예비유아교사의 교육실습불안에 대한 자기효능감과 교사이미지의 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate early childhood student teachers` practicum anxiety on the basis of the teacher`s image and self-efficacy during their practicum. The participants of this study were 499 student teachers who were enrolled in the department of early childhood education in a college or a university and had completed the practicum in Daejeon metropolitan city or the Chungcheong area. The instruments for this study were the Teacher`s Image Scale, Practicum Anxiety Scale, Self-efficacy Scale, and a questionnaire for socio-demographic variables. The collected data were analyzed by using a t -test, F test, Pearson``s partial correlation, and multiple regression with SPSS software (version 20.0). The results were as follows: First, the student teachers expressed higher practicum anxiety in a provincial area than in metropolitan city, and their self-efficacy was higher in public kindergarten than in private kindergarten. Further, the highest level of the teacher`s image was obtained in the case of student teachers who enrolled in a 2- or 3-year college program and completed the practicum in the metropolitan city. Second, there was a significant negative correlation between the sum of student teachers` practicum anxiety and their professional skills of teacher``s image as well as significant correlations between the sum of student teachers` practicum anxiety and their self-efficacy, except self-control efficacy. Finally, the student teachers` practicum anxiety was found to be 17.5%-24.4% and was explained the most by the confidence of self-efficacy.
법인보육시설과 민간보육시설 보육교사의 의사결정 참여도와 조직몰입 차이 분석

본 연구는 법인보육시설과 민간보육시설 보육교사들의 의사결정 참여도와 조직몰입에 차이가 있는지를 분석해보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 J지역 보육교사 155명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 하였으며, t검증과 일원분산분석, 사후검증으로 Scheffe 검증으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 법인보육시설 보육교사의 의사결정 참여도가 민간보육시설 보육교사보다 의의 있게 더 높았다. 둘째, 민간보육시설 보육교사의 감정몰입이 법인 보육시설 보육교사보다 더 높았다. 셋째, 규범몰입 영역에서 법인보육시설 보육교사의 의사결정 참여도 상집단이 하집단보다 더 높았다. 넷째, 규범몰입, 감정몰입, 조직몰입 총점에서 민간보육시설 보육교사의 의사결정 참여도 상집단이 하집단보다 더 높았다. 다섯째, 규범몰입, 감정몰입, 근속몰입과 조직몰입 총점에서 전체 보육교사의 의사결정 참여도 상집단이 하집단보다 더 높았다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 보육교사의 적극적 의사결정 참여가 보육시설 운영에 중요하다는 것을 시사해주었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in participation in decision making and organizational commitment of child care center teachers. For this purpose, 155 child care center teachers were selected from public and private child care centers in J areas. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe test using in SPSS 14.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. First, participation in decision making of public child care center teachers were higher than that of private child care center teachers. Second, affective component in organizational commitment of private child care center teachers were higher than that of public child care center teachers. Third, there were partially positive differences in organizational commitment of public, private, and total child care center teachers according to their participation in decision making.
이혼으로 인한 저소득 여성 한부모가족과 청소년의 문제실태와 지원방안

본 연구는 날로 증가하고 있는 이혼으로 인해 여성 한부모가족이 된 후 이들이 지니게 되는 다양한 문제점을 분석하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안에 대해 모색해보았다. 특히 이혼에 의한 여성 한부모가족이 경제적으로 열악한 상황에 처할 확률이 높기 때문에 저소득 여성 한부모가족에 초점을 맞춰 그 가족과 청소년 자녀가 겪을 수 있는 문제점을 경제적 문제, 모-자녀관계의 문제, 사회관계망과 지원의 문제, 청소년의 학교생활과 문제행동에 대해 생각해보고, 이를 기초로 저소득 여성 한부모가족에게 필요한 정책적, 제도적 측면의 지원방안을 제안하였다. This study was to try to find solutions to various problems for low-income female single parent families with their children by divorce. Because they have a every probability that are going to be confronted with poor economic conditions, they have many problems by reason of those things. So this study was considered on their economic problem, mother- child relationship problem, their social network and support problem, and their children's school life and juvenile delinquency and was proposed the various support programs in aspects of a policy and a legal system for them.
청소년들의 인터넷 사용실태조사연구 1: e-mail과 채팅 사용실태를 중심으로

This study explored the reality of internet use among elementary, middle & high school, and college students. Data were consisted of survey findings and internet use on e-mail & internet chatting. For this study, 3043 students of Seoul, Chunan, Gwangju responded and data were analyzed by frequency and percentage. Major findings of this study were as follows ; 1) Almost all students use internet and especially e-mail. 2) Almost students use e-mail and internet chatting at dead of night. 3) Almost students use 3-mail net only for communication but also for leasure. 4) Almost students worry about internet addiction. 5) Almost students need an education about netiquett.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the female adolescent`s meeting with adults for sex. The main contents of this study are focused to explore the definition, process and environment of the female adolescent`s meeting with adults for sex and to propose the policy and prevention for it. Major findings of this study can be summarized as follows. a) The female adolescent`s meeting with adult for sex is another type of prostitution. b) Female adolescents have met with male adult for money, play, and sex. c) Meeting was arranged by telephone club, internet chatting, street hunting, and of friends. The female adolescent`s meeting with adults for sex should be decreased by active control and various protections.

The purpose of this study was to examine the life satisfaction of adolescents in the ecological contexts of their individual, family, school, and social-cultural experiences. The participants were 1,099 middle and high school students in Chungnam-do. Instruments were the Satisfaction with Life Scale, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Parent-Adolescent Communication Inventory, the School Life Satisfaction Scale, and Social-Cultural Satisfaction Scale. Data analysis involved the use of descriptive statistics, t- and F-tests, Duncan`s multiple range test, product-moment correlations, multiple regression, Cronbach`s α, and factor analysis. Results were as follows: Firstly, middle school students showed the highest levels of life satisfaction, and vocational high school students reported the lowest levels. Also, life satisfaction was inversely related to school grades. Secondly, for all the students, life satisfaction was positive correlated with self-esteem, open communication with parents, school life satisfaction, and social-cultural satisfaction. Lastly, open communication with parents and overall satisfaction with life at school explained more of the variance in adolescent life satisfaction than any other factors.
부모와 초등학생이 지각한 공부압력, 성공압력과 부모-자녀 의사소통방식 및 사회인구학적 변인이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

This study explored life satisfaction of elementary school children. Participants were 893 children and parents in nationwide areas except Jeju Island. The instruments were scales for study pressure, achievement pressure, parent-child communication style, and life satisfaction. The data were analyzed by t test, F test, Scheffe test, stepwise multiple regression, faxtor analysis, and Cronbach`s α by using SPSS PC program(18.0 version). The results were as follows: Firstly, there were significant differences in children`s life satisfaction by mother`s educational level and household monthly income. Secondly, there were significant differences between parents and children by grade and gender. In other words, the differences were study pressure and parent`s open and dysfunctional communication style in 4th grade and 5th grade, and parent`s dysfunctional communication style in 6th grade. Also, there were significant differences in study pressure, achievement pressure, and parent`s open and dysfunctional communication style for boys and parent`s open and dysfunctional communication style for girls. Lastly, life satisfaction of elementary school children was explained the most by parent`s open communication style both grade and gender.
