당뇨한약복합처방(Herbal Remedy for Diabetes Mellitus-01, HRDM-01)이 당뇨병성 흰쥐의 간 및 혈중 지질에 미치는 영향

Objective: The Herbal Remedy for Diabetes Mellitus-01(HRDM-01) is composed of 11 species of medicinal plants. HRDM-01 is used as anti-hyperglycaemic agent. Anti-hyperglycaemic agents in western medicine often have hepatotoxicities. Therefore, we investigated safety of HRDM-01, especially in liver functions. Methods: We investigated the effects of HRDM-01 on liver function measuring serum AST, ALT and LDH levels and histopathological changes of liver tissue using photomicroscope. In addition, we also investigated the effects on serum lipid levels such as total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and triglyceride. Results: In our experiment, single injection of streptozotocin elevated levels of AST and ALT in serum. But LDH level was not affected. In addition, our animal model showed elevated levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride in serum. 30 days treatment with HRDM-01 lowered serum AST level. Serum levels of ALT and LDH did not affected. In addition, HRDM-01 lowered serum triglyceride level significantly. In histopathological observation, we did not find any abnormal changes in all experimental groups. Conclusions: Briefly, HRDM-01 did not elevate serum levels of ALT, LDH, total cholesterol and did not affect histopathological changes in liver tissues. Moreover, HRDM-01 lowered serum AST, triglyceride, which are elevated by induction of diabetes mellitus. These results suggest the safety of HRDM-01 in diabetic treatment.

BCAA와 OKG 및 Albumin 가중 투여가 장시간 운동 시 피로물질요인과 에너지기질에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 BCAA와 OKG 및 albumin 가중투여가 장시간의 운동 시 혈중 피로물질변화와 에너지기질 동원에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 연구 대상자는 남자 대학생 5명으로 하였으며 8주간 실험을 실시하였다. 피험자 5명은 각각의 투여방법에 따른 실험에 모두 참여하였으며, 투여 실험의 순서는 비투여(control), BCAA, BCAA+OKG, BCAA+albumin 순으로 하였다. 모든 투여방법의 실험 시 운동은 트레드밀을 이용하여 90분동안 달리기를 시행하였으며, 운동 강도는 속도 5mph, 경사도 3%로 설정하였다. 혈액은 운동 전, 운동 45분, 종료 시, 회복 30분에 채혈하고, 채혈된 혈액으로 혈중 피로물질인 암모니아, 5-HT, 젖산, 무기인산염 그리고 에너지기질인 글루코스와 유리지방산의 농도 변화를 분석하였다. 중추 피로요소인 암모니아 농도는 모든 시기에서 control군과 BCAA투여군에 비해 BCAA+OKG 투여군과 BCAA+ albumin 투여군이 낮게 나타났으며, BCAA +albumin 투여군이 가장 낮았고, BCAA 투여군이 가장 높게 나타났다. 5-HT는 운동 전에서 운동 45분까지 control군과 BCAA 투여군이 BCAA+OKG 투여군과 BCAA +albumin 투여군에 비해 높은 농도를 보였다. 그러나 운동 90분에는 BCAA+albumin 투여군이 가장 높았고 BCAA+OKG 투여군이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 말초 피로요소인 젖산은 전반적으로 BCAA 투여군이 가장 높았으며 BCAA+OKG와 BCAA+albumin 투여군이 낮은 경향을 보였다. 에너지기질인 글루코스의 혈중농도는 전반적으로 control군이 가장 높았고, BCAA+albumin 투여군이 가장 낮았으며, 운동 시기 간에 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 유리지방산의 혈중 농도는 모든 시기에서 BCAA+albumin 투여군이 가장 높았고, BCAA 투여군이 가장 낮았으며, 투여군 간과 운동 시기 간 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 이상의 연구 결과, 운동 수행에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있는 BCAA 단독 투여와는 달리 OKG나 albumin 가중투여는 BCAA 단독 투여시 나타날 수 있는 피로물질 축적의 감소를 가져올 뿐 아니라, 장기간 운동 시 BCAA가 에너지기질로 사용될 수 있게 함으로써, 운동수행에 이로운 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 볼 수 있으며, 특히 BCAA+albumin 투여가 가장 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of BCAA and additional OKG or albumin supplements on fatigue factors and energy substrates changes in prolonged exercise. Methods: The subjects of this study were 5 male college students and the order of experiments was control, BCAA, BCAA+OKG, BCAA+ albumin. In each experiment, the subject ran for 90 minutes on the treadmill and exercise intensity was 3% gradient and 5mph. Blood was drawn five times; before the exercise, after 45 minutes of exercise, end of exercise, and 30minutes after ending of exercise. Blood was used to analyze ammonia, 5-HT, lactate, glucose and FFA. Results: The concentration of blood ammonia was low in the BCAA+OKG and BCAA+albumin groups compared to control and BCAA groups. And, lowest in the BCAA+albumin supplement group during exercise and recovery. The 5-HT concentration of control and BCAA supplement groups represented higher than BCAA+OKG and BCAA+albumin groups from resting to 45 min of exercise. However, at 90 min of exercise, BCAA+albumin group was highest, but BCAA+OKG was the lowest. The concentration of lactate was the highest in the BCAA supplement group, but represented low tendency in the BCAA+OKG and BCAA+albumin supplement group at the end of exercise and recovery. In glucose, control group was the highest, but BCAA+albumin supplement group was the lowest at the end of exercise and recovery. The concentration of FFA was the highest in the BCAA+albumin supplement group, but was the lowest in the BCAA supplement group at the 45 min and 90 min of exercise. Conclusion: As the result of this study was shown, BCAA and additional OKG or albumin can solve these problems that BCAA accumulate fatigue factors when it is oxidized. Furthermore, BCAA can be used as energy substrate when OKG or albumin is added to BCAA. Therefore, it is considered that BCAA and additional OKG or albumin supplement has effects on prolonged exercise. Specially, we are considered by thing which BCAA+albumin supplement is the most effect.

섬유아세포에서 민들레 추출물 함유제(AF-343)에 의한 제 1형 교원질 발현 증가

We previously reported that the extract of Taraxacum platycarpum (AF-343) had several biological properties such as skin hydration and anti-inflammatory effects, thereby AF-343 be a promising anti-atopic dermatitis agent. However, few studies have been conducted to evaluate its effect on modulation of extracellular matrix proteins in human skin fibroblasts. The purpose of this study was to investigate the expressions of type I collagen, MMP-1, Smad2/3, and TIMP-1 proteins in AF-343-treated human skin fibroblasts. Human skin fibroblasts were treated by various concentrations of AF-343 (0~2 mg/ml). The expressions of type I collagen, matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1), Smad2/3, and TIMP-1 proteins were analyzed by Western blot analysis. In addition, level of type I collagen mRNA was analyzed by CAT assay. Expression of type I collagen protein was increased in AF-343-treated human skin fibroblasts by dose and time-dependent manners. Consistent with this result, the expressions of phospho-Smad2/3 in skin fibroblasts were increased and MMP-1 expression was decreased by AF-343 treatment. TIMP-1 expression was not significantly changed in AF-343 treated skin fibroblasts. Extract of Taraxacum platycarpum (AF-343)-induced up-regulation of type I collagen expression was through increased expression of phospho-Smad2/3. These results were occurred combined with down-regulation of MMP-1 in skin fibroblasts. Taken together, this study indicated that AF-343 has property of the modulation of ECM in tissue as well as skin hydration and anti-inflammation.

기업 재무분석을 위한 한국어 감성사전 구축

본 연구는 기업 재무분석에 적합한 한국어 감성사전을 검증하고 구축하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 기존 감성사전을 분석하였을 때, 한국어 기반으로 개발한 KOSAC과 KNU(군산대) 감성사전은 일반용이라는 약점을 가지며, Harvard IV(HV)와 Loughran and McDonald(LM)(2011)는 영어를 단순 번역하였다는 단점을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 이를 보완한 한국어 금융 감성사전(KOSELF, Korean Sentiment Lexicon for Finance)을 새롭게 구축하여 제시하였다. 감성사전을 검증하기 위해 한경 컨센서스에서 제공하는 2016년부터 2018년까지 한국에서 발행된 약 2만 개의 애널리스트 보고서 자료를 사용하였다. 보고서 별로 5개 감성사전을 통해 계산한 부정어, 긍정어 비율 등의 감성변수와 목표주가 및 추천의견변경과의 관계를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 새롭게 구축한 KOSELF 감성변수는 애널리스트 목표주가 및 추천의견 변경과 유의미한 관계를 가졌으며, 나머지 4개의 감성사전을 통해 계산한 변수들을 추가하였을 때도 우수한 성과를 보여주었다. 본 연구는 재무, 금융 분야에서 활용할 수 있는 한국어 감성사전을 제안하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. This study aims to verify and establish a Korean sentiment lexicon suitable for corporate financial analysis. When analyzing existing sentiment lexicons, the KOSAC and KNU (Kunsan University) dictionaries developed based on Korean are weak because they are used for general purposes. The Harvard IV and Loughran and McDonald (2011) have the disadvantage of being translated from English. In this study, the Korean Sentiment Lexicon for Finance (KOSELF) is constructed and presented. To verify its usefulness, text data from about 20,000 analyst reports published in Korea from 2016 to 2018 are collected from the Hankyung Consensus web page. After calculating the sentiment variables of negative and positive word frequency using five sentiment lexicons for each report, the recommendation and target price changes are regressed on these sentiment variables. The sentiment variables from the newly-constructed KOSELF in this study have a significant relationship with the analyst’s recommendation and target price change. Even when the sentiment variables calculated through the other four sentiment lexicons are added, it shows better performance. Our work has practical significance in that it proposes a Korean sentiment dictionary that can be used for finance.

디지털 기술을 활용한 공간마케팅에 관한 연구

In the past, most of companies competed through the price, quality and value of their products. However, we require new marketing tools which are differentiated from former strategies because these elements cannot be components of special marketing strategies anymore as the market has been digitalized and globalized. Meanwhile, since digital technology has features of Hypermedia, Mutability, Communication, Interactivity, it can be applied to the optimal way which makes connection between the products and consumers. Creating an opportunity to interact among companies, products and customers through the digitalized space is a new marketing paradigm which consumers experience products and companies transmit brand image to customer. The objectives of this study are to clarify on definition of space marketing, to analyze not only characters of the digital technology but also cases of digitized spaces, and to suggest the direction where space marketing should go. In conclusion, this study presents notion of the space marketing and discusses various important issues in space marketing area for the current consumers. In addition, it shows that the interactive information technology provides special experience to customers.

심해 잡음인자를 고려한 망간단괴 시험집광기의 채집운용시 주행장치 다구치 강건설계

A deep-sea manganese nodule miner consists of 4 parts: the pickup device, crusher, disposal device, and tracked vehicle. The tracked vehicle is an essential component to keep the self-propelled miner moving across deep-sea soil. The performances of the tracked vehicle are influenced by noise factors: the shear strength of the seafloor, bottom current, seafloor slope, track speed, reaction forces of flexible hose, etc. It is necessary to adopt a robust design method that improves the performances and minimizes the variation caused by noise factors. Taguchi’s method, the most widely known robust design method, searches for the robust optimum using an orthogonal array composed of the product of the inner array and outer array. In this paper, we propose a new screening technique to reduce the number of input factors and apply the MRSN (Multi-Response Signal to Noise) ratio to convert multiple performances into single one in order to overcome the difficulties and limitations of using Taguchi’s method in a case with many input factors and multiple performances. A test miner was already designed and tested. It has about 1/10 the capacity of a commercial one and was successfully operated at an in-shore area. Taguchi’s robust design was applied to the tracked vehicle of the test miner, and design improvements were implemented for the vehicle.

당사자의 증언과 기억을 전승하는 서사 전략 : 김석범의 ｢남겨진 기억｣을 중심으로

本稿は、金石範自身に語り継がれた済州4·3事件の証言を初めて形象化した1975年作｢遺された記憶｣を読解した。まず、冒頭分析を通して｢私｣が読者の想像力に働きかける語りの中で生成されることを明らかにした。物語の結末部における語り手｢私｣の死と枠物語化するが、それは死者の声がどのように生者に語り継がれるかを示す装置であり、死者をして語らしめたことの露呈であると捉えた。次いで、〈遺された記憶〉は、単純に宋東丘の記憶が息子の宋有根に残されたということだけを意味しない点を解き明かした。宋有根の語りにおいて伝聞として語り継がれる宋東丘の記憶は、ただ単に彼の網膜に刻まれた〈遺された記憶〉ではなく、それを越えた身体と精神の、つまり全身全霊の感覚に<遺された記憶>であることを読み取ることができた。最後に、済州4·3事件に生み出された密航者である作中人物の共通項の背面には、各々が思い起こされたことに対して語り得ることと語り得ないこととの間で揺れ動く格闘があり、読者は小説表現の空白に光を当て、想像力をもって向き合っていくべきであることを指摘した。 This study read the Memories left behind that embodies the testimony of Jeju 4·3 Incident that Kim Suk-pom himself heard. First, this study analyzed the beginning, and made it clear that “I” is generated in stories that influence the imagination of readers. At the end of the novel, the narrator “I” dies and frame novel is formed, which is a device to show how the voice of the dead is passed down to the living, and to let out the dead spoken. Next, this study considered that this novel’s title Memories left behind is not only meaning which the memories of Song Dong-gu was left behind his son Song Yoo-gun. And this paper figured out Song Dong-gu’s memory, presented as hearsay in Song Yoo-gun’s story, was not just a memory engraved on his retina, but a memory beyond it, that is, a memory left to his whole body and soul. Finally, this study paid attention the common points of the characters in the background that they were stowaways. And it pointed out that behind them, there was struggles between being able to speak and not being able to speak, and that readers should read that the gaps in novel’s expression, with using their imagination.

애널리스트 목표가를 활용한 최적 투자의사결정 방안에 관한 연구

Investors aim to maximize the return rate for their own investment, utilizing various information as possible as they can access. However those investors, especially individual investors, have limitations of interpretation of the domain-specific information or even the acquisition of the information itself. Thus, individual investors tend to make decision affectively and frequently, which may cause a loss in returns. This study aims to analyze analysts’ target price and to suggest the strategy that could maximize individual’s return rate. Most previous literature revealed that the optimistic bias exists in the analysts’ target price and it is also confirmed in this study. In this context, this study suggests the upper limit of target rate of returns and the optimal value named ‘alpha(α)’ which performs the adjustment of proposed target rate to maximize excess earning returns eventually. To achieve this goal, this study developed an optimization problem using linear programming. Specifically, when the analysts’ proposed target rate exceeds 30%, it could be adjusted to the extent of 59% of its own target rate. As apply this strategy, the investors could achieve 1.2% of excess earning rate on average. The result of this study has significance in that the individual investors could utilize analysts’ target price practically.

경영경제대학 학부생의 한국형 통계패키지 알바트로스 활용방안 개발

본 연구는 경영통계학 교과목에서 이론적 배경이 되는 통계학 기법들의 실무 연계를 통한 실제 데이터 분석 능력배양을 위해 한국형 통계패키지 알바트로스(albatross)의 활용방안을 제시하였다. 경영경제대학 신입·재학생 대다수가 SPSS 및 MS Excel과 같은 복잡한 소프트웨어에 익숙하지 않기 때문에, 보다 사용자 친화적이고 직관적 인터페이스로 구성된 알바트로스 패키지를 활용하여 학습부진학생의 통계적 역량 강화를 지원하고자 하였다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 알바트로스를 활용하여 경영통계학 교과목의 이론 교육 내용의 실습 방안을 제시하였으며, 유사 프로그램으로서 MS Excel과 Geogebra에 대한 각 프로그램별 장·단점을 비교·분석하였다. 경영경제대학 재학생들이 필요로 하는 분석내용 및 패키지 사용성에 대해 개선점을 도출하여 향후 알바트로스 고도화를 지원하도록 하였다. 연구 결과 현 알바트로스 패키지가 제공하고 있는 서비스 중에서는 경영경제대학에서 교육하고 있는 확률과 분포관련 컨텐츠를 보완함으로써 향후 상경계열 재학·졸업생의 활용도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 나타났다. 또한 실제 교육에 참여한 학생들은 알바트로스 패키지가 직관적이고, 무료 패키지이면서, 경영경제 분야에 특화되어있다는 점을 장점으로 응답하였고, 반대로 영문 인터페이스, 필수적으로 데이터를 불러와야하는 점, 학습 컨텐츠의 부족 등을 단점으로 응답하였다. 대부분의 학생들이 실무 교육에 대해서 긍정적으로 평가하였으며, 향후에도 알바트로스를 비롯한 통계 프로그램의 학습이 교육 및 취업에 도움이 될 것으로 생각하였다. 따라서 향후 지속적인 개선을 통해 사용자를 유입시키고 교육 과정의 지원을 바탕으로 경영경제대학 재학생들의 통계적 실무 역량을 강화하고 실제 데이터에서 추출 가능한 시사점을 스스로 도출하도록 지원할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The study suggests utilizing the Korean statistical package Albatross, which combines managerial statistics theory with practical applications, to support the enhancement of statistical competence for underperforming students in the field of business and economics. The user-friendly and intuitive interface of Albatross is expected to be beneficial, especially for incoming and current students from non-mathematical backgrounds who may not be familiar with complex software like SPSS and MS Excel. In this study, Albatross was used to present a practical plan for the theoretical education content of the management statistics course. Furthermore, the strengths and weaknesses were compared between Albatross, MS Excel and Geogebra as similar programs. As a result of the study, among the services currently provided by the Albatross package, it was found that by supplementing the content related to probability and distribution taught at the College of Business and Economics, it would be possible to increase the utilization of students and graduates of commerce and business fields in the future. In addition, students who participated in the actual training responded that the Albatross package was intuitive, free, and specialized in the field of business economy as an advantage, and on the contrary, the English interface, the need to import data indispensably, and the lack of learning contents, etc. responded with a downside. It is expected that it will attract users through continuous improvement in the future, strengthen the students' statistical practical skills based on the support of the educational process, and support them to draw implications that can be extracted from actual data.
