The purpose of this study is to understand changes of the population and family composition in apartment houses. The main contents of this study is to find the way of housing planning through the analysis of the population and family composition by the unit types. The population and family composition were studied by computer data base program to 11,000 residents of selection 4 apartments houses. The structure of the family types proved to be constant by the result of analyzing the 10 family types. If the family types of certain resident's groups are given, this study will be able to estimate population structure to them. The transition of the population and the family composition changes to the unit types proved to be constant by the time. The distribution of manhood and matured children is tend to change according to how large the size of house is, and to change the structure of family composition.

Our country, korea, has become the aged society in 2000. Thus, the problem of the old assumes an aspect of wide scope and variety, and it becomes a social problem. the world does its utmost to settle the welfare of the old, and international action plan and UN principle for the old have been established in recent years. keeping pace with this trend, our country carries forward a middle and long term plan of welfare of the old. However, facilities for the old in apartment complexes are established not in a level of the welfare of the old, but in a level of relief work or the protection of the old. Therefore this study suggests a series of reform measures of the facilities for the old and the direction of the plan of welfare facilities for the old, by studying the present situation and actual conditions of facilities in apartment complexes.

Change of Seasonal Cityscape : light and color between summer and winter- Focused on Stockholm -

This is studied by analyzing the elements of color skim change evaluation and its impact on both conservative and new town areas in the whole of the waterfront of Stockholm. In fact, a careful color design of the environment will benefit both. The color image maps are led by the existing color skims of buildings and the visual assessment proposals on development in the waterfront scene. There are many examples of townscape colors, but the conservative and historic streets as well as new towns in Stockholm city, the including waterfront area should benefit from careful design of the environment considering color image with sunshine. The Hue, Value and Chroma of colors are checked by color measuring instruments with color meter and color pallets. The parts that are checked are mainly building facades and projected side walls that caught a notice according to sunshine. Visual assessment change proposals should aim to make a good show of each waterfront district as the urban image. The purpose of this study is to be a guidance of the harmonious color planning for the future use. The data of finishes were extracted from the roofs, the walls, and the road asphalt from the each streets. Color change depends on that how much light shines in summer and winter as well as sun, rain, snow, trees, day time and night time.

西洋中世 로마네스크 建築樣式의 特性에 관한 硏究

We have received much influence from western world. In this decade, there have been many movements for the development of our national traditon in many fields and levels. For the effecitve development of our national tradition, We should study the foreign influence as well as the essence of our tradition, So it is very important in the adaptation and utilization of western architecture to study the relationship between architectural characters and influential eldments. The scope of this study is as bellow. (1) Characters and examples of Romanesgue architecture in Italy and France. (2) Comparative analysis according to region and period. (3) Impressive expression style in Romanesgue architecture.

아파트團地 住民의 室利用形態와 住意識에 關한 硏究

The purpose of this study is to be fundamental knowledge for study of general housing plan by presenting proper direction in connection with condition of dwelling activities. The study is moved on these orders. 1) Analyse the pattern of using the private space and public space through family members. 2) Glasp the direction of dwelling activities in connection with general dwelling needs. 3) Classify the site plan and unit plan into sin types by dwelling activities and needs of using space. 4) Find out the change according to the family members and their life cycle, spatial factors. The results of this study are summarized as follows : 1) In most cases, family dining is seen in living room at removable dining table on floor, or with sofa sets. 2) It was proved to be children's bedroom for " the Primary and foremost room needed at present" questionaire for one-bedroom and two-bedroom system dwelling alike. 3) The name of rooms are thought to be diversified according to their functional, possessory and traditional backgrounds, for most living rooms, for most master's bedrooms and for most children's bedrooms. 4) Flexibility of dwelling space is desired through removable partition walls. 5) Distraction of one sort or another was seen psychologically to some extend ; keeping privacy against visibility as well as noise disturbances between dwelliwgs. 6) In case of nuclear family, the separation of sleeping rooms is presumed to take place around the age of 4~5 of eldest children. 7) A nuclear family of life cycle (a family of children under ages of 5) is tend to keep pace with one-bedroom system, and a nuclear family of life cycle ( a family of children under ages of 11 )2-bedroom system and 3-bedroun system.

고층집합주택의 지역환경평가에 관한 연구 : 건립위치와 공간구성의 비교평가

The high-rise apartment houses in large cities are remarkably increasing their numbers in Korea today. The history of urban living in Korea, and thus the collective experience of living in apartment houses. are extremely short when compered to that of European countries. In the actual design of high-rise apartment buildings. we often meet with failures in some unforeseen points. The main purpose of this research is, from this point of view, to present an improved status of high-rise apartment houses. Detailed scope of the research is as below 1) social problem and urban environment as related to high-rise apartments in large cities. 2) analysis of the various problems in site planning such as ① appropriate location, ② coverage height, yard requirement and ③ topography and prospect and 3) comparative analysis of the site problems in the various apartment buildings.

병원 색채 이미지 맵을 위한 인지분석에 관한 연구

This study intends to offer the basic data which well become it's guideline after comparatively evaluating the color plan of the facilities in hospitals that is the main causes influencing on color choice and usuage of the best materials. This study is aimed at trying to be a guideline for the color image map that may change successfully color appearances of the interior hospitals m the future. This purpose will be obtained by analyzing through circumstances research about how was employed the environments of colors that has exerted beneficial influence upon patients Color, or the concept of color, can be approached from different perspectives and different disciplines, such as the natural sciences, color theory, technology, philosophy, biology, medicine, psychology, human factors engineering, and art This study discusses color from the standpoint of designing the man--made environment, and the human response to this environment, which to some extent includes all of these perspectives and disciplines. In conclusion puts together synthetically every thing that was found in each study mentioned above and give reasons for this guideline that plans with principle a better color plan of the interior hospitals m the future

A study on the lighting environment of the classroom of elementary school . ( Base on the illumination of the general classroom and special classroom) In view of the results of analysis and inquiry so far achieved, the problem of the lighting environment of the classroom of elementary school is as follows. 1) the lack of proper illumination. 2) the Low uniformity of illumination. 3) glare phenomenon. 4) the whimsy and variation of illumination by time. The method to solve these problems is largely 3 types, so that 1) the equipmental improvement of opening (window, door), 2) the material improvement of opening 3) the structural improvement of opening.
