        냉동 고등어 소비자가격 모형 간 예측력 비교

        The purpose of this study is to compare short-term price predictive power among ARMA ARMAX and VAR forecasting models based on the MDM test using monthly consumer price data of frozen mackerel. This study also aims to help policymakers and economic actors make reasonable choices in the market on monthly consumer price of frozen mackerel. To analyze this study, the frozen wholesale prices and new consumer prices were used as variables while the price time series data were used from December 2013 to July 2021. Through the unit root test, it was confirmed that the time series variables employed in the models were stable while the level variables were used for analysis. As a result of conducting information standards and Granger causality tests, it was found that the wholesale prices and fresh consumer prices from the previous month have affected the frozen consumer prices. Then, the model with the highest predictive power was selected by RMSE, RMSPE, MAE, MAPE, and Theil’s inequality coefficient criteria where the predictive power was compared by the MDM test in order to examine which model is superior. As a result of the analysis, ARMAX(1,1) with the frozen wholesale, ARMAX(1,1) with the fresh consumer model and VAR model were selected. Through the five criteria and MDM tests, the VAR model was selected as the superior model in predicting the monthly consumer price of frozen mackerel.

        텍스트마이닝을 활용한 식품유통 플랫폼에 대한 소비자 인식 분석 : 토픽모델링 기법을 중심으로

        COVID-19로 인해 비대면 문화가 확산되면서 소비자들의 식품유통 플랫폼 이용률이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 식품유통 플랫폼의 최근 2년간 소비자 리뷰를 토픽모델링 기법으로 분석하였다. 이를 통해 식품유통 플랫폼의 대표 3사에 대한 소비자 리뷰의 차이와 코로나 발생으로 식품유통 플랫폼에 대한 소비자 인지하는 키워드에 차이가 존재하는지 확인하였다. 이를 위해 2019년, 2020년 총 2개 연도의 ‘마켓컬리’, ‘쿠팡’, ‘SSG’ 어플리케이션 리뷰 총 17,954건의 데이터를 App Store와 Google Store에서 크롤링하여 수집하였다. 연구결과, 2019년에 비해 2020년의 리뷰의 개수 및 평점 평균이 유의미하게 증가하였으며 각 플랫폼별 증가·감소한 단어와 소비자들이 인지하고 있는 키워드의 차이를 확인하였다. 코로나 발생 이후 온라인 식품유통 플랫폼의 전반적인 이용률과 만족도는 크게 상승하였고, 코로나로 인한 환경 변화로 인해 플랫폼별 서비스 차이를 소비자들이 인지하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 식품유통 플랫폼 이해관계자들에게 소비자의 니즈 및 불만 사항에 대한 유용한 정보를 제공하였다. 사회적 이슈에 대한 소비자들의 관심과 행동의 영향력을 파악하여 소비자들의 니즈와 사회 참여 욕구의 발견으로 플랫폼 마케팅을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. As the non-face-to-face culture spreads due to COVID-19, consumers use of food distribution platforms is increasing. Based on consumer reviews, this study analyzed the difference in consumer perception of the three representative food distribution platforms (Market Kurly, Coupang, and SSG) and the changes in consumer perception of food distribution platforms before and after COVID-19 using topic modeling. The results confirm that the overall utilization and satisfaction of the food distribution platform increased after the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, and changes in word frequencies indicate consumers’ awareness of the difference in services by platform and the impact of COVID-19. This study provides useful information on consumer needs for food distribution platform stakeholders, and can be used as basic data for platform marketing since it informs of consumers social participation needs by capturing the influence of consumers interest in social issues and consequent behavior on the use of food distribution platforms.

        SSP 시나리오별 굴 양식 생산량 예측력 비교

        Climate change is a major global problem. Oysters, one of the most representative farmed fish in Korea, are attracting attention as candidates for blue carbon, an alternative to carbon neutrality. This study is analyzed by the SSP scenarios to determine the impact of oyster aquaculture production according to climate change. Based on the analysis, future productions of oysters are predicted by the SSP scenario. Significant differences by the SSP scenario are confirmed through predictive power tests among scenarios. Regression analysis was conducted from January 2001 to December 2014. As a result of the analysis, water temperature, water temperature quadratic term, salinity, salinity quadratic term, and month × water temperature cross term were estimated as significant variables. Oyster production which is predicted by the SSP scenario based on the significant variables from 2015 to 2022 was compared with actual production. The model with the highest predictive power was selected by RMSE and MAPE criteria. The predictive power was compared with the MDM test to determine which model was superior. As a result, based on RMSE and MAPE, the SSP1-2.6 scenario was selected as the best model and the SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, and SSP3-7.0 scenarios all showed the same predictive power based on the MDM test. In conculusion, this study predicted oyster aquaculture production by 2030, not the distant future, due to the short duration of the analytical model. This study was found that oyster aquaculture production increased in all scenarios and there was no significant difference in predictive power by the SSP scenario.

        참돔 지느러미 유래의 PMF 세포주 (PMF)에 대한 Megalocytivirus의 연속감염 특성 분석

        In Megalocytivirus-persitently infected PMF cells (PI-PMF), the expression level of Mx gene was increased more than 20-fold, which was maintained consistently the same level through 7 days of subculture for passage. Moreover, although typical cytopathic effects (CPEs) of viral infections were observed in most of the cultured cells, the appearance of ladder-type DNA by cleavage of chromosomal DNA showing apoptosis was not confirmed. Both of these characteristics may be necessary factors for PI-PMF cells to be a persistent state of infection. By using limiting-dilution method analyzing the production of virus in each single cell, we figured out that approximately 9.4% of the cells in PI-PMF cell population exist as uninfected cells even in supernatant containing high density of virus during culture.

        SV40의 T항원으로 불사화한 지방줄기세포주로부터 생산한 배양액의 항염증 효능

        지방줄기세포는 다양한 세포로 분화할 수 있어서 세포치료제로 주목받고 있으나 세포 증식 속도가 느리고 세포의 수명이 짧아 임상 적용에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구팀은 선행연구에서 지방줄기세포의 증식속도를 향상시키고 세포 수명을 연장시키기 위해 SV40의 T항원 유전자를 사람의 ADSC에 도입하여 불사화시킨 ADSC 세포주를 제작하였으며 ADSC-T라고 명명하였다. 본 연구에서는 ADSC-T 세포의 분화능력을 검증하고, ADSC-T 세포를 배양하여 획득한 무혈청 배양액의 항염증 효능을 평가하였다. 그 결과, ADSC-T 세포주는 지방세포와 골세포로 분화할 수 있는 능력을 보유하고 있어 줄기세포의 가장 중요한 특징인 분화능력을 유지하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 ADSC-T의 배양액은 염증을 유발하는 NF-κB의 활성을 억제하였고, NF-κB의 표적 유전자인 COX-2와 iNOS의 발현도 억제하였다. 또한 ADSC-T 배양액은 ERK, JNK, p38의 인산화를 저해하여 세포 내 염증 유발 신호 전달 회로인 MAPKs 회로를 억제하는 것으로 나타 났으며, 염증을 유발하는 cytokine인 TGF-β, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-13의 발현도 억제하는 효과를 보여 강한 항염증 효능이 있을 것으로 추정되었다. 실제로, 아토피 모델 쥐인 Nc/Nga 마우스를 DNCB로 처리하여 아토피 피부염을 유발한 뒤 ADSC-T 배양액을 도포한 결과 강한 치료 효과를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과로부터, 불사화된 ADSC-T 세포주는 지방줄기세포의 장점과 효능을 유지하고 있으며 향후 지방줄기세포의 세포수급 문제를 해결할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 임상 적용이 가능한 배양액의 생산에도 널리 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are capable of differentiation into multiple lineages of cells, which has attracted attention for clinical therapy. However, ADSCs have poor proliferation capacity and a short life span in culture, which is an impediment in the application to clinical use. Previously, to overcome growth disadvantages, we had established an immortalized ADSC line (ADSC-T) by introducing the SV40 T antigen coding gene into primary human ADSC. In the present study, we evaluated the differentiation potential of this cell line and assessed the anti-inflammatory effect of its conditioned medium (CM). ADSC-T appeared to maintain the differentiation potential into adipocyte and chondrocyte. The CM of ADSC-T suppressed the NF-κB activity and its target gene expression of COX-2 and iNOS. Furthermore, the phosphorylations of MAPKs, including ERK, JNK and p38, were suppressed by the ADSC-T CM. The expressions of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TGF-β, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-13 were also suppressed by the CM of ADSC-T. In the Nc/Nga atopic model mice, the CM showed therapeutic effect on DNCB-induced atopic dermatitis. These results indicate that the immortalized ADSC-T maintains the beneficial properties of primary ADSC and could be a versatile cell source for not only research into ADSC but also for production of CM suitable for clinical application.

        경상남도와 전라남도의 수산업 관련 주요 지표에 대한 비교 예측

        The purpose of this study is to predict key indicators that form the basis of the fishing industry in the Gyeongnam and Jeonnam regions, which represent the Korean fishing industry, and to forecast the next six years for these regions. For this purpose, the main indicators used in the analysis are the total volume and value of fisheries products in individual regions, the inshore and offshore production volume and value, aquaculture production volume and value, number of fishing vessels, horsepower, and tonnage. The ETS exponential smoothing model and the ARIMA model were used in this analysis, and the prediction performance of these models was also compared using the MAPE indicator based on the actual and estimated values of the out-of-sample period. As a result of the analysis, the ARIMA model was found to have better predictive power than the ETS exponential smoothing model, except for the inshore and offshore fishery production in Gyeongnam and the inshore and offshore production value in Jeollanam-do. In addition, Gyeongnams fishing industry was expected to shrink somewhat compared to Jeollanam-dos fishing industry, considering the forecast for the next six years. In conclusion, for balanced development of the fishing industry, it is judged that policy interest and support for the fishing industry in the Gyeongnam region, which is at risk of a relative decline in the industry compared to the Jeollanam-do region, is necessary.
