4차 산업혁명 혹은 인공지능 시대에 접어들면서 학생들의 기초 소양으로 정보교육은 그 중요성이 더 강조되고 있다. 이러한 흐름 속에서 현재 영재학교에서는 정보과학, 프로그래밍, 알고리즘, 객체지향프로그래밍, 시뮬레이션 프로그래밍, 정보과학 프로젝트 등 알고리즘과 관련된 교과와 정보과학 지식을 응용하는 교과를 학생들에게 지도하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미래 사회를 살아갈 학생들이 창의·융합적 사고를 함양할 수 있도록 서·논술형 평가의 필요성이 증대됨에 따라 현재 영재학교에서 실시하는 정보과 평가 문항을 소개하고자 한다. 본 연구는 연산 문항, 동적계획법 관련 문항, 알고리즘 효율성 문항 등 현재 영재학교 알고리즘 관련 교과에서 평가에 활용하고 있는 문항 사례를 소개한다. 학생들을 평가하는 문항도 수업의 연장이라고 생각하고 문항을 해결하면서 다양한 알고리즘을 이해하고 알고리즘의 효율성을 학습할 수 있도록 평가 문항을 설계하여 제시하고 있다.

Light buoys are equipped with lighting functions and a kind of navigation signs. By its shape and colors, the buoys show the route to vessels sailing nearby in the daytime, while by its lighting at night. It also plays a role in notifying the presence of obstacles such as reefs and shallows. Because the large buoy is mainly made of steel, it is vulnerable to the water and hard to handle for installation and maintenance. Moreover, the accidents of vessels’ collision with the buoys and damages of the vessels due to the material of the buoys, say steel, have been reported every year in Korea. In the this study, the newly developed lightweight light-buoys, combined with 7 nautical mile self-contained lantern, are introduced. To reduce the total weight, EPP(Expanded polypropylene) and aluminum are applied for the flotation section and tower structures, respectively. The new self-contained light system, whose weight is 10% of conventional power-separated light system, is adopting solar cells, high performance batteries, LED light emitters and so on. Hydrostatic calculations and motion analysis of the buoy in waves are carried out to find the optimum drafts and stabilizing weight since there is a mandatory regulation for the motion of the buoys.

Glass was fabricated using refused coal ore obtained from the Dogye coal mine in Samcheok. We additionally used soda ash and calcium carbonate to make a glass with the chemical composition of soda-lime glass, and we also used white, brown, and green glass cullet to make various kinds of colored glass. Transparent glass was fabricated by melting batch materials including refused coal ore at $1550^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr in an electrical furnace. The light transmittance and color chromaticity were measured by a UV/VIS/NIR spectrometer. Transparent glass with a light transmittance of over 80% was fabricated using normal refused coal ore and white glass cullet. Various kinds of colored glass with a light transmittance of 30-80% were fabricated using refused coal ore and brown or green glass cullet. The light transmittance of the mixed color glass samples, fabricated using normal refused coal ore and brown glass cullet and green glass cullet, indicated 30-47%, a relatively low value, in the condition of a cullet ratio of 20-50%. The characteristics of the color chromaticity of the glass samples were indicated in a chromaticity diagram by x-coordinates, y-coordinates, Y (lightness). The values of x-coordinates and y-coordinates were moved with a regular directional property according to the kind and amount of glass cullet. Therefore, we concluded that refused coal ore can be used for raw materials of color glass products like art glass and glass tile.
