        $Q_{10}$ 함유 광합성세균의 분리 및 동정

        A $Q_{10}$-producing photosynthetic bacterium was isolated from the silt at Nakdong river. The isolate had 1.55 mg of $Q_{10}$ per gram of dry cell. By the 16s-rDNA sequence analysis, the isolate was found to be Rhodobacter sphaeroids with 100% similarity (Genbank Accession No.=AM696701).

        표준화 환자를 적용한 시뮬레이션 수업이 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고성향 및 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of standardized patient simulation on nursing students' communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking dispositions, and clinical competency. Methods: A one-group pretest-posttest design was used. Data were collected from a convenient sample of 47 junior nursing students at W University. Scenarios to train SP and checklists to evaluate the students''competence were developed by our research team. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive analysis t-test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ using SPSS WIN 21.0 Program. Results: The simulation practicum using a standardized patient was conducted based on four steps, namely, selections of scenario modules, standard patient training, implementation, and evaluation. The differences between the pre and post-test scores of problem-solving skills(t=-2.94, p=.005) and clinical competency(t=-2.84, p=.007) were statistically significant. But communication skill(t=-.32, p=.747) and critical thinking(t=-.68, p=.498) was not different in group. Conclusion: Standardized patient simulation in nursing education may be useful the improvement of problem-solving skills and clinical competency.

        $Q_{10}$ 함유 광합성세균의 반응특성

        Cultivation of a $Q_{10}$-producing photosynthetic bacterium, Rhodobacter sphaeroids, was carried out in a 1-L flask to characterize its cellular growth reaction. The result of experiment showed that dissolve oxygen in the broth was depleted within 7 h. ORP decreased with decrease of DO, and recovered somewhat with increase of pH. The growth of R. spahaeroids reached at late-log phase in 140 h of reaction. The final pH and dry-cell weight were 7.62 and 2.2 mg/mL, respectively. The $Q_{10}$ content in the final broth was 2.35 mg/g dry cell weight, which was higher than that obtained in tube culture.

        전통 짜맞춤을 활용한 한글교구연구

        무형문화유산은 원형의 보존에도 의의가 있지만, 후대로의 전승과 나아가 우리의 생활문화로 활용되는 것 또한 중요하다. 그러나 지금의 우리나라 무형문화유산은 사회적 인식의 부재 속에 몇몇 장인에 의해 그 맥을 이어나가는 것마저 어려워 점차 사라져가고 있다. 또한 현재 우리나라 교구시장은 은물과 같은 외국기업의 교구가 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 우리나라의 민족성과 정체성을 담은 교구는 거의 찾아볼 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 교구를 활용한 유아기의 한글 교육을 통해 사라져가는 무형문화유산의 보전 및 계승과 무형문화유산의 가치를 현대적으로 재해석하여 지속적인 발전 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우리나라 무형문화유산 중 못이나 접착제를 사용하지 않고 구조물을 만드는 전통 기술인 짜맞춤 기법을 유아의 한글 교육용 교구에 적용할 수 있도록 체계적으로 정리하고 교구개발에 필요한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. From so many intangible cultural properties of Korea, a traditional skill setting-up has been praised for its technical completion and usability and yet, the skill has failed to keep pace with flows of the times as it would repeatedly stick to the same conventional method. For that reason, in addition, setting-up has been losing its chance to be inherited to the next generation by a master of the skill. To preserve intangible cultural property would be as important as anything else but still, how to pass the property down should be more emphasized as researches on how to utilize the property as well as how to distribute it as a living culture are carried out with significance. Hence, the study has been carried out to contribute itself to preservation and succession of intangible cultural property as well as the property`s being distributed as a living culture by proposing contemporary value of the concerned property. While the research is in process, a guideline for how to develop Hangul the Korean language block educational tool would be offered with Korean intangible cultural property setting-up skill applied. As the setting-up skill that has been handed down only by Korean intangible cultural properties is orderly arranged by this study, the guideline for how to adopt the skill to an infant`s Hangul educational tool will be proposed. Meanwhile, in addition, practical ways to improve creativity of children will be established. Not only that, in order to conserve, inherit and develop intangible cultural property that is in danger of extinction, the study has also looked for ways to reinterpret and to utilize the value of intangible cultural property in a modern manner.

      • 창의적인 학교교육과정 개발에 있어서의 학교장 역할 탐색

        학교교육에서는 다양하고 풍부한 학습 경험을 제공할 수 있는 교육 조건을 마련하는 것이 중요하다. 이러한 교육 조건은 인적, 물적, 재정적 조건을 포함한다. 지식 전달의 학교교육풍토는 교육조건을 단순화시키는 결과를 가져왔다. 교사의 강의 위주의 수업과 지식 중심 학습은 교육 조건을 다양하게 할 필요가 없었다. 그러나 오늘날의 고차적 사고와 역량을 신장하기 위한 새로운 교육적 필요는 보다 혁신적인 학교경영으로의 변화를 불러일으키고 있으며, 학교경영은 결국한 학교장의 지도성 발휘 문제로 귀결된다. 교장은 오케스트라의 지휘자와 마찬가지이다. 지휘자인 교장은 연주자인 교사가 자기의 소리를 내면서도 조화를 이루려는 최선을 다하도록 지도력을 발휘해야 한다. 학교장에게는 미래를 보는 안목과 현실을 보는 안목이 필요하며, 비전과 열정과 성숙한 인격이 요구되고 때론 포용력과, 통솔력 그리고 결단력이 있어야 한다. 학교장의 창의적인 비전과 리더십은 학교교육경영의 성패를 가늠하는 필수요건이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 학교장의 역할에 대해 탐색하고자 한다. In school education, it is important to establish educational conditions that can provide diverse and rich learning experiences. These educational conditions include human, physical and financial conditions. The school education climate of knowledge transfer has resulted in simplifying educational conditions. Teacher lecture - based instruction and knowledge - based learning did not need to vary educational conditions. In the end, this leads to the issue of the leadership of the school principal in order to conduct school management. The principal is the same as the conductor of the orchestra. The teacher, a teacher, has different instruments, and the sound of the instruments is also angular. The principal, who is the conductor, must demonstrate his leadership so that his teacher, the performer, can do his best to make his voice heard. So the principal needs an eye for the future and an eye for the reality, a vision, a passion, a mature personality, and sometimes tolerance, leadership, and determination. The principal's creative vision and leadership is a prerequisite to the success of school management.

        Lipopolysaccharide로 자극한 RAW 264.7 세포에서 성체줄기세포 유래 엑소좀(exosome)의 면역 조절 효과

        본 연구는 대식세포에서 LPS를 이용하여 염증 유사 세포모델을 만들고 염증 유사 대식세포 모델에서 성체줄기세포의 면역 조절 능력을 평가하였다. LPS 자극에 의해 증가된IL-1β, TNF-α 및 IL-10의 생성은 성체줄기세포를 공배양한 실험군 뿐만 아니라 성체줄기세포를 배양한 상층 배양액을 처리한 실험군에서도 동일한 효과를 나타내었으며, 또한 성체줄기세포 유래 엑소좀을 염증 유사 대식세포 모델에 처리하여 유사한 결과를 관찰하였다. 이 결과는 성체줄기세포 자체의 염증 억제 기능보다는 성체줄기세포 유래 엑소좀을 포함하여 성체줄기세포가 분비하는 bioactive molecules에 의해 세포 간 신호 전달이 이루어지고 있음을 의미하며, 이러한 엑소좀은 염증 관련 질환 분야에 치료적 적용이 가능하고 또한 새로운 염증 치료제 개발의 툴로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotent stem cells that can be differentiated into a variety of cell types, including adipocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, β-pancreatic islet cells, and neuronal cells. MSCs have been reported to exhibit immunomodulatory effects in many diseases. Many studies have reported that MSCs have distinct roles in modulating inflammatory and immune responses by releasing bioactive molecules. Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles present in biological fluids, including the blood, urine, and cultured medium of cell cultures. In this study, we investigated the immunomodulatory effects of mouse adipose tissue-derived MSCs (mAD-MSCs), cultured medium (MSC-CM) of mAD-MSCs, and mAD-MSCderived exosomes (MSC-Exo) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 cells. We observed that the expression levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-10 were significantly increased in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells compared to those in LPS-unstimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Additionally, these values were significantly (p < 0.05) decreased in mAD-MSCs-RAW 264.7 cell co-culture groups, MSC-CM-treated groups, and MSC-Exotreated groups. MSCs can modulate the immune system in part by secreting cytokines and growth factors. We observed that immunomodulatory factors such as IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-10 were secreted by mAD-MSCs under co-culturing conditions of mAD-MSCs with activated RAW 264.7 cells. In addition, mAD MSC-derived exosomes exhibited similar immunomodulatory effects in activated RAW 264.7 cells. Therefore, our results suggest that mAD-MSCs have an immunomodulatory function through indirect contact.

        Analysis of Sexually Transmitted Infection Education Content in Middle and High School Health Textbooks

        본 연구는 교육부의 성교육 표준안과 8개 중·고등학교 보건 교과서 내 수록된 성매개 감염병 교육내용을 비교·분석하여 바람직한 성매개감염병 교육방향을 제시하고자 시도 되었다. 2가지 분석방법이 사용되었으며 첫 번째로 각 교과서 내 성매개감염병 관련 내용의 챕터, 페이지 수 그리고 그림 혹은 삽화의 양을 분석하였다. 두 번째는 성교육 표준안내 수록된 성매개감염병 교육지침 가이드라인에 따른 중·고등학교 보건 교과서 내용을 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 교육부에서 제시한 성교육 표준안 지침을 따르는 성매개감염병 교육 내용을 모두 포괄하고 있는 교과서는 없었다. 또한 성교육 표준안과 보건 교과서 내에 수정이 요구되며 개선이 되어야 할 내용들이 발견 되었다. 청소년에게 유용하고 정확한 성매개감염병 정보를 제공하기 위해 교육부 및 교과서 개발자는 다음 개편에서 본 연구 결과를 토대로 성매개감염병 교육내용을 다시 재검토하여 정확한 내용을 제공하도록 해야겠다. This study was conducted to provide optimal guidance for adolescent STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) education by analyzing the content of eight middle and high school heath textbooks in reference to the Standards of Sexuality Education in School as outlined by the Ministry of Education. There were two methods used in this analysis. First, this study compared the quantity of STI material in each textbook to the textbook as a whole, using previous image studies. Second, this study analyzed the STI content in the textbooks within the framework of the teaching and learning objectives of the Standards of Sexuality Education for middle and high school students. Our study showed that none of the textbooks contain all the STI education content that the Ministry of Education recommends. Additionally, not only is there incorrect information in all eight textbooks, there is also incorrect information in the Standards of Sexuality Education themselves. In order to provide an STI education that is both complete and correct, the Ministry of Education and textbook developers need to comprehensively revise their STI material. More importantly, STI education should be mandatory in middle and high school curricula to promote adolescent sexual and reproductive health.

        IM-9 Lymphocyte에서 포도당과 인슐린이 인슐린 수용체 유전자의 발현에 미치는 영향

        Backgroundhw level of cell surface insulin receptor seems to result either from a low level of insulin receptor gene expression or from structural changes in the receptor which interfere with proper processing of the primary gene product. The balance of insulin receptor degradation and de novo synthesis determines the final number of receptor on the plasma membrane. We have studied the factors influencing mRNA levels of the insulin receptor, and report on the effects of insulin and glucose on insulin receptor mRNA levels in IM-9 lymphoblastic cells. Methode:IM-9 cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 (glucose free) media containing various concentrations of glucose and insulin for 16 hours. mRNA levels was quantified by Northern blot analysis using a labled cDNA (phINSR-13.1) probe for the insulin receptor. And the number of cell surface insulin receptor was estimated by Scatchard plot simultaneously. Results:The number of insulin receptor was decreased with increasing glucose and insulin concentration in the culture media. Northern blot analysis of insulin receptor gene mRNA revealed two major size of 11 kb (band Ⅰ) and 8.5 kb (band Ⅱ). The concentration of insulin up to 1 pM had no effect on hybridizable insulin receptor mRNA levels. The level of transcripted mRNA band Ⅰ (11 kb) was increased, while band Ⅱ (8.5 kb) was decreased with increasing glucose concentration. The changes of band ratio (band Ⅱ/band Ⅰ) correlated well with the decreased number of insulin receptor. Conclusion: These results suggested that glucose had suppressive effect on the expression of insulin receptor mRNA, but insulin had no direct effect on the expression of insulin receptor mRNA. And it was suggested that the changes of band ratio as well as the amount of transcripted mRNA might play a role in regulaiton of the cell surface insulin receptor.

      • 초등학교 6학년 담임교사의 진로교육 경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구

        초등학교 시기는 학생들이 진로에 대한 기본적인 개념 및 태도를 형성하는 단계라고 할 수 있다. 이 시기에 형성된 이러한 개념과 태도는 이후 단계의 진로발달에 기초가 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한 초등학교 6학년 담임교사의 진로교육 경험을 소재로 하여 진로지도기간 전후로 일어나는 보람과 고민 등을 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 이것을 극복하는 과정을 통하여 심화되어 나타나는 진로지도의 전문성을 자기 이야기(self-narrative)라는 연구방법을 활용하여 심층적으로 기술하는데 목적이 있다. 연구자의 내러티브를 중심으로 초등학교에서 진로교육을 실행하면서 경험한 이야기를 통해 교육적 함의를 찾아내고자 하였으며, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 도출된 결론과 진로교육에의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 초등학교의 진로교육은 개인적인 요구와 사회적, 국가적인 요구를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 가장 합리적이고 객관적인 미래 지향적 교육이라고 할 수 있으며, 한 개인에게 펼쳐질 미래 삶의 질을 결정할 수 있는 중요한 교육이라고 할 수 있다. Elementary school students acquire fundamental concepts of career and form attitude toward career. The concepts and the attitude formed this period are influential in career development in the future. This study is about the career education experience of sixth grader’s teaher in the elementary school. It addresses problems occurred in career education and glorious feeling when the student achieves his goal. This study also describes professional development of career guidance through overcoming the troubles in depth using self-narrative. The researcher tried to find educational implications in the experience about career education. So implications deduced are following. Careear education in elementary school is the future-oriented eduction method that is most reasonable and objective against not only individual needs but also national requirement. Besides, career education in elementary school is so crucial that can improve the quality of life of a student in the future.

        심리운동과 감각통합치료가 ADHD성향 아동의 감각조절력 및 주의력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to compare and analyze the effect of the principles of Psychomotorik and sensory integration therapy with control of sensory modulation and attention of children with ADHD tendency. Children with ADHD tendency were randomly assigned to two different groups: Eleven to Psychomotorik group and nine to sensory integration therapy group. The results were, first, the Psychomotorik intervention showed a statistically significant difference in the control of sensory modulation and attention. Second, there was not a statistically significant difference on the effects of intervention between the two groups. Third, after comparing and analyzing the effects of intervention on each of the subcategories of ADHD, Psychomotorik intervention showed great effect on attention with combined type children, and sensory integration therapy as well showed great effect especially upon combined type children. The two kinds of intervention show positive effect on control of sensory modulation and attention upon children with ADHD tendency; therefore, an appropriate intervention applied considering the child`s behavior characteristic is expected to bring great effect.
