한국 문헌정보학의 현장연구 현황 분석

본 연구는 문헌정보학 학술지의 최근 10년간 발표된 연구논문 2,165건에 대한 내용분석을 통해 현장연구의 현황 즉, 양적 변화, 주제, 연구자, 연구비 지원여부 등을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 전체 논문 중 현장연구는 691건으로 31.9%를 차지하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이들 현장연구의 주제를 도서관 유형별로 구분한 결과 공공도서관이 246편(35.6%)으로 가장 많았으며, 대학도서관이 238편(34.4%), 학교도서관 141편(20.4%), 그리고 기타 66편(9.6%)으로 조사되었다. 문헌정보학 관련 주제별로 구분한 결과는 도서관운영 관련 연구가 328편(47.5%)으로 가장 많았으며, 정보봉사, 정보시스템 및 전자도서관, 이용자교육, 독서교육 순으로 조사되었다. 저자별 구분의 경우 교수가 329편(47.6%)으로 가장 높게 조사되었으며, 사서, 교수/사서, 교수/학생, 강사 순으로 나타났다. 연구비지원 여부의 경우 대학으로부터 지원을 받는 경우가 145편으로 연구비 지원에 의해 수행된 논문 195편 중 74.4%로 절대적인 비중을 차지하였으며, 학술진흥재단 27편, 한국교육학술정보원 9편, 교육인적자원부 4편 순으로 조사되었다. This study analyzed how the field study has been done in the aspects of the quantity of the research works, research subjects, researchers, the organizations which supported the research expenses and so on by going through the 2,165 research papers of the leading scholarly journals in the field of Library and Information Science published in the recent 10 years. The study shows that the number of the field studies is 691 and it comprises 31.9% of the total research papers. Classifying the field studies by the types of the subject libraries, the ones about the public libraries comprise the largest proportion(35.6%) of the total papers by the number of 246. Classifying the field works by the topics, the studies on the library administration comprise the largest proportion(47.5%) of the total field studies by the number of 328. They are followed by the research on the information services, information systems and digital libraries, and finally the reading education in the listed order. Classifying the field works by the authors, the professors have written the most papers whose number is 329 and which comprise 47.6% of the total research papers. When it comes to supporting the research expenses, 145 studies were supported by the universities. and they comprise the definitely largest proportion(74.4%) of the total 195 articles supported from some organizations.

장애인 이용자의 요구분석을 통한 대학도서관 서비스 개선방안에 관한 연구

대학도서관은 장애인 이용자의 정보이용 및 학습의 기회를 보장하기 위해 적절한 시설과 장비를 구비하고 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 본 연구는 국내 외 현황 조사와 장애인 이용자와의 심층면접을 기초로 대학도서관에 서 제공하고 있는 장애인 서비스에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 조사 결과 도서관에서 제공하고 있는 장애인 서비스를 개선하고 장애인 이용자의 이용을 높이기 위해서는 장비 도입과 서비스 제공 시 요구분석과 의견 수렴과정을 통해 장애인 이용자들의 의견이 반영될 수 있도록 해야 하며, 시설과 서비스를 효과적으로 결합할 수 있는 전용공간을 제공할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 도서관 직원에 대한 지속적이고 정기적인 장애인 서비스 교육과 함께 장애인 전담사서를 지정해 One-stop 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있다. 이와 함께 장애인 지원을 위한 교내 외 기관, 단체 등과의 협력 및 연계와 함께 서비스 개선을 위한 정기적인 실태조사와 평가가 이루어질 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. To provide appropriate use of information and learning opportunities for ensuring to disabled, university libraries are needed to be equipped with facilities and conveniences. This study aimed to suggest the improvements of university library services of disabled student with a focus group interview and through conducting comparative analysis of domestic and foreign cases. On the basis of analysis, this study concluded that a library administrator should reflect the views of users(disabled student) in university sector and provide a dedicated space for disabled student only. Also, the arrangement of librarians for the disabled and education for them should be back up for improving library service for the disabled. In addition, groping the ways of cooperation with campus organizations, and operating the regular evaluation is the factors which should be considered in.

Information Commons기반 하이브리드(Hybrid)도서관 모형 개발에 관한 연구

The library could get infinite possibilities of the space, if people had recognized that the library was not only the space for the reading and collecting of the books but also a special space for accomplishment of the investigation, learning, communication, and culture. Also, it can be desirable way for implementing the hybrid library. It means that combine with the traditional library which is the most important thing is a real space and the digital library, in contrast, the which is that the most important thing is the cyberspace. The purpose of this study is to develop a practical model for hybrid library based on the concept of information commons which is cooperation of the space, information technology and information services. This study intends to figure out the core elements involved in operative aspect of hybrid library through comparative analysis of domestic and foreign cases applied Information commons concepts to the library.

코로나 19가 대학도서관에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 대학도서관 사서의 인식을 중심으로 -

COVID-19 has been affecting the library, not to mention society as a whole. Especially, there are many changes in the role and service of the university libraries as all the classes of the universities are turned into non-face-to-face and the use of the university libraries is restricted. The changes in users' use of information and communication behavior due to COVID-19 could be an opportunity for new utilization of human and material resources the university libraries have and for the development of services. However, on the contrary, the university libraries could face another crisis if they fail to respond appropriately to current changes. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp, analyze the impact of COVID-19 and plan how to respond. A survey on the effects of COVID-19 and the response of the university libraries and the perceptions of the university libraries found that most university libraries are responding appropriately to COVID-19. However, a survey on the perceptions of the present and future of the university libraries under COVID-19 showed that many survey respondents think COVID-19 would have a negative impact on the university libraries. This means that the changes caused by COVID-19 are causing a crisis and anxiety in the university libraries. Therefore, by working hard together, the university libraries need to present the university libraries' new role, service and direction in the post-COVID-19 era as well as responding to the current situation. 코로나 19가 사회 전반은 물론 도서관에도 영향을 주고 있다. 특히, 대학도서관은 대학에서 제공하는 대부분의 수업이 비대면으로 전환되고, 도서관 이용이 제한됨에 따라 역할과 서비스에 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 코로나 19로 인한 이용자의 정보이용 및 커뮤니케이션 행태의 변화는 대학도서관이 갖고 있는 인적·물적 자원의 새로운 활용과 서비스 개발을 위한 기회가 될 수 있다. 그러나, 반대로 지금의 변화에 적절히 대응하지 못한다면 대학도서관에 또 다른 위기를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서, 코로나 19의 영향에 대한 철저한 파악과 분석, 그리고 대응방안 마련이 필요하다. 대학도서관의 코로나 19 영향과 대응방안, 그리고 대학도서관의 인식을 조사한 결과, 대부분의 대학도서관이 코로나 19에 적절히 대응하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나, 코로나 19에 따른 대학도서관의 현재와 미래에 대한 인식을 조사한 결과, 부정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 응답이 높게 나타났다, 이는 코로나 19로 야기된 변화가 대학도서관에 위기와 불안감의 요인이 되고 있다는 의미로 해석된다. 따라서, 대학도서관계의 공동의 노력을 통해 현재 상황에 대한 대처는 물론 포스트 코로나 시대 대학도서관의 새로운 역할과 서비스, 그리고 방향성이 제시될 필요가 있다.

법학전문대학원 평가기준 개선에 관한 연구 - 법학전문도서관 평가조항을 중심으로 -

복잡한 법적분쟁을 전문적이고 효과적으로 해결할 수 있는 법조인을 양성하기 위한 목적으로 출범한 법학전문대학원에 대한 서면평가 및 현장평가가 2012년 9월부터 10월에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 본 연구는 평가의 기초자료로 제공된 평가기준, 평가매뉴얼, 질의응답집과 평가수행과정에서 실제 나타난 문제점을 바탕으로 평가항목 중 법학교육의 전문성을 위해 가장 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 법학전문도서관에 대한 평가조항의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 평가조항의 경우 일률적인 양적 기준을 제시하는 것보다 대학원별 규모를 감안하고 추상적인 내용을 보다 구체적으로 제시할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 향후 법학전문도서관의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 특성화를 비롯한 발전방안의 구상 및 실천, 그리고 대학원 구성원의 참여를 통한 운영방안이 마련될 필요가 있다. 또한, 도서관에 대한 평가를 별도의 장으로 구성하고 도서관 시설에 대한 부분은 대학원의 기타 시설들과 함께 평가하는 것이 바람직하며, 대학원별 규모를 감안한 모범사례 발굴을 통해 각 대학원에 표준으로 제시해 줄 필요가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. The evaluation of the law schools, which had been launched for the purpose of training the lawyers to settle the legal disputes professionally and effectively, had been done on paper and on site from September through October 2012. Based on not only the basic materials for the evaluation such as evaluation standard, manual, and questionnaire but also the problems revealed during the evaluation, this study intended to show the problems of the evaluation clauses of the law school library which is the basis for the professionalism and diversity of law education and suggest the remedies for them. This study shows that the evaluation clauses need to be made considering the scale of each law school rather than suggesting the same quantitative standard in every law school and to be more specific rather than abstract. Especially, to manage the law school library efficiently from now on, it is necessary to plan and practice the idea of developing such as the specialization and to prepare the idea of operating the law school library through the law school members. Additionally, it is desirable that the chapter of the library exists separately and the library facilities are evaluated together with the other school facilities. Lastly, it is necessary to suggest the appropriate model as the norm to each school according to the school scale.

대학도서관 공간활용 방안 연구

최근 대학도서관을 중심으로 복합문화공간을 표방하며 신축 및 리모델링이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 즉, 디지털 및 멀티미디어기기 활용공간, 스터디룸 등의 열람공간, 영화감상실 및 전시실 등과 같은 문화적 기능수행 공간, 그리고 커뮤니케이션과 휴게공간의 확충 및 제공이 늘어나고 있다. 그러나, 새로운 공간의 확보 및 제공에 치중하는 것과는 달리 오프라인 서비스와 적절히 연계되지 못하고 있으며 사서의 역할에 대한 변화와 위치에 대한 고려가 이루어지지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 새로운 도서관 공간을 구상하고 제공하는데 있어 대학도서관의 학문적 성격을 감안하여 '복합문화공간'이 아닌 '복합학습공간'을 지향할 필요가 있으며, 대학도서관의 목적에 대한 이해와 함께 이용자의 요구, 장서의 활용방안 그리고 사서의 역할 및 배치에 대한 고려가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. Building a new library and remodeling an existing library for the multi-cultural space is a recent trend of the university libraries. That is, the spaces for using the digital and multimedia equipments, the rooms for reading and studying, the spaces for the cultural activities such as watching movies and holding an exhibition, and the spaces for the communication and refreshment are increasing in the libraries. However, this movement of securing and providing the new spaces is not closely connected with the off-line services and happens without the consideration of how to change the librarian's role and position. Therefore, the university libraries need to plan and provide the multi-learning space rather than the multi-cultural space considering the university library is an academic organization. Additionally, understanding the purpose of the university libraries, user's need, utilization method of books and considering the librarian's roles and placement are necessary in planning and providing the space of the libraries.

대학도서관의 웹기반 정보활용교육 모델 개발에 관한 연구

웹을 활용한 정보활용교육의 제공은 도서관 정보활용교육에 있어 새로운 전환점이 되고 있다. 2005년 이후 국내 대학도서관을 중심으로 도입되고 있는 웹기반 정보활용교육은 내용의 빈약, 동기 및 흥미유발 요인의 부족, 제공방법의 단순성 등 도입초기의 문제점을 보이고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서, 웹기반 정보활용교육의 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 교육내용의 경우 도서관 이용 및 검색방법과 함께 정보요구, 재가공, 그리고 정보윤리 등을 포함한 정보활용능력 전반에 관한 내용으로 구성할 필요가 있으며, 제공방법의 경우 이용자의 성향에 대한 이해와 정보기술(Information Technology)을 기반으로 방법의 다양성과 유연성을 확보하고 다양한 매체와의 연계를 추구할 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. Providing web-based information literacy is a new turning point in the library instruction. After 2005 many university libraries are adopted to web-based information literacy. However as a result of research found out that initial problems of introduction to web-based information literacy are shown such as the lack of interest and motivation causing factor, the simplicity of providing method and so on. In order to maximize the effectiveness of web-based information literacy, working out in the way how to use library, how to search, demand of information, information ethics are the factors which should be constructed in the overall content aspect of web-based information literacy. Also, understanding and analysis of the tendency of users through the provision of diversity, flexibility of IT technology is based on a secure, and the need to pursue a variety of media are the factors which should be needed the way how to provide.

대학도서관의 주제별화 적용과정에 관한 연구

국내에 주제별화를 적용하고 있는 대학도서관이 점차 증가하고 있지만 적용에 따른 면밀한 검토와 분석작업 그리고, 적용이후의 지속적인 조사와 평가가 수행되지 않음으로 인해 많은 문제점들이 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 주제별화 경험이 우리보다 앞선 미국의 사례 즉, 주제별화 적용 시기의 상황과 발전과정 및 쇠퇴의 과정을 살펴봄으로써 국내 대학도서관과의 차이점을 분석하고 변화하는 도서관 주변상황에 따른 적절한 적용방안과 앞으로의 진행 방향을 예측해 보았다. As the number of University libraries which adopt subject divisional Plan in Korea is increasing, lots of problems are coming out, which results from a lack of close examination and analysis before adopting, and the lack of continuous checking and evaluation after adopting. Therefore, this article will do the following. First, study the example of the U.S. university libraries which have a longer history of subject division adoption than Korea. It covers going through the situation at the moment of adopting, the phase of development and decline Second analyse the differences between the libraries in U.S. and Korea on the basis of first study. Finally, study the resonable adoption method considering the changing circumstances aound Libraries and forecast the future movement in adopting the Subject division plan in the university libraries in Korea.

대학도서관 주제화의 방향과 구성요소 변화에 관한 연구

This study aims to find the direction of subject-divisional plan and the change of composition factors in university Library. To confront new information environment, change of service providing environment, academic characteristics of universities. and users' information needs, the collection and service of university libraries are needed to be restructured based on subject-divisional plan. To adopt subject divisional plan effectively. it is necessary to recognize necessity and reasonability of subject - divisional plan by analyzing a change of physical, intellectual, human, and user factors in the libraries from the aspect of subject-divisional plan. That is, the collection and service of university libraries should be reorganized according to the subjects along with such changes as below. First, people came to consider convenience of space and path of building inside more than past. Second, collection becomes constructed and materials are located based on effectiveness rather than logicality. Third, subject oriented service of library became active through developing the subject abilities of librarians. Fourth, users have tendency to visit libraries lot a special subject matter. 본 연구는 대학도서관의 주제화 경향과 구성요소별 변화를 파악하고자 하였다. 새로운 정보환경과 서비스 제공환경의 변화, 대학의 학문적 특성 그리고 이용자의 정보요구에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 대학도서관의 장서와 서비스는 주제화를 기초로 하여 재구성할 필요가 있다. 또한, 이와 같은 주제화를 보다 효과적으로 적용시키기 위해 도서관을 구성하는 물리적$\cdot$지적$\cdot$인적$\cdot$이용자구성요소의 변화를 주제화의 관점에서 분석함으로써 필요성과 당위성을 인식할 필요가 있다. 즉, 건물 및 공간의 편의성과 동선에 대한 고려, 논리성보다는 실효성에 기초한 장서의 구성 및 배치, 사서의 주제능력 개발을 통한 주제적 서비스의 활성화 그리고 점차 주제적 성향을 보이는 이용자들의 변화에 따라 도서관의 장서와 서비스는 주제를 기초로 재조직될 필요가 있다.

대학도서관 공간변화 동향 및 인식에 관한 연구

This study is to suggest the direction of the spatial change of the university library based on the trend of the spatial change in the university libraries and a survey on the perception of the librarians. For this purpose, the characteristics of the spatial change of the university libraries from 2000 to 2020 were analyzed, and the problems of the spatial change of the university libraries were identified through a survey. As a result of the survey, there was a total of 99 spatial changes in the university libraries nationwide over the past 20 years, including new construction, extension and remodeling. In recent years, it was found that due to the university's budget tightening policy, the university libraries focus on remodeling rather than new construction or extension. The characteristics of the spatial change were analyzed as follows. First, the resting areas have been expanded in the libraries. Second, The libraries are in pursuit of pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Third, the libraries aim to establish an innovative and creative space. All these changes have been made in order to accommodate the requests of users and increase the number of users. It was also found that spatial change has advantages in these two points: providing various spaces and increasing the number of library visitors. On the other hand, spatial change has the problems such as the increased cost of maintaining the facility and the lack of management manpower. Additionally, a few more problems of spatial change are pointed out: first, spatial change only reflects the trend of the times without making a big change in the services and the actual value of the university library. Second, it has made university libraries standardized losing each library's own characteristics. This study suggests that the spatial change of the university library should secure the distinctiveness of the university library, accommodate various changes, and aim for the symbolism that can prove the value and existence of the university library.
