Atypical facial pain is loosely used term to describe some chronic facial pain when the symptoms do not exactly and entirely fit one diagnostic criteria. In many cases of pain disorders, sympathetic system is involved, such as in conditions which symptoms mimic post-herpetic neuralgia or complex regional pain syndrome. We report a case of a patient with atypical facial pain following the reduction of temporomanidbular joint dislocation. The atypical pain which was resistant to analgesic medication was successfully managed with stellate ganglion block. Therefore we suggest that stellate ganglion block can be an effective treatment method for controlling atypical facial pain.
대형복합쇼핑센터의 개장과 거리가 아파트 가격에 미치는 영향 : 서울롯데월드타워를 대상으로

본 연구에서는 대형복합쇼핑센터 개장과 아파트와의 거리가 아파트 가격에 미치는 영향을 우리나라의 대표적 대형복합쇼핑센터인 잠실 롯데월드타워의 착공 이전, 공사 중 기간, 그리고 개점 이후의 3개 기간으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석대상은 롯데월드타워 반경 7.65km이내의 송파구 및 강남구의 아파트이다. 이 기간 중 거래된 실거래 44,185 건 중 11,046건을 분석대상 표본으로 사용하였다. 분석 방법으로는 롯데월드타워 3개 기간 동안의 가격변동을 분석하기 위하여 이중차분법(difference in difference method)을 사용하였다. 분석모형으로는 아파트가격에 영향을 주는 헤도닉 가격모형을 통한 전통적 회귀분석과 아파트 가격의 공간적 의존성을 반영한 공간시차모형(Spatial Lag Model)과 공간오차모형(Spatial Error Model)을 이용하였다. 실질매매가격의 로그값을 종속변수로 한 분석 결과에서는 공사기간 후의 가격이 공사 기간 전에 비하여 하락하여 롯데월트타워의 입점이 아파트 가격에 부(-)의 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 롯데월드타워와의 접근성의 아파트가격에 미치는 영향을 보면 모든 모형에서 500m이내 위치한 아파트가 가격이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 전통적 회귀분석 모형과 공간시차모형에서는 500m이상 1km이내가 가격이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 공간오차모형에서는 4km이상-5km미만에서 가격이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 모든 모형에서 4km이상-5km미만의 거리에 있는 아파트 가격이 상당히 높은 것으로 나타났는데, 이 거리 영역 대에는 한강 조망이 가능한 압구정동의 아파트와 삼성동 무역센터의 쇼핑센터 인근 아파트와 같은 강남구 고가 아파트가 위치하기 때문으로 추정된다. This study examines the effect of the opening of Lotte World Tower and the distance to it on the price of the apartment located in Songpa-gu and Gangnam-gu within a 7.65 kilometer radius of Lotte World Tower. The analysis period was divided into three sections: before the start of construction, during construction, and after the grand opening. Of 44,185 actual transactions during the period, only 11,046 transactions were effective and thus used as the sample. The ‘difference in difference’ method was used to analyze price changes over the three section periods. For the dependent variable, the log value of real transaction price was used. As for the methodology, this study employs the spatial lag model and the spatial error model considering spatial dependence as well as the traditional regression of hedonic price model. The empirical results showed that after the opening of Lotte World Tower, the price declined compared to before the construction. Looking at the impact of accessibility to Lotte World Tower on the price of the apartment, apartments located within 500 meters showed the lowest price in all models, while having the highest price within 500 meters to 1 kilometer distance in traditional regression models and spacial lag models. In the spacial error model, however, the price was the highest within the distance of 4 km to 5 km. In all models, the prices appeared to rise considerably in apartments located within 4 to 5 km. This may be because there are many such high priced apartments located within this distance as ones with view of the Han River.
건축의 공공성 향상을 위한 해외 건축문화진흥 프로그램에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to grasp the direction of the promotive policies and programs for Architectural Culture and Publicity. And the ultimate purpose of this thesis is to promote the architectural culture by the popularization of the architectural culture. To advance these studies, it should consider the architectural policies, executive systems, and the promotive programs for Architectural Culture in other countries such as France, Netherlands, Scotland, Finland, Germany. These countries recognize the architecture as culture and carry out various promotive programs. Based on the survey, it analyzed the policies, law, executive systems, organizations, the promotive programs and the effect of the promotive programs. In the forth chapter, it should suggested that the architecture and the architectural culture is handled in the public education and the architectural policies promote the public debate on the architecture.

This research aims at the provision for all of the basic data upon the arrangement of organization and allocation which include the details of required spaces and adequate area in the design of Multipurpose Senior Centers. This analyzed research is to be proposed for Multipurpose Senior Center in various local areas in the city, it aims to clarify the existing condition in the operation of each organizational required space. Further more this research examines their relationship between the facilities available and the population use of the local elderly age. Consequently, the Daejeon Multipurpose Senior Center, including participation in the program and the very high frequency of use of the room entails a smooth progress of the program, improves the quality of space and based on the initial design is fully reflected in the step.
사회-공간 네트워크 분석을 활용한 초등학교 공간계획방향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to present the direction of the new space plan by reflecting the opinions of the user (student) in the existing standardized elementary school space planning. The purpose of this study is to investigate the activities of elementary school students by using socio - spatial network analysis method and to propose the direction of new elementary school space planning through the results. We analyzed the results of each centrality by using the analysis of closeness analysis, betweeness analysis, girvan-newman clustering, and concor analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it should be planned to use the classroom and the special room as one area by utilizing the corridor. Second, it should be planned that the outdoor space and the indoor space are closely related to each other by utilizing the hall, the lobby and the classroom. Third, the school should create a small space where physical activity is possible in an indoor space of the school. In order to improve the standardized elementary school space, this study proposes a method to reflect the opinions of the users in the school planning stage.
국내외 선진 사례 분석을 통한 공공보행공간의 조성방안에 관한 연구

This study aims to propose the planning method of Public Pedestrian Spaces. Contemporary society makes a great feature of diversity that respect individual values and rhizome that consist of horizontal network structure. Now places are creative domain for the future and publicness gets new function that makes relationship among subjects, environmental elements and people. These makes a change in perception of public pedestrian spaces. First, we mark public streets down as a spaces for pedestrian’s everyday lifes. Second, we recognize public pedestrian spaces as social and cultural spaces, not infra-structure. Third, public pedestrian spaces are recognized as fields of social network. Lastly, Public pedestrian spaces are recognized perennial process. Making public pedestrian spaces are not limited to improvement of specific element. Public pedestrian spaces should be constantly made by diverse subjects with mature civic awareness. Thus this study analyses the process and spatial features of public pedestrian spaces through case study. And this study proposes the planning method of public pedestrian spaces.
