지난해 9월 21일부터 25일까지 중국 베이징에서 열린 제3차 아시아 태평양 플라즈마 이론 학술대회는 15개국에서 154명의 학자가 참여했고 우리나라에서도 10여명의 학자들이 참가하여 연구논문을 발표했다. 이 대회에서 한국의 홍봉근(원자력연구소)박사와 김진용(기초과학자원연구소)박사는 96년 개발 착수한 초전도 토카막장치(KSTAR)의 안정성과 동작모드에 대한 연구를 발표했다.

This study were made on the air permeability of weft knitted fabrics using cotton yarn as raw materials. It is general assumption that the air permeability as weft knitted fabrics are resulted from the sum of two parts. The one is a nozzle part such as space among yarns in cotton knitted fabrics, and the other is a capillary part such as space among fibers in knitted yarn. Based on this assumption we had studied on the three basic weft knitted structures as plaint 1$\times$1 rib and interlock stitches in connection with air permeabilty. And we had made the regression equations between parameter A(nozzle part), B(capillary part) and air-permeability of cotton knitted fabrics by means of stepwise regression analysis. 평면형 유도결합 플라즈마 장치에서의 RF 전력 전달 특성 계산

유도결합 플라즈마(ICP) 발생장치에서 유도코일에 RF를 인가했을 때 발생하는 플라즈마에 대해 Maxwell 방정식과 transformer 등가회로 모형을 적용하여 진공실 내에 분포하는 vector potential을 계산하고 이로부터 자기장과 전기장의 분포를 계산하였다. 그 결과로서, 플라즈마 전류, 코일과 플라즈마의 상호 유도계수, 플라즈마의 자체 유도계수는 skin depth의 증가에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 흡수된 power의 공간적 분포는 유도된 전기장의 분포와 같이 안테나 코일이 위치한 곳에서 최대치를 가지며 전력 전달 효율은 기체 압력에 따라 증가하다가 20 mTorr 근처에서 포화되었고 플라즈마 밀도에 비례하여 증가하다가 5×10¹¹ /㎤ 근처에서 최대가 된 후 다시 감소하였다. The Maxwell equation and the transformer equivalent-circuit model are applied to a radio frequency planar inductively coupled plasma. The spatial distribution of the vector potential, the magnetic field, and the electric field are obtained analytically. As a result, the plasma current, the mutual inductance between the coil and the plasma, and the self inductance of plasma are found to increase with increasing skin depth. The spatial distribution of absorbed power has maximum where the antenna coil exists, and has a similar profile to that of the induced electric field. The power transfer efficiency is found to increase with increasing gas pressure before a saturation around p = 20 mTorr, while it shows an increase with the plasma density before a slight decrease around a density of 5×10¹¹ /㎤.

In order to overcome the limitations of the instructor-centered lecture-style teaching method, recently, flipped learning, a learner-centered teaching method, has been widely introduced. However, despite the many advantages of flipped learning, there is a problem that students cannot solve questions that arise during prior learning in real time. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, we developed DBbot, an assistant chatbot for database design course managed in the flipped learning method. The DBBot is composed of a chatbot app for learners and a chatbot management app for instructors. Also, it's implemented so that questions that instructors can anticipate in advance, such as questions related to class operation and every semester repeated questions related to learning content, can be answered using Google's DialogFlow. It's implemented so that questions that the instructor cannot predict in advance, such as questions related to team projects, can be answered using the question/answer DB and the BM25 algorithm, which is a similarity comparison algorithm.
