This paper has an aim to study the effect of PWHT and its conditions(peak temperature and holding time) on the tensile properties and impact toughness of FCAW weld metal in relation to microstructure. Impact toughness was evaluated to apply the cargo tank of liquified gas carriers under the various PWHT condition of each class societies. On the basis of these study, it was found that PWHT conditions within all class societies affect charpy absorbed energy of weld metal little or no, all PWHT weld metals kept similar level of charpy absorbed energy as as-weld weld metal down-to $-60^{\circ}C$ and finally indicated lower energy value than that of as-weld weld metal at $-75^{\circ}C$. It is because the precipitation of 2nd phase was controlled from welding consumable and the grain size was grown by PWHT.

에너지 비용의 상승에 따라 추출에 기본원리를 둔 새로운 분리공정에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있으며, 이에 따라 액-액평형 조성의 계산 및 예측에 대한 필요성이 매우 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공비혼합물을 형성하는 2-propanol 수용액에 용매로서 methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, ethylacetate, butylacetate, toluene 및 o-xylene을 첨가한 삼성분계에 대하여 25℃에서 용해도곡선, tie line, plait point, 분배계수와 선택도를 실험을 통해 구하였다. Tie line 데이터의 열역학적 건전성을 확인하였으며 실험값을 NRTL 및 UNIQUAC 모델식으로 구한 계산값과 비교하였다. Due to the rising cost of energy, new separation processes based on extraction are becoming more attractive than before. Thus, the need for calculating and predicting liquid-liquid equilibria(LLE) compositions has very much increased. The purpose of this study is to determine the binodal curves, tie lines, plait point, distribution and selectivity for the ternary systems of 2-propanol-water with methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, ethylacetate, butylacetate, toluene and o-xylene as solvents at 25℃. And those tie line data were used to examine thermodynamic consistency. The experimental tie line data were correlated with NRTL and UNIQUAC models.

선박·해양 구조물용 YS 460MPa 강재 FCAW 용접금속의 강도와 인성에 미치는 C의 영향

This paper has an purpose to study the effect of C on the toughness of YS 460 MPa FCAW weld metal. These effects were evaluated by charpy impact and CTOD test about 4 FCAW weld metal containing various C and Si content in relation to microstructure. Increase of C content was helpful to increase AF volume fraction and reduce PF(G) and FS volume fraction by increasing super cooling rate for ferrite transformation. Also, Increase of C content up to 0.045wt% made the strength and impact toughness higher by increasing AF volume fraction. The weld metal containing higher C content indicated higher CTOD value. It is because the volume fraction of PF(G) and FS, can play a role as crack initiation site, was reduced. Effect of C on the strength and elongation of weld metal was higher with an increase of Si contents.

대학운동선수의 다차원적 완벽주의 성향, 스트레스, 대처방식, 사회불안의 관계

The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate affect of perfectionism, stress, coping styles, social anxiety on college athlete. In addition, perfectionism orientation to investigate the affect of the parameters that assumption for decisional to participate exercise will be more positive. To achieve this purpose of study, 440 valid samples as college athlete for male and female were used for descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, athlete’s perfectionism orientation turned out significant influence relationship on emotional, physical stress. Second, athlete’s perfectionism orientation turncd out significant influence relationship on coping styles. Third, athlete’s perfectionism orientation turned out significant influence relationship on social anxiety. In other words, for each variable of multidimensional perfectionism showed a major factor. These results were discussed based on the previous and practical studies related to perfectionism, stress, coping styles, and social anxiety.

제품 사용성과 감성에 관한 개념적 연구

제품 사용중 표출되는 사용자의 대표감성 추출 및 상관관계분석

본 연구에서는 사용자가 제품을 사용하는 도중에 유발될 수 있는 인간의 감성 변화를 나타낼 수 있는 대표감성들을 추출하고 이들의 상판관계를 분석해 보았다. 우선 다양한 방법을 통해 감성어휘를 수집하여 일정한 기준에 따라 삭제 또는 통합하고 적합성 평가를 위한 두 차례의 설문조사를 실시하여 최종적으로 88개의 감성어휘를 추출하였다. 추출된 감성어휘들을 요인분석을 통해 6개 감성 카테고리로 구분하여 사용자들이 제품을 사용하면서 표출하는 대표감성을 추출하였다. 추출된 대표감성들간에 어떤 상관관계가 있는 지 알아보기 위한 분석에서는 대표감성들 중에서 유쾌성과 신규성이 다른 대표감성에 비해 상대적으로 평균이 높게 나타났고, 우수성은 다른 대표감성에 비해 상대적으로 평균이 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 추출된 감성어휘와 대표감성은 제품을 사용하면서 표출되는 인간의 감성을 측정하는 데에 필요한 주관적 평가자료로 활용할 수 있을 것 이다.

감성기술 적용 성공사례 분석을 통한 감성콘텐츠 개발 방향 연구

Recently, interest in emotional technology has escalated and its application has extended to many fields, from both an industrial (product) and service (culture, tourism, medical, education, advertising) perspective. Moreover, culture has become a fundamental aspect of modern industry, playing key roles in: gaming, exhibitions, performances, sports, tourism, design, edutainment, as well as various content distribution industries. The prospect of applying emotional technology for cultural content industries makes up for more than half of the ``plan-manufacture-distribution-marketing`` process, and thereby also serves as driving force for the growth of a nation. The primary objective of the following research is analyze successful cases from the past through utilization of emotional technology, and to speculate on efficient directions for future research into developing emotional contents. To achieve this, some of the key terms have been defined and elaborated for the sake of clarity. The terms are as follows: emotion, emotion engineering, science of emotion, emotional technology, and emotional contents. Furthermore, studies were conducted based on the six different fields surrounding CT R&D to observe how projects involving emotional technology have succeeded both on a national and global scale. Based on this analysis, this research aims to develop personalized ``Concierge`` service-providing contents, contents designed to maximize performance ability of humans, and contents that could be controlled simply via emotion to effectively spread the culture of Korea by focussing on ``fusion`` content development. The following research data may hopefully serve as a basic reference to industries navigating towards emotional content development.

휴대폰 사용 중 표출되는 사용자의 감성 평가

The previous research suggested a self-report questionnaire-type scale to measure a user`s emotions naturally expressed while using a product. Using the scale, this research measured their emotions expressed while users use cellular phones naturally for a certain time without setting tasks. The results suggest that the cellular phone of high usability lead to higher `Satisfaction in Usability` and lower `Uncomfortableness` than the cellular phone with usability flaws. On the other hand the cellular phone with usability flaws lead to higher `Uncomfortableness` and lower `Satisfaction in Usability` but higher in other representative emotions such as `Aesthetics`, `Novelty`, `Pleasure`, and `Excellence` than the other cellular phone. It can be insufficient to define the correlation between the product usability and the user`s emotions based on the results of this research: however, the correlation between these two factors will be discovered in more detail by analyzing the changes of the user`s emotions according to the length of time of using cellular phone.

장기미집행 도시계획시설의 해지 및 용도변경에 따른 개발이익 추정에 관한 연구

Urban plan facilities unexpected in long-term is providing violation of the ownership right by the prolongment of the project because of the cost. By the decreasing number of the student because of low birth rate nationally, school facilities has been designated but discharged as urban planning facilities. Comparing with the Regarding negotiation system, betterment based on the case of canceled as school facilities to be developed and the following is the result. First, according to each analysis type, betterment has been analyzed variously from 38.9% to 512.0% comparing with officially assessed land price. Second, analyzed by each method of rezoning was shown from 42.5% to 622%, considering the increase rate of land price by developing was shown from 54.6% to 971.9%. Third, considering the charge for development and the increase rate of land price was shown from 3.5% to 128.9%. It would be used by the basic research about proper betterment estimation rate for the future betterment recapture.
