Robots has been widely used in the industrial automation systems. Thus Job Distribution Algorithm becomes more important since it boosts work performance and reduces defect rate. Our research suggests 5 different methods of Job Distribution Algorithm and conducts experiment in the simulated environment. The results are analyzed through experiment.

This study proposes and proposes a methodology that can reduce the defect rate and satisfy the high production rate through the methodology of the robot work distribution algorithm for object processing that reflects essential elements of environmental variables of the industrial process environment. The V-rep simulator was used for the experiment, and the experimental results of the static and dynamic work distribution were analyzed with the conveyor belt speed and object input conditions.

This study is a job distribution method for efficient operation of robots in an industrial process environment. we propose a task success probability algorithm for robots. In this paper, we propose a task success probability algorithm of robots to quickly solve the task of pick-up and place objects. The performance is evaluated through experiments.

Purpose: Reliability is the most important factor to detect defects as wind turbines are deployed in large blades. The methods of detecting defects are various, such as non-destructive inspection and thermal imaging inspection. We propose the phased array ultrasonic testing method of non-destructive testing. Methods: We propose the active pressure mechanism for wind power blade. The phase array ultrasonic inspection method is used for fault detection inner blade surface. Controlled pressure of mechanism with respect to z-axis is important for guarantee the result of phase array ultrasonic inspection. The model based control and proposed mechanism are utilized for overall system stability and effectiveness of system. Result: The result of proposed pressure mechanism B is more stable than A. Convergence speed is also faster than A. Conclusion: We confirmed the performance of the proposed constant pressure mechanism through experiments. Non-destructive testing was applied to the specimen to confirm the reliability of detecting defects.

Various infectious diseases have threatened swine industries in Korea. One of the major risk factors of disease spread is livestock transport vehicle. For this reason, all abattoirs are required by law to have vehicle washing and disinfection facilities. However, detailed guidelines for cleaning and disinfection procedures were not provided. So in this study, assessment by visual observation was conducted to evaluate how well the cleaning and disinfection procedures of livestock transport vehicles have been performed in four different abattoirs in Jeonbuk, Korea. The observation included length of car washing time, the number of washing bay, type of washperson, type of disinfectant application, length of disinfection time, and compliance of driver’s hygienic procedure. Every vehicle in all abattoirs conducted washing and disinfection procedure. However, there were procedural differences for each abattoirs and defects in the washing and disinfection procedures. In addition to that, the compliance of driver’s hygienic procedure was not sufficient. Hence, detailed manuals on washing and disinfection procedures for involved people are required and it is necessary to establish an inspection and evaluation system.

우리는 두 팔을 자유자재로 사용하여 수많은 일을 할 수 있다. 하지만 직접 하기보다 로봇을 이용하면 많은 시간을 단축할 수 있는 일들을 우리 주변에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있다. 대표적인 예로 세탁기, 전기밥솥, 청소기 등등 우리의 일을 대신해주는 로봇들이 많이 존재하지만, 아직 분리수거를 해주는 로봇은 실용화되어 있지 않다. 이에 우리는 분리수거를 대신해줄 수 있는 로봇을 구현해보고자 한다. 이는 작게는 편의를 위한 가정용 분리수거 로봇이 되기도 하지만, 크게는 분리수거가 잘 되어 있지 않은 분리수거장에서도 힘을 덜 들이고 쓰레기를 다시 분리할 수 있고 쓰레기양을 줄이는 데 이바지할 수 있을 것이다.
