        유경 횡복직근 피판을 이용한 유방 절제술 후 지연 재건 150례 및 결과

        Purpose: This is a report on the results of 150 consecutive cases of delayed postmastectomy reconstruction with TRAM flap performed by single surgeon. The purpose of this study is to review the merits, demerits and other considerations of this method by analyzing the results. Methods: From July 2001 to July 2008, 150 patients who had breast reconstruction by single surgeon were reviewed prospectively. Reviewed factors included demographic factors, mastectomy method, adjuvant therapies (such as radiation, chemotherapy) complication rate, simultaneous contralateral breast procedure rate, secondary touch - up procedure rate and patients’ satisfaction. Results: Ovarall TRAM flap complication rate was 22.6 %. Among them, donor site complication rate was 36 %, simultaneous contralateral breast procedure rate was 44.6 %, secondary touch - up procedure rate was 40 %. All rate was higher compared to immediate reconstruction with TRAM flap. But the patients’ satisfaction was about the same as immediate reconstruction. Conclusion: Delayed postmastectomy reconstruction with TRAM flap can yield satisfactory results despite relatively high complication rate and concomitant procedure rate when it is performed by a experienced surgeon.

        국내 프로스포츠 구단의 ESG 경영사례를 통한 그린워싱(Greenwashing)의 문제점 및 개선방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the issues and propose improvement measures regarding greenwashing within the environmental aspect of ESG management in domestic professional sports clubs. Notably, there has been a rapid increase in ESG activities by these clubs in recent years. Environmental activities in ESG management conducted by professional sports clubs often face challenges, necessitating academic inquiry for effective improvement measures. To achieve the study's objectives, research questions related to greenwashing in the ESG management of professional sports clubs were formulated. An in-depth interview methodology was employed to address these research questions. The study interviewed a total of nine experts, comprising three university professors, three doctoral researchers, and three practitioners from professional sports clubs involved in environmental work. These interviews were conducted in a mixed format of face-to-face and remote sessions. Initial research problems were identified through literature reviews and in-depth interviews related to previous studies, revealing that greenwashing is often used as a promotional tool. To explore the second research problem, thematic analysis was applied to the in-depth interview data. Through this process, recommendations for preventing greenwashing in ESG management and suggestions for future improvements were proposed. Additionally, directions for subsequent research were outlined.

        대규모 대장암 데이터를 활용한 다중오믹스 데이터 통합 기법과 매개변수 분석

        Research is being conducted to reveal the mechanisms of diseases and organisms through analysis of genomic data including the expression information of genes. At the genomic level, the principles of living organisms or diseases are very complex, as there are many genes involved, and there is a sophisticated regulatory relationship between the genes. Additionally, various omics participate in the gene expression regulation. Recently, the volume of genome data generated yearly is rapidly increasing because of the decrease in the cost of next-generation sequencing. Various new technologies to measure multi-modal omics from one sample are in active development. In this study we conducted a parametric analysis on colon cancer multi-omics data to observe the effect of the sample number and omics objects on the classification of its four subtypes. Two well known multi-omics integration methods and our in-house built method were used for the analysis. As a result, we found that at least 100 samples and less than 5,000 omics objects were required to achieve a satisfactory subtype classification performance. Three different multi-omics analysis methods were compared. 유전자 발현정보를 포함한 다양한 유전체 데이터의 분석을 통해 질환과 생물체의 기작을 밝히기 위한 연구들이 활발히 수행되고 있다. 유전자 발현 조절 기작은 유전체 수준에서 수많은 유전자 간의 매우 정교하고 복잡한 관계에 의해 조절된다. 유전자 이외에 다양한 오믹스 또한 유전자 발현 조절에 관여한다. 최근 차세대 시퀀싱 비용의 하락으로 생성되는 유전체 데이터는 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 또한, 다양한 오믹스 데이터 생성을 위한 새로운 차세대 시퀀싱 기술들이 개발되고 있어 동일 생물체에 대해 여러 오믹스 데이터 측정이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 비음수텐서분해기법과 기존 다중오믹스 통합 기법들의 성능을 평가하고 데이터의 양 및 유전자 수와 같은 변수가 분석정확도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 대장암 데이터의 아형 분류를 위해 최소 100~150개 샘플과 5,000개 이하의 오믹스 개체가 필요한 것으로 분석됐다. 텐서분해기법이 가장 높은 분류정확도를 보였다.

        고등학생에서 알코올중독자 자녀 선별 검사 점수와 가족 기능

        Family Function and Children of Alcoholics Screening Test Score in High School Students In Wook Jung, M.D., Jong Sung Kim, M.D., Ph.D.†, Jin Gyu Jung, M.D., Ph.D., Keun Bae Kim, M.D., Chan Il Park, M.D., Won Ki Hong, M.D., Sung Soo Kim, M.D., Ph.D. 연구배경: 부모의 음주는 그들의 건강에 피해를 주는 것으로만 그치지 않고 자녀에게도 큰 영향을 준다. 이 연구는 부모의 음주에 영향을 받은 자녀들의 가족 기능을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 2005년 3월부터 4월까지 대전에 있는 3개 고등학교 208명의 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 부모의 음주로부터 받은 영향의 정도를 측정하기 위해 알코올중독자 자녀 선별 검사(Children of Alcoholic Screening Test, CAST)를 시행하였고, 가족 기능을 측정하기 위해 가족 기능도 지수(family APGAR score)를 조사하였다. 결과: 남자 36명(27.9%), 여자 27명(34.1%)이 알코올중독자 자녀(Children of Alcoholic, COA)로 의심되었다. 알코올중독자 자녀 선별 검사 점수는 가족 기능도 지수 총점과 유의한(P<0.01) 음의 상관관계가 있었고, 가족 기능도 지수 가운데 협력성(P<0.05), 애정성(P<0.01), 해결성(P<0.05)과 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 남학생에서 알코올중독자 자녀 선별 검사 점수는 가족 기능도 지수와 상관관계가 없었으나 여학생에서는 가족 기능도 지수 총점(P<0.01) 및 협력성(P<0.05), 애정성(P<0.01), 해결성(P<0.05)과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 알코올중독자 자녀 추정군의 가족 기능도 지수 총점 평균(±SD)은 4.43 (±2.73)으로 대조군의 5.32 (±2.81)보다 유의하게(P<0.05) 낮았고 애정성이 대조군보다 유의하게(P<0.05) 낮았다. 남학생에서 알코올중독자 자녀 추정군와 대조군 사이에 가족 기능도 지수의 차이가 없었으며, 여학생에서 알코올중독자 자녀 추정군의 가족 기능도 지수 총점의 평균(P<0.05) 및 적응성(P<0.05), 협력성(P<0.05), 해결성(P<0.05)이 대조군의 그것보다 유의하게 낮았다. 결론: 부모의 음주에 영향을 받은 고등학생은 가족 기능도 지수가 낮으며, 특히 여학생의 가족 기능도 지수가 더 낮았다. 알코올중독자 자녀로 의심되는 청소년을 진료할 때는 가족 기능을 함께 평가해야 하겠다.

        프로스포츠 구단의 ESG 발전방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to derive future development plans and how the current status of ESG activities of domestic professional sports clubs is being conducted. In particular, the recent active ESG activities of professional sports clubs are making efforts to increase non-financial values, but the reality is that guidelines and directional settings for sports ESG are not clear. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a research problem related to the current status of the clubs ESG and the direction of development were set up, and an in-depth interview method was used to solve the set research problem. A group of experts were selected for in-depth interviews, and a total of nine people were selected, including three university professors and doctoral-level researchers majoring in the sports industry, three middle managers working for the professional soccer team and three middle managers working for the professional baseball team. In-depth interviews were conducted in a one-on-one interview method by mixing face-to-face and non-face-to-face methods. As a result of literature review and in-depth interviews on previous studies to identify the first research problem, ESG problems were derived from clubs that were conducting ESG activities and clubs that were not, and problems that did not take into account enormous garbage and environmental factors in professional sports games and difficulties in budget execution. After that, in-depth interviews conducted to identify the second research problem were analyzed using the theme analysis method. As a result, development measures to solve problems in current ESG activities were proposed as development measures for the development of clear ESG guidelines specialized in sports, ESG legislation, and field activities to reduce carbon neutrality. These results suggested development measures to solve ESGs immediate problems and move ESG activities in professional sports in the right direction in the future, and at the same time included suggestions for follow-up research.

      • GUI 기반의 센서 네트워크 관리 도구

        센서 네트워크는 라디오 통신으로 인해 생기는 예상치 못한 문제점을 비롯하여 제한적인 리소스 때문에 응용 개발에 어려움이 많다. 센서 네트워크가 구성된 후의 내부적인 데이터 흐름이나 네트워크에 참여하는 각 노드의 상태는 네트워크의 정보 수집을 통해 알 수 있다. 본 논문은 네트워크의 상태를 모니터링하고 실시간으로 네트워크 파라미터들을 효율적으로 설정할 수 있는 센서 네트워크 관리 시스템을 제안한다. Sensor Network Manager는 Multi-thread와 동적으로 할당 가능한 Kernel Module 기법을 지원하는 RETOS 운영체제를 기반으로 개발 되었다. 간단한 플러딩 기법을 적용하여 센서 네트워크의 상태를 모니터링 한 결과 Sensor Network Manager가 개발자에게 전반적인 네트워크에 대한 통제와 모니터링이 가능하다는 것을 검증하였다.

        프로스포츠 구단의 인식전환을 위한 ESG 활동 연구

        This study aims to propose ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) activities to shift perceptions within professional sports teams. Recently, there has been a notable increase in the ESG activities of professional sports teams, along with a diversification of these activities. However, existing ESG activities are primarily focused on social contributions, with some increase in environmental activities. Yet, there is criticism regarding the lack of a comprehensive approach to ESG initiatives. To achieve the research objectives, this study investigates the current direction of ESG activities in professional sports teams and employs in-depth interviews to address the established research questions. For the interviews, four experts, including professional sports team officials, and four sports fans who are directly engaged with the teams activities were selected. The interviews were conducted in a mixed format of face-to-face and virtual one-on-one sessions. For the first research question, a literature review of previous studies and in-depth interviews were conducted, revealing issues such as the absence of established ESG management committees and the exclusive focus on social contribution activities. Additionally, problems related to the improvement of eco-friendly facilities were identified. For the second research question, a thematic analysis method was employed for the in-depth interviews. This process highlighted the necessity for a broader range of ESG activities and presented various ESG initiatives based on this need, along with suggestions for future research.

        공공기관의 ESG 경영활동과 지속가능경영 고찰

        This study aims to explore ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management activities and considerations for sustainable management within public institutions. Focusing on recent ESG initiatives by these institutions, the study seeks to establish a foundation for ESG management that fosters sustainable practices. The research addresses a critical academic need to assess whether the ESG management strategies of sports-related public institutions align with their intended purposes and to explore various methodologies grounded in current ESG activities. To achieve these objectives, the study examines the ESG management activities of public institutions and formulates research questions centered on sustainability. An in-depth interview methodology was employed, involving three practitioners from public institutions, with interviews conducted on each ESG dimension-environmental, social, and governance. These expert interviews utilized a mixed-method approach, combining face-to-face and virtual one-on-one interviews. To address the first research question, a literature review and in-depth interviews were conducted, revealing that ESG activities are frequently leveraged as promotional tools. For the second and third research questions, thematic analysis was applied to the interview data, enabling a thorough review of the sustainability of ESG management in public institutions and providing insights and recommendations for future research.

        단일 세포 분화 궤적 추론을 위한 시계열 다중 클러스터링 기법

        From time-series single-cell transcriptome data, gene expression information can be generated to observe the timing of significant cell differentiation changes while accounting for important biological phenomena in relation to experimental conditions. Due to recent surge of time-series single-cell transcriptome data, studies on various dynamic variation in cells such as cell cycle and cell differentiation have been actively conducted. Particularly, time series analysis at single-cell level for cell differentiation is advantageous for biological interpretation compared to a single time point as it is possible to observe changes in the time axis. In this paper, we proposed a multi-clustering method to infer cell trajectory by considering time information at the genetic-level of time-series single-cell transcriptome data. Analyses of gene expression data on the development of human neuron cell differentiation using this method showed similar results to biological results uncovered in a previous study. 시계열 단일 세포 전사체 데이터에서 유전자 발현 정보는 중요한 세포의 분화 변화 시점을 관찰하기 위해 생성되며 실험조건과 관련하여 중요한 생물학적 현상 설명이 가능하다. 최근 시계열 단일 세포 전사체 데이터가 급증함에 따라 세포주기 및 분화와 같은 세포의 다양한 동적인 변화에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히, 세포 분화에 대하여 단일 세포 수준에서의 시계열 분석은 시간 축으로의 변화 관찰이 가능하여 단일 시점에 비해 생물학적 해석이 유리하다. 본 논문에서는 시계열 단일 세포 전사체 데이터를 활용해 유전체 수준에서 시간 정보를 고려하여 세포 궤적을 추론하는 다중 클러스터링 기법을 제안한다. 해당 기법을 사용해 인간 뇌세포 분화과정에 대한 유전자 발현 데이터를 분석한 결과 사전 연구에서 밝혀낸 생물학적인 결과와 유사한 결과를 찾아냈다.
