        수정체유화술에서 관류액에 의한 각막의 형태변화

        Purpose: To determine the effects of BSS Plus? and Optiplus? irrigating solution on the corneal endothelium in patients undergoing phacoemulsification with posterior chamber lens implantation. Methods: The study comprised 42 eyes irrigated with BSS Plus? and 37 eyes irrigated with Optiplus? solution. Cell density of the corneal endothelial cell, coefficient variation of the cell area, hexagonality, and central corneal thickness were measured. Results: There was no significant difference between the two solutions in their effect on corneal endothelial cell density, coefficient variation of the cell area, hexagonality, and central corneal thickness postoperatively after one day, one month, and two months (p>0.05). Conclusions: There were no differences in the effects of BSS Plus? and Optiplus? on the measured parameters of the corneal endothelium over the first two postoperative months.

        상안검에 발생한 결절근막염 1예

        `Purpose: To report a rare case of nodular fasciitis in the upper eyelid. Case summary: A 42-year-old woman presented with rapid enlarging mass, 15x12 mm in size at left upper eyelid. Orbit CT disclosed an enhanced, well-circumscribed preseptal lid mass. The histopathologic and immunohistochemical analyses after excisional biopsy were consistent with nodular fasciitis. There was no recurrence of the tumor after excision. Conclusions: For rapidly enlarging lid mass, nodular fasciitis should be considered as a differential diagnosis of sarcoma.`

        유한체 위의 이변수다항식을 이용한 RFID 인증 프로토콜

        RFID system is applied to various industry such as process control, distribution management, access control, environment sensing, entity identification, etc. Since RFID system uses wireless communication, it has more weak points for security. In this paper, an authentication protocol is suggested between tags and a reader, which is basic property for security. A suggested protocol use a bivariate polynomial over a finite field and is secure against snooping, replay attack, position tracking and traffic analysis. RFID 시스템은 공정관리, 물류관리, 고객관리, 출입통제, 환경 센싱, 개체식별 등 다양한 산업에 적용되고 있다. 그러나 무선통신을 이용하기 때문에 보안성이 매우 취약하다. 본 논문에서는 태그와 리더기 사이의 기본 보안사항인 인증에 대한 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜은 유한체 위의 이변수 다항식을 이용하여 도청공격, 재전송공격, 위치추적, 트래픽분석에 대해서 안전함을 보인다.

        지대주의 반복적인 착탈에 따른 임플랜트 고정체의 external hexagon과 지대주 internal hexagon의 변화에 관한 연구

        Statement of problem: Repeated delivery and removal of abutment cause some changes such as wear, scratch or defect of hexagonal structure. It may increase the value of rotational freedom(RF) between hexagonal structures. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate surface changes and rotational freedom between the external hexagon of the implant fixture and internal hexagon of abutment after repeated delivery and removal under SEM and toolmaker's microscope. Materials and methods: Implant systems used for this study were 3i and Avana. Seven pail's of implant fixture, abutment and abutment screws for each system were selected and all fixtures were perpendicularly mounted in liquid unsaturated polyesther with dental surveyor. Each one was embedded beneath the platform of fixture. Surfaces of hexagonal structure before repeated closing and opening of abutment were observed using SEM and rotational freedom was measured by using toolmaker's microscope. Each abutment was secured to the implant future by each abutment screw with recommended torque value using a digital torque controller and was repeatedly delivered and removed by 20 times respectively. After experiment, evaluation for the change of hexagonal structures and measurement of rotational freedom were performed. Result : The results were as follows; 1. Wear of contact area between implant fixture and abutment was considerable in both 3i and Avana system. Scratches and defects were frequently observed at the line-angle of hexagonal structures of implant fixture and abutment. 2. In the SEM view of the external hexagon of implant fixture, the point-angle areas at the corner edge of hexagon were severely worn out in both systems. It was more notable in the case of 3i systems than in that of Avana systems. 3. In the SEM view of the internal hexagon of abutment, Gingi-Hue abutment of 3i systems showed severe wear in micro-stop contacts that were machined into the corners to prevent rotation and cemented abutment of Avana systems showed wear in both surface area adjacent to the corner mating with external hexagon of implant fixture. 4 The mean values of rotational freedom between the external hexagon of the implant fixture and internal hexagon of abutment were 0.48$\pm$0.04$^{\circ}$ in pre-tested 3i systems and 1.18$\pm$0.25$^{\circ}$ after test, and 1.80$\pm$0.04$^{\circ}$ in pre-tested Avana systems and 2.61$\pm$0.16$^{\circ}$ after test. 5. Changes of rotational freedom after test shouted statistical)y a significant increase in both 3i and Avana systems(P<0.05, paired t-test). 6. Statistically, there was no significant difference between amount of increase in the rotational freedom of 3i systems and amount of increase in that of Avana ones(P>0.05, unpaired t-test). Conclusion: Conclusively, it was considered that repeated delivery and remove of abutment by 20 times would not have influence on screw joint stability. However, it caused statistically the significant change of rotational freedom in tested systems. Therefore, it is suggested that repeated delivery and remove of abutment should be minimal as possible as it could be and be done carefully Additionally, it is suggested that the means or treatment to prevent the wear of mating components should be devised.

        제약적인 환경에 적합한 유한체 연산기 구조 설계

        유한체 연산기는 생성 기약다항식과 원소의 표현 방법에 따라 효율성에 많은 영향을 받는다. 본 논문에서는 홀수 소수 p에 대한 확장체 GF(pⁿ) 위의 곱셈에 대한 두 가지 직렬곱셈기를 제안한다. 기약 이항 다항식을 이용한 직렬 곱셈기는 (2n+5)개의 레지스터, 2개의 MUX, 2개의 GF(p) 곱셈기, 1개의 GF(p) 덧셈기를 사용하여 n²+n 클럭 싸이클 이후에 곱셈 결과를 얻는 구조이다. 기약 AOP를 이용한 직렬 곱셈기는 (2n+5)개의 레지스터, 1개의 MUX, 1개의 GF(p) 곱셈기, 1개의 GF(p) 덧셈기를 사용하여 n²+3n+2 클럭 싸이클 이후에 곱셈결과를 얻는다. The choice of an irreducible polynomial and the representation of elements have influence on the efficiency of operators for finite fields. This paper suggests two serial multiplier for the extention field GF(pⁿ) where p is odd prime. A serial multiplier using an irreducible binomial consists of (2n+5) resisters, 2 MUXs, 2 multipliers of GF(p), and 1 adder of GF(p). It obtains the mulitplication result after n²+n clock cycles. A serial multiplier using an AOP consists of (2n+5) resisters, 1 MUX, 1 multiplier of GF(p), and 1 adder of GF(p). It obtains the mulitplication result after n²+3n+2 clock cycles.

        DRM을 적용한 소규모 제한수신시스템 설계

        디지털 방송 서비스는 위성 서비스를 시작으로 지상파와 케이블 방송으로 확산되고 있는 실정이다. 아날로그 방송에서 디지털로 변함에 따라 다채널화, 고품질화, 다기능의 서비스를 가능하게 하고 있으며, 새로운 형태의 비지니스를 창출해 내고 있다. CAS는 디지털 방송 콘텐츠의 불법적인 사용자의 접근을 방지하기 위한 기술로 1990년대 초반부터 유럽 및 미국의 디지털 위성 방송 서비스에 적용되던 것이 국내에서는 2002년에 디지털 위성방송 서비스에 적용되었다. DRM은 CAS와 달리 디지털 콘텐츠 자체의 지적 자산과 저작권을 보호하는 기술이다. 본 논문은 DRM 기술을 CAS와 별도로 구성하는 것이 아니라 CAS의 기존 체계에 DRM 중 몇 가지 요구사항을 적용한 시스템 설계를 제안한다. 이는 소규모 방송 사업자 용 CAS 시스템에 적용될 수 있을 것이다. Digital Broadcasting Services get abroad from satellite services to terrestrial services and cable services. As broadcasting services become digital from analog, diverse services such as multi-channel, high quality, time-shift function and so on can be possible. It also generates new digital businesses. The Conditional Access System(CAS) is a technology for providing prevention of illegal access to digital contents. It was applied to digital satellite services at Europe and America from the beginning of 90's. In 2002, a domestic digital satellite service provider adopt a CAS system to their broadcasting services. DRM technologies protect intellectual properties and digital rights of digital contents. This paper suggests a design method to construct a CAS system with DRM which can be applied to a CAS for a small digital broadcasting service.

        명리원전(命理原典) 『적천수천미(滴天髓闡微)』 「통신론(通神論)」 고찰

        본 연구의 목적은 청대(淸代) 명리학자인 임철초(任鐵樵, 1773~미상)가가지는 고유한 간명(看命)방법에 대한 인식, 그리고 그것이 가지는 명리학적 의미를 살펴본 것이다. 이를 위한 연구내용으로 그가 저술한 『적천수천미』 중 총론에 해당하는 「통신론」을 살펴보았으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 오로지 음양오행(陰陽五行)의 생극제화(生剋制化)와 격국(格局)·중화용신(中和用神) 등을 근간으로 논명(論命)하는 방식을 취하였으며 둘째, 오행의 왕쇠(旺衰)를 살펴 강왕(康旺)한 경우 왕(旺), 태왕(太旺), 왕극(旺極)으로, 쇠약(衰弱)한 경우 약(弱), 태약(太弱), 약극(弱極)으로 분류, 더 한층 진보한 종격(從格)의 명리간법(明理看法)을 제시하였음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 『적천수』 원전의 의미를 오행의 세력(勢力)에 근거한 억부(抑扶)의 논리체계로만 지나치게 판단하였고, 그 결과 많은 사례를 종격(從格)에 초점을 둠으로써 계절에 근거한 기(氣)와의 형평(衡平)을 간과하였다. 따라서 이기(理氣) 양면 모두를 고려한 중화적 간명방법을 제시하고자 한다. 즉, 월령(月令)에 근거한 기론(氣論)과 오행의 힘에 근거한 이론(理論) 모두를 병행하여 간명하는 방식을 제언하며, 이에 대한 보다 깊은 학문적 연구가 전개되어야 할 것이다. 음양과 오행은 이미 그 자체로 춘하추동(春夏秋冬)이라는 자연의 이기적(理氣的) 흐름이 포함되어있기 때문이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the recognition of Ganmyeong(看命) that Ren Tie Qiao(任鐵樵,1773~?), a scholar of Myeongri-hak in Qing Dynasty (淸代), was uniquely equipped with and its meaning in the perspective of Myeongri-hak. To address the goal, this author has looked into 「Tongsin-ron」 which is the general introduction in 『Di Tian Sui Chan Wei』 he wrote and drawn following results. First, he adhered to making his points grounded on Gyeokguk(格局)· Junghwayongsin(中和用神) as well as Saenggeukjehwa(生剋制化) in Eumyangohaeng(陰陽五行). Second, studying Wangsoe(旺衰) in terms of Ohaeng, he classified Gangwang(康旺) into Wang(旺), Taeqang(太旺), and Wanggeuk(旺極) and Soeeyak(衰弱) into Yak(弱), Taeyak(太弱), and Yakgeuk(弱極), and in this way, he suggested Myeongriganbeop(明理看法) of Jonggyeok(從格) even more advanced. However, he figured out meanings of the original, 『Jeokcheonsu』, too much grounded on the logical system of Eokbu(抑扶) concerning the influence of Ohaeng, and as a result, he failed to consider balance with Gi(氣) related to the seasons as he too much focused on Jonggyeok(從格) in many cases. Therefore, this study is going to propose a more neutral method of Ganmyeong(看命) considering I-Gi(理氣), the both sides. In other words, this author suggests a way of Ganmyeong(看命) that combines Gi-ron(氣論) grounded on Wolryeong(月令) with I-ron(理論) based on the influence of Ohaeng. Also, further research is needed to be done more profoundly afterwards on this. Eumyang and Ohaeng already contain the aspects of I-Gi(理氣) in nature themselves, that is Chun-Ha-Chu-Dong(春夏秋冬).
