본 논문은 생체신호 분석과 인공지능으로 전동휠체어 제어 시스템을 개발한다. 얼굴 근육 움직임에서 나오는 생체신호를 분석하고, 인공지능 모델로 생체신호 패턴을 학습하여 눈동자 및 얼굴 움직임을 해석하고 이를 토대로 전진, 후진, 좌회전, 우회전, 정지, 제어와 같은 6가지 기능을 전동휠체어에 적용하고 신체 제한자의 이용 용이성 및 삶의 질 향상을 목표로 한다.
개쇠랑개비(Potentilla supina)추출물의 항산화 활성 및 Total Polyphenol분석에 관한 연구

The objectives of this study were to investigate the antioxidant activity and total poly phenol content from Potentilla supina extract and fraction, DPPH free radical scavenging activity was most excellent in the ethyl acetate fraction (95.4±0.3%) and ethanol extract(62.3±1.9%) of 250ug/m concentration, The ethanol extract (53.1±2.8mg/g), and the ethyl acetate fraction (316.4±11.8mg/g) showed relatively higher total polyphenol contents. There was the large amont of total polyphenol content in the ethanol extract and the ethly acetate fraction, and their free radical scavenging activities were higher effects.

Recently, cvs `Hongyoung` with red color in skin and `Jayoung` with purple color in flesh potatoes were developed in Korea. Generally, it has been well known that the color of skin and flesh is due to an accumulation of anthocyanin that exhibit many functional properties for human health. In recent study, we found that extracts of two color-fleshed potatoes showed the antimutagenic effect and cytotoxity to human cancer cell lines, As functional properties of color-fleshed potatoes are widely introduced to consumers, it will be considered that the demand for the processing to various food materials including powder increase. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of steaming and drying conditions on the quality of the powders in color-fleshed potatoes. Cvs. `Hongyoung` and `Jyoung` and `Superior` as control were treated with different steaming times drying, room condition drying and hot air drying were treated. The quality factors such as anthocyanin content, moisture and hardness of powder were investigated. As a result of determining of Hunter`s value, powder color was well maintained after drying process by freeze drying for `Jayoung` and room condition drying for `Hongyoung`. anthocyanin in all cultivars as compared with other methods. The optimum hardness of powder was obtained in the steaming treatment for about 20 minutes before drying for all cultivars. Based on these results, our findings suggest that powders obtained from color-fleshed potatoes are able to be used for functional food materials.

The polyvinyl series organic films as gate insulators of thin film transistor(TFT) have been processed and characterized on the polyether sulphone (PES) substrates . The poly-4-vinyl phenol(PVP) and polyvinyl toluene (PVT) were used as solutes and propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate(PGMEA) as a solvent in the formation of organic insulators. The cross-linking of organic insulators was also attempted by adding the thermosetting material, poly (melamine-co-formaldehyde) as a hardener in the compound. The electrical characteristics measured in the metal-insulator-metal (MIM) structures showed that insulating properties of PVP layers were generally superior to those of PVT layers. Among the layers of PVP series; copolymer PVP(10 wt%), 5wt% cross-linked PVP(10 wt%), copolymer PVP(20 wt%), 5 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) and 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%), the 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) layer showed the lowest leakage current of 1.2 pA at ${\pm}10V$. The ms value of surface roughness and the capcitance per unit area are 2.41 and $1.76nF/cm^2$ in the case of 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) layer, respectively.
나노리소그래피 마스크용 블록공중합체 나노구조 필름의 제조

Polystyrene(PS)과 poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)에 대하여 동일한 계면 특성을 갖는 3-(p-methoxyphenyl)propyltrichlorosilane(MPTS)의 자기조립 단분자막(self-assembled monolayer, SAM) 을 실리콘 웨이퍼 표면에 형성시켜 표면 특성을 개질하였다. 개질된 실리콘 웨이퍼에 PMMA 또는 PS가 원통형 나노구조를 형성하는 PS-b-PMMA 블록공중합체 박막을 코팅하여 원통형 나노구조가 실리콘 웨이퍼 표면에 대하여 수직 배향된 박막을 제조하였다. 수직 원통형 나노구조를 갖는 박막에 자외선 조사와 세척을 통하여 PMMA 블록을 선택적으로 제거하여 수직 나노기공 필름과 수직 나노막대 배열을 제조하였다. 제조된 나노기공 필름은 나노리소그래피 마스크로 사용이 가능하다. We fabricated thin films of polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate)(PS -b-PMMA) on the self-assembled monolayers(SAM) of 3-(p-methoxyphenyl)propyltrichlorosilane(MPTS) on silicon wafers. Cylindrical nanodomains of PMMA or PS were oriented perpendicular to the surface of silicon wafers due to the neutral affinity of the SAM to PS and PMMA blocks. By selective removal of the PMMA block with UV irradiation and washing, nanoporous films and nanorod assemblies were produced. The nanoporous film can be used for a nanolithographical mask.

해상 추락사고에 대응하는 해상 구조 로봇 프로젝트는 항만 근로자의 추락사고 감지와 피해자 구조에 초점을 둔다. 센서와 자율주행 기술을 접목하여 정확하고 효율적인 구조 작업을 가능케 하고, 자체 개발한 워터센서를 활용하여 신속한 구조를 지원한다. YOLO를 이용한 피해자 위치 파악, 블루투스 기반 관리자 어플리케이션, 해상 추락 감지 및 센서를 탑재한 구명 조끼, 자동 구조 작업 등의 기능을 통합하여 항만 근로자의 안전을 보장하며, 해수욕장 등 다양한 환경에서도 확장 가능한 창의적인 기술을 제시한다.

The objective of this study is to investigate the optimal conditions for the isolation of individual parenchyma cells (PC) from domestic potato flesh, to determine the proper potato cultivars preparing the dehydrated potato PC to maximum yields, and to identify critical factors affecting the isolation of PC from potato flesh. The isolation yield of PC from frozen potato flesh was 2 times higher than that of raw potato flesh. Commercial pectinase cocktail with pectin lyase (relative to polygalacturonase) as a main enzyme was more effective in isolating PC from potato flesh. Once pectinase cocktail was diluted 200 times with deionized water, free potato starch granules and damaged/ruptured parenchyma cells were observed in dehydrated PC to a much less extent. During 2 h enzyme reaction, maximum yield (66.1%) of dehydrated PC was achieved at pH 2.5 and 50oC with 14:3 (v/w) mixing ratio of reaction medium and thawed potato flesh. Of domestic potatoes, Chuback, Chudong, Chuyoung, Dejima, and Gawon potato cultivars were appropriate for producing the dehydrated PC material. The isolation yields of PC from potato fleshes was significantly influenced by the hardness of raw potato flesh and the total starch and non-starch polysaccharide content of potato
