변압기의 내부이상 현상에 따른 DGA 결과 분석과 향후 대응방안에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

Drug effect is depended on bioavailability of preparation and bioavailability is largely depended on dissolution rate and content uniformity. This study was attempted to evaluate bioavailability of preparations for drug selection by conducting the dissolution test, acid resistance and content uniformity test on commercial omeprazole tablets. The dissolution test and acid resistance were comducted in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice using K.P 2 method with three omeprazole preparations(A, B and C) which were pharmaceutically equivalent. The result as following: 1) Acid resistance in artificial gastric juice was C>B>A, 2) The dissolution rate in artificial intestinal juice at 30 min in the three different brands were C>B>A, 3) Content uniformity of three different brands was in such order as B>A>C, 4) There was no relationship between acid resistance, dissolution rate and content uniformity.
신생아용 고영양수액과 Ceftriaxone 혼합의 적합성 실험

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the compatibility/stability of ceftriaxone with neonatal parenteral nutrient solutions. The concentration of ceftriaxone was determined by recommended dosage commonly used in NICU. Two neonatal parenteral nutrient solutions were mixed with TrophAmine. Admixture was prepare in duplicate and stored at 37℃ water bath for each hour. Each mixture was investigated for pH, visual inspection, HPLC assay of ceftriaxone, atomic absorption spectrometry of calcium ion. An obvious precipitate which occurred with 1-4 hours after mixing with PN solution was yielded on these mixtures. Despite various aspects of precipitations, calcium salts of ceftriaxone/calcium ion decreased to 20-80%. Accordingly, if ceftriaxone is administered through the PN line, flush the line with normal saline before and after each administration. The infusion of parenteral nutrient solution should be temporily stopped during adminstration the ceftriaxone.
