        아파트단지의 단위세대별 인구 및 가족형구성에 관한 분석

        The purpose of this study is to understand changes of the population and family composition in apartment houses. The main contents of this study is to find the way of housing planning through the analysis of the population and family composition by the unit types. The population and family composition were studied by computer data base program to 11,000 residents of selection 4 apartments houses. The structure of the family types proved to be constant by the result of analyzing the 10 family types. If the family types of certain resident's groups are given, this study will be able to estimate population structure to them. The transition of the population and the family composition changes to the unit types proved to be constant by the time. The distribution of manhood and matured children is tend to change according to how large the size of house is, and to change the structure of family composition.

        축척모형을 이용한 판소리 홀의 음향평가에 관한 연구

        판소리 홀의 음향효과를 평가하기 위하여, 1/10 축척 모형 홀을 제작하고 각종 실내음향특성을 측정분석하였다. 이 실험을 위해서는 모형 홀의 임펄스 응답을 측정하는 일과 청감실험에 이용될 시험음(판소리)의 합성기술이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째로 임펄스 응답을 측정하기 위해 저자가 시작품으로 제작한 전극 방전음을 사용하여, 그 가능성을 확인하였다. 두번째로, 축척 모형의 모의실험에 의한 실내음향의 평가도 유효한 실험 방법의 하나로 응용할 수 있는 것을 확인하게 되었다. 본 연구의 성과로, 새로운 측정 기술과 청감 실험은 판소리 홀의 잔향시간이 $1.0{\sim}$12.$초 범위가 적당하다는 것을 알게 되었다. In order to the sound effects and acoustics estimation of PANSORI hall, we are researched into the impulse response measuring and convolution integral of dry music(PANSORI) by using 1/10 scale model. Results are as follwo. First, impulse responses are measured by spark sound of electrodes and it is absolutely necessary many times of synchronous calculating for the obtain to enough S/N ratio. Second, a simulation technique of scale model is confirmed one of an effectual method of indoor acoustics estimation. Further, using the these new techniques and hearing test, its are recognized that reverberation time of PANSORI hall is about $1.0{\sim}$12.$ second suitable.

        This Study is to analyze the current status and the future problem in the improvement of environment for the educational facilities in housing complex. This study is to estimate the space of facilities sutable to the size of the school which is classified by the size of households in housing complex. This reserch will forecaste the details of required facilities and the size of space range according to the size of school with the improvement of overcrowding classes and oversized schools. In this study, the evaluation on the size and function of elementary school facilities are conformed to the role of establishing the plan in advance which is suitable to the size of school. It is expected that we forecasted the details of required facilities and size of space of space range according to the size of school with the improvement of overcrowding classes and over sized schools.

        The apartment houses in large cities are remarkably increasing their numbers in Korea today. The history of urban living in Korea, and thus the collective experience of living in apartment houses, is extremly short when compared to that of European countries. The main purpose of this reserch is, from this point of view, to present an improved status of apartment houses and develop a new planning approch for the building design. The scope of this. reserch is as bellow. (1) Comparative analysis of the design problems in various apartment types. (2) Pursuit of the optimun design for the planning of individual units-of apartment houses. (3) To analize living plan and dwelling environment by the pattern of life and space usage.

      • 고층집합주택의 지역환경평가에 관한 연구 : 건립위치와 공간구성의 비교평가

        The high-rise apartment houses in large cities are remarkably increasing their numbers in Korea today. The history of urban living in Korea, and thus the collective experience of living in apartment houses. are extremely short when compered to that of European countries. In the actual design of high-rise apartment buildings. we often meet with failures in some unforeseen points. The main purpose of this research is, from this point of view, to present an improved status of high-rise apartment houses. Detailed scope of the research is as below 1) social problem and urban environment as related to high-rise apartments in large cities. 2) analysis of the various problems in site planning such as ① appropriate location, ② coverage height, yard requirement and ③ topography and prospect and 3) comparative analysis of the site problems in the various apartment buildings.

      • 청감심리실험에 의한 판소리 홀의 음향평가

        한국전통음악 중의 판소리는 거의 야외에서 공연되었으나, 현재는 실내에서 공연되는 경우가 더 많아졌다. 따라서, 판소리가 실내에서 공연되는 경우, 이 판소리가 실내에서는 어떤 청감적 인상을 나타내는지를 검토하기 위해 몇개의 항목(울림의 길이, 명료도 등)을 정하여 청감심리실험을 하였다. 본 연구에 참가한 피험자들의 분석결과는, 울림의 길이의 경우 판소리는 잔향시간이 0.6초에서 0.8초의 범위가, 명료도는 0.8초의 전후가, 전체적 인상은 1초전후의 범위가 좋은 홀의 조건으로써 제안할 수가 있게 되었다. 따라서, 이번의 청감실험에 의해 판소리의 경우는 아니리라고 하는 것이 공연중에 종종 튀어나오기 때문에, 아니리의 演行이 잘 되게 하기 위해서는 잔향시간이 짧은쪽의 홀이 좋은 명료도를 갖기 때문에, 잔향시간은 될 수 있는데로 짧은 쪽이 바람직하다는 것을 알게 되었다. 또한, 이번의 실험에 의해 임펄스 응답으로 부터는 모든 음향적 물리량 뿐만 아니라, 모든 청감평가를 위한 시험음을 만들 수가 있기 때문에, 이 음향적 신호처리기술의 응용은 실내음향설계에 있어서 매우 강한 도구로써 사용할 수 있다는 것이 검증되었다. In case PANSORI is playing indoor, for the purpose of its hearing impressions, we are investigated several items (length of sound reverberation, clearity etc.). Therefore, its result are length of sound reverberation is 0.6 sec. of reverberation time, clearity is 0.8 sec., total impressions of PANSORI is about 1.0 sec.. And if the using of this new indoor acoustic estimation technique, we are verifiable as follows, a) I founded that ground planning of Korean music hall is planed on the ground of special dramatical factors of Korean music and hall. b) Techniques of indoor acoustical design became to possible by the computer simulations of the building shape and reflected rays of sound and valuation of hearing test.
