The knowledge required in the knowledge based society of the twenty-first century is obtained through the power of creative thought and imagination. The power of imagination and creative thought is the heartland of making cultural, political and scientific creativity through the art based on the freedom. As `the culture era` approaches, the expectation of the creativity and imagination to follow up the gravity of the culture and the changes of the world is transferred into the importance of arts&culture education and this has been continually come up to an issue. The goals of this study are to clarify all the results of business for promoting the policies of art & culture education, analyse currently existing project of supporting an photography education practitioner, indicate problems issued by survey and policy report survey and finally revitalize school-based arts&culture education using issued problems for improvement.

An electric double-layer capacitor(EDLC) is an electrochemical capacitor with relatively high energy density, typically hundreds of times greater than conventional electrolytic capacitors. EDLCs are widely used for energy storage rather than as general-purpose circuit components. They have a variety of commercial applications, notably in energy smoothing and momentary-load devices, and energy-storage and kinetic energy recovery system devices used in vehicles, etc. This paper presents an accelerated degradation test of an EDLC with rated voltage 2.7V, capacitance 100F, and usage temperature -40℃~65℃. The EDLCs are tested at 50℃, 60℃, and 70℃, respectively for 1,750hours, and their capacitances are measured at predetermined times by constant current discharge method. The failure times are predicted from their capacitance deterioration patterns, where the failure is defined as 30% capacitance decrease from the initial one. It is assumed that the lifetime distribution of EDLC follows Weibull and Arrhenius life-stress relationship holds. The life-stress relationship, acceleration factor, and B10 life at design condition are estimated by analyzing the accelerated life test data.

The image processing technology using drone has rapidly come into wide use due to the development of the fourth industry. The purpose of this study is to derive the production guide that is necessary to produce 3D mapping images by using multiple 2D images. I tried to derive more efficient data through various experiments to improve 3D mapping efficiency from the 2D images taken under the same conditions. Through these efforts, I hope that a reliable standard guide data would be prepared as soon as possible to minimize trial and error in the video(image) production site and to produce better contents easily.
장년층(長年層)의 은퇴 후 삶에 대한 지방정부의 정책대응

본 연구는 새로운 노인층을 구성하는 장년층 세대에 부합할 수 있는 정책 대응 방안을 50+센터의 역할정립을 중심으로 모색하였다. 분석결과 장년층 세대는 기존 노인층에 비해 사회 참여 욕구가 높은 것으로 나타났으며 노인종합복지관 등 기존 기관들은 해당 역할 수행이 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 50+센터는 서울의 장년층 세대가 은퇴 이후 최초로 진입하는 공공영역의 기관으로 그들의 인생설계교육 및 사회참여 교육을 중심으로 역할을 정립해야 할 것이다. This Study aimed at finding the new-aging support policy in local government through establishing the role of the 50 Plus Center. The results showed that the new seniors had higher social participation needs than the old seniors. But existing institutions like Senior Center were lacking such a role. Therefore, 50 Plus Center that is the first public institution to retired citizens of Seoul should focus on Life Design Education and Community Involvement Education.
니켈-수소저항합금전지 음극의 방전특성에 미치는 성형첨가제의 영향

Negative electrode was prepared by mixing Ti<sub>0.7</sub>Zr<sub>0.3</sub>Cr<sub>0.3</sub>Mn<sub>0.3</sub>V<sub>0.6</sub>Ni<sub>0.8</sub> alloy powder with copper or nickel powder and pressing in the air. The cycled electrodes were analyzed with SEM, potentiostat and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It was found that the Cu-compacted electrode showed better low temperature dischargeability and higher rate capability than Ni-compacted electrode. From SEM analysis of the cycled electrode compacted with copper powder, it was observed that the surface of MH particles was covered with copper grains and whisker precipitated from electrolyte after dissolution during cell test. It is found that the improved electrode characteristics are attributed to the copper layer on MH particles deposited by dissolution and precipitation(DP) process.
으뜸도라지추출물이 RBL-2H3 세포에서 탈과립과 염증매개물질의 분비 억제에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 으뜸도라지추출물의 항알레르기 효과를 조사하기 위해 실시하였다. 으뜸도라지추출물 (50, 100 및 200 ㎍/mL) 처리에 따른 RBL-2H3 비만세포의 세포독성을 조사한 결과 으뜸도라지추출물은 모든 농도에서 세포독성이 관찰되지 않았고, β-hexosaminidase assay를 통해 비만세포의 탈과립 억제능을 평가한 결과 재래종도라지추출물과 비교하여 β-hexosaminidase 억제능이 10배 뛰어남을 확인하였다. 또한 으뜸도라지추출물은 RBL-2H3 비만세포에서 탈과립 후 유리되는 대표물질인 IL-4, TNF-α, PGE2 및 LTB₄의 생성 분비를 현저히 감소시켰고, 이러한 효과는 재래종도라지와 비교하여 월등한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 으뜸도라지추출물이 알레르기 반응을 효과적으로 억제함을 제시하며 향후 항알레르기 기능성 소재로 개발 가능성이 있음을 나타낸다. Purpose: Platycodon grandiflorum (a domestic diploid variety, DV-PG) has been used as a food and component of various traditional oriental medicines. Although DV-PG is known to have an anti-allergic effect, little is known about the beneficial health effects of the tetraploid ‘Etteum’ variety in the Platycodon grandiflorum (TV-PG), which is a recently developed variety. In this study, we investigated the effect of TV-PG on the rat basophilic leukemia mast cell (RBL-2H3)-mediated allergic response. Methods: To examine the effects of TV-PG on the allergic response, RBL-2H3 cells were sensitized with dinitropheny (DNP)-immunoglobin E, treated with various concentrations of TV-PG, and challenged with DNP-human serum albumin. We estimated cell granulation by measuring the release of β-hexosaminidase and production of inflammatory mediators by ELISA. Results: TV-PG had no effect on the proliferation or cytotoxicity of RBL-2H3 cells within the concentration range of 0 to 200 ㎍/mL. TV-PG inhibited degranulation of RBL-2H3 cells by antigen stimulation in a dose-dependent manner. TV-PG also suppressed the production of inflammatory cytokines and mediators such as interleukin-4, tumor necrosis factor-α, prostagladin E2, and leukotriene B4 in RBL-2H3 cells by antigen stimulation. Conclusion: These results indicate that TV-PG exhibits anti-allergic activity via inhibition of degranulation as well as suppression of inflammatory mediators and cytokine release. These findings suggest that TV-PG may have potential as a preventive and therapeutic agent for the treatment of various allergic diseases.

Foreign body aspiration commonly occurs, especially among children younger than 3 years of age. Most endobronchial foreign bodies may be easily removed by bronchoscopy and have a good prognosis. Despite advances in bronchoscopic procedures, difficulties in management of and complications from foreign body aspiration are still noted. We present a foreign body aspiration case with acute respiratory distress syndrome caused aspiration pneumonia, which was successfully treated by bronchoscopy under extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). ECMO can be an effective and potentially life-saving method in complicated foreign body aspiration with uncompensated respiratory failure. (Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2016;4:140-144)
