자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 성별, 출생체중, 재태 연령, 출생 방법에 따른 자폐 증상 심각도 차이: 후향적 분석

Objectives This study is diagnosed to find out differences in child's level of adaptive behavior and symptom severity according to gender, birth weight, gestational age, and type of birth. Methods This study is a retrospective analysis of 71 children with autism spectrum disorder. K-Vineland-II and K-CARS2-ST tests were performed, and descriptive analysis of each variable, correlation analyses, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results In terms of gender differences, higher scores were found in girls only in the K-CARS2-ST test (p=0.004). No significant difference was found in the two tests in birth weight and type of birth. A weak negative correlation was found in the K-CARS2-ST test in the gestational age (r=-0.282, p=0.022). Conclusions This study demonstrated that there was no statistically significant correlation between the factors determined at the moment a child is born and the level of adaptive behavior or the autism symptom severity that the child shows afterwards. This can be used as a basis for the argument that more attention and effort are needed for parenting, education, and treatment for the children with autism spectrum disorder.

The utilization of new scientific technology such as artificial intelligence to update naval forces to defense area is on track. This study reviews the trend of application of artificial intelligence to defense area and introduces applicable cases of artificial intelligence and unmanned systems’ technology for the future naval capability development for example, an idea of naval tactics recommendation system utilizing artificial intelligence technology and a case of live experimentation operating wave gliders for the development of anti-submarine warfare capability. We also discuss ideas for the development of naval manned-unmanned hybrid systems utilizing artificial intelligence based on experiences of these cases. For the continued development of naval manned-unmanned hybrid systems with the wave of the 4th industrial revolution, it is necessary to set and carry out specific objectives in policy, operation and technology.
생애초기스트레스와 불안정한 부모와의 유대관계가 의사결정유형과 음주동기에 미치는 영향

Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of negative experience during childhood on drinking in adulthood. Methods: A total of 89 male subjects participated in the study and a survey was conducted July 1-July 31, 2019. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to confirm the relationships of early life stress (ELS) and insecure parental bonding (IPB) on decision-making style (DMS) and motivation for alcohol use (MA). Results: ELS and IPB had positive correlation with enhance and the coping subscore of MA. ELS and IPB had negative correlation with the rationality subscore of DMS and positive correlation with the intuition subscore of DMS. The regression analysis revealed ELS and IPB direct influence on enhance and coping among MA and rationality and intuition among DMS. These factors of DMS mediated the effects of ELS and IPB on enhance and coping of MA. Conclusion : This study found that early life stress and insecure parental bonding are related to irrationality and intuition among decision-making style and enhance and coping among motivation for alcohol use.
전훈(戰訓) 분석 : 시뮬레이션을 이용한 롬멜 장군의 2차대전 북아프리카 전역 군수지원 문제 분석

This study analyze Rommel’s logistic problem in North-African Campaign in WW-II using modeling & simulation methodology. The North-African Campaign(1940~1943) is the birthplace of Rommel’s mythic war stories which is located in north-african desert where German-Italian Army(Axis power) and British Commonwealth Army fought a fierce battle. Logistics support for the German-Italian corps was carried through the Mediterranean which was continuously attacked by the Royal military that resulted in serious logistical problems. After deployment Rommel's kept expanding the front despite his initial orders to maintain the current theater. This resulted in a serious logistics problem due to the stretched supply routes that became a critical reason of defeat in the campaign. We analyzed the reason of Rommel’s defeat in this campaign by utilizing the transportation capability and fuel consumption of German-Italian corps in the agent based simulation model. Additionally, this research shows the possibility of interdisciplinary approach between simulation and military history domain by analyzing the North-African Campaign through M&S methodology which teaches us the importance of logistic support at war.
