다중시점 환경에서의 슈퍼픽셀 세그먼테이션 기반 깊이 영상 개선 알고리즘

In immersive media, the most important factor that provides immersion is depth information. Therefore, it is essential to obtain high quality depth information in order to produce high quality immersive media. In this paper we propose an algorithm to improve depth map, considering the segmentation of images and the relationship between multiple views in multi-view systems. The proposed algorithm uses a super-pixel segmentation technique to divide the depth map of the reference view into several segments, and project each segment into adjacent view. Subsequently, the depth map of the adjacent view is improved using plane estimation using the information of the projected segment, and then reversed to the reference view. This process is repeated for several adjacent views to improve the reference depth map by updating the values of the improved adjacent views and the initial depth map of the reference view. Through simulation, the proposed algorithm is shown to surpass the conventional algorithm subjectively and objectively.
중국 무역기술장벽과 인증제도에 관한 연구: 위조방지역추적코드기술조건을 중심으로

본 연구는 중국의 무역기술장벽 현황과 2010년 중국에서 실행된 “상업제품코드(CPC)”, 2018년 2월에 실시된 중국 국가기술표준 “위조방지역추척코드기술조건”을 고찰하였다. 중국의 새로운 국가기술표준이 비관세무역장벽(TBT)으로서 수입제품에 적용될 경우, 우리나라 수출기업의 초기 시장진출 지연 및 행정비용 발생에 따른 추가적인 가격경쟁력 하락의 효과를 도출하였다. 국내기술표준의 높은 기술력 요구는 자국 생산품 품질향상을 촉진시킬 것이지만, 수입상품의 국내시장진입을 저해하는 요소로도 작용하게 될 것이다. 이에 무역기술장벽(TBT)의 대응방안으로 우리나라 국내기술표준의 국제표준화에 초점을 두어 중국 신규 무역기술장벽에 대한 사전 준비의 필요성을 제안하였다. This study is a Chinese national technical standard conducted in China Technical Barriers to Trade Situation and parts of February 1, 2018 “Technical Requirement of Anti-counterfeiting Traceability Code” and in March 2010 has been executed part one day in the Chinese domestic “Commerce Product Code (CPC)” was examined. When China's new national technical standards are applied to imported products. As a non-tariff trade barriers were drawn down the additional effect of price competitiveness in the market early delays and related administrative costs. High technology requirements of local technical standards will also act as factors that will promote improved its product quality, inhibiting the domestic market of imported goods. In response to the measures of technical trade barriers by focusing on international standardization of national technical standards it suggests the need for advance preparation for the Chinese New Technical Barriers to Trade.
중학교 학생들의 자유탐구활동 중 주제선정단계에서 나타난 어려움 조사

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difficulties in engaging in open-inquiry activities - especially finding inquiry topics for student themselves. Data were collected from in-depth interviews with 11 middle school students and their open-inquiry worksheets from 4 months of activities. The investigation tools were composed of three domains for topic choice: selecting subjects, making 10 questions, and choosing a topic with the 10 questions. The study revealed that middle school students have difficulties in the domain of ``object selection`` and ``finding inquiry topic.`` Under the object selection domain, they showed burden of selection of unlimited subject, lack of knowledge on the science object, and lack of interest in object. Under the domain of finding inquiry topic, they have difficulties from their selected topics that were non-scientific, focus only on interest, lack of background information or those that could be resolved by short answers. Each student has difficulty in doing open-inquiry with relatively different seriousness. The findings suggested that an open inquiry program should be provided along with a systematic guide program on finding inquiry topic for open-inquiry activities to be a successful and continual performance gauge.
화장품 산업의 대중국 수출전략에 관한 연구 : 관세 및 비관세조치 대응전략 수립을 중심으로

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to suggest strategies and solutions for entering China in the tariff and non-tariff sectors of the cosmetic industry. Design/methodology/approach - This study analyzed the import tariff rate of cosmetics in China, and analyzed the export cost by actually interviewing the exporting companies to derive the economic effect of non-tariff measures. Findings - First, We proposed the use of the FTA business model (basic cosmetics), the use of Korea-China FTA tariffs (foam cleansing, toothpaste), and the use of APTA tariffs (perfume). Second, We proposed cooperation between the governments to facilitate customs clearance procedures and improvement of FTA awareness among corporate practitioners. Third, We proposed the expansion and support of the AEO MRA system and the expansion of Korea-China MOU conclusions regarding the certification system, and the international standardization of domestic licensing system and technical conditions. Fourth, We proposed the use of government-supported projects related to obtaining overseas certifications and overseas expansion through collaboration with the same industry. Research implications or Originality - HS3304 products excluded from the Korea-China FTA should take full advantage of the FTA business model. In addition, the non-tariff measure costs are fixed costs per year, so the ratio decreases as the number of exports and export volume increases.
Multi View System 에서 Depth Map Fusion 을 위한 개선된 기법

실감 미디어에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 고품질의 실감 미디어에 대한 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 실감미디어를 제작하기 위해 사용되는 일반적인 기법 중 하나인 Multi View Stereo 는 깊이 영상 추정 및 해당 깊이 영상을 이용하여 3 차원에 point cloud 를 생성하는 fusion 과정을 거치게 된다. 본 논문에서는 다중 시점 영상의 깊이 영상을 정합하는 fusion 과정을 개선하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법에서는 깊이 영상, 색상정보를 이용하여 기준 시점의 depth map 을 이용한 fusion 과정을 거친다. 실험을 통하여 제안한 알고리즘을 이용한 결과가 기존보다 개선됨을 보인다.
