        밤나무와 오동나무 향판용재의 옥외 옥내 천연건조 속도의 비교

        Chestnut and paulownia boards for the traditional musical instruments were air dried to compare moisture contents(MC), drying rates and drying times between the air drying for 70 days in a yard and the shed drying for 150 days in a closed shed when piled in early June. An average final MC and the drying rate of chestnut boards were 20.6 percent and 0.78%/day for the air drying, and 16.6 percent and 0.44%/day for the shed drying. An average final MC and the drying rate of paulownia boards were 16.7 percent and 1.53%/day for the air drying, and 13.5 percent and 0.77%/day for the shed drying. Drying rates of air-dried boards were nearly twice as high as those of shed-dried boards for both species. Air drying rates of chestnut and paulownia boards were very high and exhibited falling drying rate above the fiber saturation point(30%), and then decreased irregularly. However, shed drying rates of chestnut and paulownia boards were high and exhibited falling drying rate above 55 percent MC for chestnut boards and above 80 percent MC for paulownia boards, and then decreased irregularly.

        투수시험과 지하수 모니터링을 통한 매립층의 배수불량 원인 분석

        연구목적 : 유적지와 같은 지역은 과거 산으로 둘러 쌓인 구릉지 등에 분포할 경우 강우시 매립층에 분포하는 흙은 투수능력이 떨어져 물이 원활히 배수되지 못하고 표층부의 함수비가 증가하여 지반의 질퍽임 현상이 많이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 강우시 배수가 불량하여 유적지에 분포하는 문화재의 기초 뿐만 아니라 상부구조물에도 큰 영향이 예상되어 배수불량의 원인을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 현장에서 각종 지반조사 및 현장투수시험 그리고 지하수 모니터링을 통해 그 상관성을 분석하여 매립층의 배수에 대한 불량 원인을 파악하였다. 연구결과 : 본 연구결과 배수불량 원인은 부지내 지하수위가 매우 얕은 심도에 형성되어 있으며, 지표부 및 매립층의 토질은 투수성이 불량한 상태로 강우시 지하로 지표수가 침투되기에는 매우 부적합한 수리지질학적 여건임을 확인할 수 있었다. Purpose: The area such as historic sites where distributed in the hills surrounded by the mountains in the past, if heavy rains occur, soil that distributed in the substructure of a sedimentary layer's permeability decreases therefore, water do not smoothly drainage and increases surface structures' moisture content. Therefore, many phenomena occur such as the muddy ground. This experiment tried to figure out the cause of poor drainage, predicting poor drainage system when rainfall occur. So not only the base of cultural properties distributed in the historic site, but also have big influences on the upper structure. Method: We are going to propose an improvement plan through the various sites exploration and the field permeability test. In addition, analyze interrelationship to figure out the cause of the poor drainage through monitoring under ground water. Conclusion: As the result of the experiment, the cause of the poor drainage system formed on shallow depth of ground level inside of a land. We can see that soil of surface and fill deposit permeability was in poor condition. Therefore, it was in very inappropriate hydrogeological condition when surface water permeate into the underground when rainfall occurs.

        형광체 코팅에 따른 Remote Phosphor 구조의 백색 LED 패키지 특성 평가

        We developed a package of remote phosphor structure having blue LED chips and phosphors physically separated, and the characteristics were evaluated according to different classifications of phosphor coatings. Remote phosphor was produced by screen printing coating on glass substrate with phosphor content rated paste and heat treatment. After mounting Remote phosphor, which has been classified according to number of coatings, on top of blue LED chips, luminous flux, luminous efficacy, CCT and CRI were measured. The measurement results showed the most suitable characteristics of white LED package as a general light source when the content rate of phosphor in Remote phosphor was 80 wt.% with 3 layers of coatings and thickness over $12{\mu}m$.

        상수리나무 변재와 (邊材) 심재의 (心材) 열판건조에 (熱板乾燥) 관한 연구

        Press drying was used on sapwood and heartwood of oak (Qercus acutissima Carruthers) to find profitable means of drying low grade logs. This study was designed to investigate the process of press drying considering core temperature, current moisture content, drying rate, drying time, final moisture content, dimensional change and drying defects. The drying tests were conducted using 1.5 centimeter thick material at platen temperature of 175℃ and pressure of 35psi. The results were summarized as fallows. 1. Core temperature was divided into three stages of drying characterized by initial heating period, plateau temperature, and period of rising core temperature. Plateau temperature of heartwood material was higher and longer than that of sapwood material. 2. The predicting equation for change in drying rate of sapwood material was log y=-2.7925-0.08llx as function of time. That of heartwood material was log y=-3.3382-0.0468x. 3. Sapwood material reduced the moisture content from 59 to 2.5 percent in 45minutes. Heartwood material reduced the moisture content from 64 to 3.3 percent in 55 minutes. 4. Shrinkage during press drying were 20.4 percent in thickness direction and 2.5 percent in width direction. Recovery on equilibrium conditioning at 65 percent relative humidity and temperature of 20℃. were 11.4 percent in thickness direction and 49.4 percent in width direction. 5. Heartwood material developed severe honeycombing and moderate checking. The sapwood material dried without honeycombing, checking and collapse. All material kept wood flat.

        이태리포푸라재의 건조성 및 성질개선에 관한 연구

        Press drying was used on italian poplar (Populus euamericana) to find the profitable means of drying. This study was designed to investigate the process of platen drying considering core temperature, drying time, current moisture content, drying rate, shrinkage and recovery, and green volume specific gravity, equilibrium moisture content and dimensional stability of press dried material and air dried material, The drying tests were conducted using 1.5 centimeter thick material at platen temperature of 175℃. The results were summarized as follows. 1. Core temperature was divided into three stages of drying characterized by period initial heating, plateau temperature and rising core temperature. Plateau temperature was 114 to 119℃. 2. The following predicting equations of drying time(y) in different core temperatures were developed for initial thickness(x₁), initial moisture content (x₂) and final moisture content (x₃) $lt;도표 생략$gt; 3. The predicting equaltion of current moisture content(u) was log u=4.658-0.060t as funtion of drying time(t) and that of drying rate(r) was log r=-2.797-0.049t. Current moisture content and drying rate of air drying were shown in figure 2. 4. The predicting equation of shrinkage in thickness direction(y) was log y=1.933+0.038t as function of drying time(t), and that of expansion in width direction was y=-0.692+0.043t-0.001t². 5. Thickness shrinkage was increased more than proportional at to pressure increase. Width shrinkage and thickness recovery was greatest at 35psi. 6. Green volume specific gravity of press dried material was 25% greater than that of air dried material. But equilibrium moisture content of press dried material was less 24% than that of air dried material. Antishrinkage efficiency of press dried material were obtained 27.7%.

        러시아 범슬라브주의의 쇠퇴요인 분석

        서구사회가 러시아범슬라브주의를 대외정책 이데올로기로 간주하고 이에 대한 경계심을 드러내 온 것은 러시아의 아시아성을 강조한 오리엔탈리즘의 연장선에서 비롯되었다. 이 사상이 러시아적 토양에 뿌리를 내리고 국내외 지지여론을 확산하여 구미세계를 위협할 만큼의 영향력을 지니지 않았다는 사실은 러시아범슬라브주의의 쇠퇴요인을 분석해 보면 확연히 드러난다. 특히 역대 러시아 정부의 유럽정책 및 발칸정책에서 러시아 범슬라브주의가 공식적 대외정책노선으로 채택된 흔적은 찾아보기 어렵다. 러시아범슬라브주의는 자생적인 사상이 아니라 서·남슬라브 지역에서 유입된 사상이었기에 러시아적 토양에 뿌리내릴 수 있을 만큼 생명력을 지니지 못했고 이미 다른 슬라브 민족들 사이에는 자민족의 이해관계를 담은 다양한 범슬라브주의가 주도권 문제를 놓고 갈등하고 있었던 상황에서 대외적으로 수용될 수도 없었다. 게다가 슬라브 민족들 사이에는 종교적, 언어적 차원에서의 이질성이 심화되어왔을 뿐만 아니라 현안정치문제에서도 서로 대립과 갈등을 반복해 왔기 때문에 러시아범슬라브주의가 확산되지 못했다. 오늘날에도 서구사회 일부에서는 러시아범슬라브주의가 부활하고 있다고 주장하고 있지만, 러시아의 전통적인 정치문화와 이 사상을 운동으로 확산시키기 위해 필요한 조직이 부재한 사실 등을 감안 할 때, 러시아 정부의 대외정책에 영향을 미칠 만큼의 입지를 구축하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 대중운동으로 발전될 가능성은 커녕 명맥을 유지하는 것조차도 어려운 형편에 있음이 분명하다. The Western countries` wary and suspicious eye on the Russian Pan-Slavism originated from their own Orientalism overexaggerating the seeming Russia`s "Asia-ness." A deeper study of why the Pan-Slavism eventually declined shows that the ideology was not influential as much as the West thought: it failed to establish in the Russian society. There is no evidence that Russian governments tried to accept it as an official diplomatic principle, especially in their European and Balkan policy areas. The ideology was alien to the Russian society as a whole since it was imported from the western and southern Slavic areas. There were different and competing "slavisms" each of which represented each Slavic sub-nation`s interests, and were religious, linguistic, and political cleavages among them. Today, the West often argues for the ideology`s revival. Considering that Russian traditional political culture and absence of organizations executing the ideology, I argue that the Pan-Slavism is able neither to influence the government`s foreign policy and nor to develop as a mass movement.
