北京圖書館藏有名崇禎五(1632) 年成書的判讀《盟水齊存讀》. 著者叫顔俊彦, 字開美, 호雪, 浙江桐鄕人. 崇禎元年考中進士后當了廣州府推官. 廣州府推官以理刑名, 贊計典爲職務. 本書是以崇禎元(1628)年到同四年的在任期間所撰判於及公??編輯的. 顔俊彦在廣李署之盟水齋中寫了本書序文. 廣州府治位置于廣州城內布政司西. 廣李署指的是廣州付治之內理刑名的官署. 廣州府治的中心是正堂, 正堂后邊有知府해, 東邊有請軍同知해, 經歷司, 西邊又有海防同知해, 督粮通判해, 捕盜通判해, 理刑推官해, 照磨所等. 廣李署可能就是理刑推官래, 這介해之內有盟水齋. 本書書名的意思是盟水齋保存的判독. 本書有二刻. 一刻是, 勘合不分卷, ??略5卷, 번案1卷, 署府번案1卷, 금審1卷, 公移1卷. 署府??案件的記錄. 這本書涉及的內容廣泛. 含有商業, 土地制度, 家庭, 宗族, 圖甲, 鄕約, 保甲, 鄕紳等方面的資料. 本稿的 看重点在于有關種族的記錄. 首先說明一下這本書對宗敎硏究具有즘樣的重要意義. 嘉靖六(1527)年刊 《廣州志》 卷三五 《禮樂》 談到士大夫之家開始修筑大宗, 小宗的祠堂. 照應當時廣州風俗的情況, 這介紀錄所揭示的事實是흔重要的. 在 《禮樂》出現的궤年前卽正德十六(1521)年 赴任廣東按察司副使的魏校在廣州成內, 周邊珠江三角洲地區, 以及其他廣東地區, 大規模地進行了??毁淫祠的行動. 但卽使是??毁了淫祠, 可要根絶民間信仰却不是件容易的事. 作爲여淫祠抗衝的手段, 魏校在推行祭祀祖先的同時, 還有效地利用取代淫祠而設立的里社, 社學及鄕約等. 來實行儒敎式的敎化. 《廣州志》的 《禮樂》 的 紀錄근這樣儒敎敎化有關系. 當時通過科擧進入官界的士大夫也對抗着民間信仰. 作爲普及儒敎的活動的一배企圖樹立以宗祠爲主的宗族體制. 《猛獸齋存讀》 收錄的是訴訟的例子, 指示讓我們看到了宗族活動的一介側面. 如果考慮到明代中期以後儒敎和民間信仰的對抗情況. 就會發現宗祠, 族長的存在??其重要這一事實, 同時本書幷非爲直接揭示宗子支持祖先祭祀的例子, 在族內共同祖先嫡長血統受重視的事實證明在明末時以宗祠爲主的宗族體制已經在廣州地區札了根.

Rapid prototyping(RP) has been used for design verification and proto sample or mold manufacturing. Many RP systems have been introduced into the market during the past 15 years. However, until now, the systems have used mainly for external physical models (mono function), and have the basic but critical limitation of one material on one stage (mono material). To overcome the limitations of mono-material and mono-function of conventional. RP systems, the concept of Functional Phototype Development (FPD) is newly proposed in this paper FPD provides the necessary prototype functions such as mechanical, optical, chemical and electrical properties in order to meet the broad requirements of the industry. The paper illustrates the representative achievements of electronic components such as the multi-layer printed circuit board(MLB). Experimental results demonstrate that FPD has great potential applied to broad industrial uses and that It Will be a powerful tool in the neat future.

In order to develop a proper simulation model, a developer should use the proper simulation tool. In this paper, we suggest the method to check the performance among different simulation environment by using ‘Generate’ and ‘Process’ simulation models which are same in architectural meaning. The proposed method is applied to two different simulation tool, one is ExtendSim, the other is DEVSim++. The performance of Simulation environment is evaluated by two factor - the correlation between the number of ‘Event’ and consume time, and between the number of ‘Attribute’ and consume time.

Polishing processes are widely used in the glass, optical, die and semiconductor industries. Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) especially is becoming one of the most important ULSI processes for the O.25m generation and beyond. CMP is conventionally carried out using abrasive slurry and a polishing pad. But the surface of the pad has irregular pores, so there is non-uniformity of slurry flow and of contact area between wafer and the pad, and glazing occurs on the surface of the pad. This paper introduces the basic concept and fabrication technique of the next generation CMP pad using micro-molding method to obtain uniform protrusions and pores on the pad surface.
