PubMed를 통해 살펴 본 알레르기 비염에 대한 보완 의학적 최신 연구 경향

Objectives : To study trends in complementary medical therapy for the allergic rhinitis. This study analyzed research on allergic rhinitis in PubMed. Methods : We searched PubMed related to complementary medical therapy for allergic rhinitis. We analyzed 25 research papers and examined published journals, years countries, and their methods, objectives, results, interventions, participants, periods and instruments of assessment. Results : The method of studies was mostly randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. There were research papers concerning treatment and prevention with herbal medicine, acupuncture, diet, etc. There were more positive results compared to negative results for treatment and prevention. Most studies were carried out during the winter/spring period. The median for number of participants was 90.54 persons. Diagnostic criteria for enrolment were nasal symptoms, allergic skin test, serum, nasal discharge allergen specific IgE eosinophil, etc. Assessment for outcomes were nasal symptoms, serum, nasal discharge allergen specific IgE eosinophil and Quality of Life Questionnaire. Conclusions : It is necessary to study effects of acupuncture and herb medicines for allergic rhinitis and more in-depth research about trends in complementary medical therapy for allergic rhinitis.

공공도서관 어린이사서를 위한 문헌정보학 교과과정 개선에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to improve an undergraduate curricular of library and information science for children's librarians in public libraries. For the purpose, this study examined current curricular provided for children's librarianship. A questionnaire survey of the educational background of children's librarian was also conducted. Based on the results, this study proposed an undergraduate curriculum model to raise children's librarians.

도서관 목록을 통해 제공되는 서지정보는 더 정확하고 다양한 정보를 요구하는 이용자에게 원하는 정보를 제공하는 데 있어 일정정도 한계를 가질 수밖에 없다. 이에 대한 해결방안의 하나는 자료에 대한 목차 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 그러나 목차 정보는 개별 도서관에서 자체적으로 구축되고 있기 때문에 자료 중복에 따르는 비용과 인원의 낭비라는 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 이와 같은 문제의 해결을 위해서는 표준화된 목차 정보 DB를 구축하고 각 기관 간에 공동 활용 및 공유 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 이와 함께, 중앙 기관이 중심이 되어 표준화된 DB 구축 입력방식, 구축 목차 정보의 변환 프로그램을 제공하고, 도서관 간에 DB 분담 구축과 관련된 상호 공유 원칙 등이 마련될 필요가 있다. Library catalogs are as a tool in order to satisfy the information needs of user but currently user's need is more complex and more diverse. Therefore, currently library catalogs do not meet the user's need and have some limitations. One of the ways for solving this problem will provide for the table of contents about monography. However recently, table of contents about books is builded individual library itself so the redundancy issue is pointed to waste of the cost of materials and human resources. Therefore, it should establish a standardized table of contents information DB and each of the related institutions can collaborate and share ways to be provided to take advantage of the table of contents. In order to this, central institutions should be provided a standardized way of building DB, provided conversion program, and mutual sharing principles associated with the building of table of contents DB.

웹진을 이용한 도서관 홍보 사례 연구 : 서강대학교 로욜라도서관 사례를 중심으로

도서관을 둘러싼 환경의 변화만큼 도서관 이용자 역시 끊임없이 변화하고 있다. 변화하는 이용자의 눈높이에 맞는 서비스를 제공하고 이를 제대로 이용자에게 알리기 위해서 도서관 홍보는 매우 중요하다. 따라서 도서관 홍보 수단으로써 웹진의 제공은 이용자의 도서관에 대한 호기심을 유발하여 이들을 도서관으로 이끄는 역할을 담당할 수 있다. 본고에서는 서강대학교 로욜라도서관 웹진 발간 사례를 통해 웹2.0 시대를 살아가는 이용자와 소통하는 방법을 소개하고자 한다. 이를 통해 도서관 홍보의 중요성을 깨닫고 앞으로 홍보 수단의 하나인 웹진이 나아가야 할 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

창의적 문제해결 모형을 적용한 Rapid-cycling Brassica rapa 창의적 자유 탐구 모듈의 개발 및 적용

This study was intended to develop a Creative Open Inquiry module in order for teachers and students to perform an open inquiry effectively that was set to foster students' interest in science and to develop their creativity in the 2007 Revised Korean National Curriculum of Science. Since this module was developed and applied with Creative Problem Solving model by Isaksen & Treffinger, we called it the Creative Open Inquiry and it also used Rapid-cycling Brassica rapa as a plant material. This module includes 3 elements of "Learning contents" to improve students' scientific creativity, "Teaching materials" to perform open inquiry, and "Assessment tool" for the scientific creativity. The module includes total 17 sessions, 5 teaching materials and a scientific creativity test. It was applied to twenty 7th graders in B middle school in Daejeon, Korea. Application effects of the module were determined by general creativity test, science process skills and scientific creativity test. Students were also asked to write an learning log when they finished each session. As a result, students' general creativity and science process skills were improved statistically and practically. Scientific creativity was also statistically and practically improved. Four students were chosen and analyzed using their instruction diary and interview. They had a strong interest and self-efficacy in learning contents of this module, and it was shown that their general creativity, science process skill and scientific creativity were improved significantly. It will be more effective to improve students' scientific creativity, if the science process skills are more enriched in the module.
